I have been doing this standing meditation most days for about a week now. I'm very impressed and can attest to the shot of positive energy it gives me when I am doing it right. The amount of information in the book is a little overwhelming at first - there are many adjustments to make - but the photographs and sketches really help. I haven't finished it yet but already have learned enough to at least get a big endorphin boost after a few minutes. This exercise can be integrated into daily life very easily and I find it is well worth it. Thank you for showing me something I never knew that really helps!
