I adore RaeAnne Thayne's books. Annalise must help when out with family when her brother is incarcerated. This will put them all to the test.

Rea Anne Thayne does real issues and relationships well and the festive atmoshere is good too.

I posted an excerpt on my blog Just Katherine https://justkatherineblog.wordpress.com as part of the blog tour.

Thanks to RaeAnne Thayne and Harlequin for my eARC in exchange for an honest and voluntary review.

One of my favorite things about the Holiday Seaon is delving into heart-warming and memorable books that will leave my heart filled with hope and a smile on my face. Sleigh Bells Ring definitely falls into that category. I loved every moment, from beginning to end! This is the perfect story for the Holidays, or anytime!

Annalise McCafe is my very own idea of the perfect “Wonder Woman”, seriously this heroine is beautiful, loving, caring and oh so brilliant. After her brother is incarcerated Annie to took to caring for her twin niece and nephew when they had no one else at Angels View Ranch in Star Valley, Holly Creek, Wyoming.

Tate Sheridan oh sweet lord this hero could not be anymore charming. Tate has my attention from the first moment on the Angels View Ranch which in fact his family owned. Which in fact made him Annie’s de facto boss. Tate is an amazing leader, a man to get things done, a loving man even those who are not on his radar.

Tate and Annalise both are dealing with their own inner battles of the heart, but is the pull between them to much for them to ignore?

There is so many wonderful moments in Sleigh Bells Ring including even a surprise second romance. RaeAnne Thayne creates such charming, magical holiday romances that I could not put Sleigh Bells Ring down. I read it cover to cover in one day. The holidays always bring something magical when you least expect it. Will they all bare wittiness to all the magic of just believing, showing that family support and love is enough?

I for one am a Believer.

RaeAnne Thayne’s books are pure magic and in Sleigh Bells Ring, she has written a heartfelt, enchanting and emotional tale that effortlessly brings a tear to the eye and a smile to your face.

Angel’s View Ranch means everything to Annelise McCade. The ranch had once been in her family until it had been sold by Annie’s grandfather to billionaire Wallace Sheridan. Now employed as a live-in caretaker, Annie just wants to make it through the upcoming holiday season with her sanity intact. With her adorable niece and nephew mourning their mother, Annie decides to bring them to the ranch for Christmas. With the Sheridans having never visited the ranch since Wallace died, Annie doesn’t think this will be a problem – until Tate Sheridan shows up and announces that he plans to sell the property!

Annie is absolutely crushed by this news and when her niece and nephew are discovered, immediately tenders her resignation. Knowing that Annie knows the property like the back of her hand, he asks her to stay on to help him get the house ready for one last family Christmas. Annie accepts and with the Sheridan clan coming in three days gets immediately to work. Thrust into close proximity with Tate, Annie quickly finds herself getting closer and closer to him. But surely falling in love with the man who will sell the ranch and make her homeless and jobless is out of the question…or is it?

The holidays have brought Annie and Tate together, but will it give them the courage to admit that they’ve fallen head over heels in love with another?

RaeAnne Thayne’s Sleigh Bells Ring will steal your heart this Christmas. A charming, adorable and uplifting romantic read full of warmth, sizzle and humor, Sleigh Bells Ring is a delicious wintry read perfect for snuggling up with on a cold December day.

Annie and Tate are two wonderful characters you will fall in love with and root for and their love story is guaranteed to give you all the feels.

RaeAnne Thayne never disappoints and Sleigh Bells is an absolute delight you will not want to miss.

This was a sweet Christmas read. Fictional romance but touched on important topics (children under their aunts care due to fathers incarceration and loss of their mother. , etc). It was a quick read and I loved the chemistry between them, as well as the funny input by the children.

SLEIGH BELLS RING is such a lovely story. RaeAnne Thayne does it again and again, delivering a sweet, warm Christmas romance that just tugs on your heartstrings and stays with you long after it’s done. I really enjoyed the pace of the wonderful story. I felt that it moved just right, especially for a holiday read as we move into discovering a secret that Tate is hiding and how he steps up to the plate to fix his past mistakes.

SLEIGH BELLS RING is only the sixth book I have read of RaeAnne Thayne’s but after reading it, I’m excited to search out her other books and read all of those too. The only family Annie has is her brother Wes and he is a hot mess. Wes’ wife passed away a year ago and it sends him off the deep end of the cliff. After so many run-ins with the law he is sentenced to thirty days in the county jail. They all live in a small, close knit town and the judge is hoping that being away from his two children during the holidays would be a wake-up call. RaeAnne Thayne has a way of pulling you right in and getting you emotionally invested into the characters lives. My heart was breaking for Alice and Henry and all that they had been through. I was cheering for Annie and Tate and at the same time, giggling out loud with the comments they made at each other.

RaeAnne Thayne is quickly becoming one of my favorite authors. Her writing is so warm and her characters are all believable. Once you start reading, you aren’t going to be able to stop. A family coming together at Christmas time…….what more could you ask for? I thought I knew how SLEIGH BELLS RING was going to end but I sure was wrong! I’m looking forward to reading more by this wonderful and heart tugging author!

I received a complimentary copy of this book from Harlequin through Netgalley. Opinions expressed in this review are completely my own.

Sleigh Bells Ring by RaeAnne Thayne is a standalone contemporary romance set during the Christmas holiday season. The story in this one is told by changing the point of view between the characters getting both points of view.

Annelise McCade is the live in caretaker for Angel’s View Ranch which has always been a special place for Annie. Annie’s family had once owned the land but her grandfather had sold it to billionaire Wallace Sheridan who’s family Annie had gotten to know while growing up.

Now Annie has taken in her brother’s set of twins after he landed himself in jail over the holidays getting up to no good after the loss of his wife. Annie thought she’d be alone on the ranch with the twins but the Wallace family have decided it’s time to sell and have come to the ranch including the first to arrive, Tate Sheridan, who Annie once had a crush on.

I have read quite a few of RaeAnne Thayne’s books in the past and had enjoyed them all so I was excited to dive into this new Christmas offering. Just as I had expected I quickly fell in love with the characters and the setting as I settled into a fun time. There was plenty of Christmas-sy activities to bring the season to life along the way which I always enjoy this time of year and a lot to feel good about when it came to the characters and family. Definitely a heartwarming story worth the read.

I received an advance copy from the publisher via NetGalley.

I only want to read holiday romances after reading Sleigh Bells Ring by RaeAnne Thayne

Christmas has always been my favorite season, and nothing gives me more hope, fills my heart with more love, or makes me feel more peace than cuddling with a warm blanket and drinking hot chocolate while watching a holiday romance movie. There’s something about small towns, snowy mountains, Christmas trees, and serendipitous encounters that effectively soothe my often skeptical and tired soul. Sleigh Bells Ring by RaeAnne Thayne did just that—it instantly lifted my spirits.

The plot
After the death of her sister-in-law, Annie decides to move back to her hometown to help her brother with his young twins and takes a job as the caretaker for the ranch her father used to own. Angel’s View Ranch now belongs to the Sheridan’s, with whom Annie and her family were close to growing up, but they haven’t been around for many years. A few days before Christmas, unexpectedly, Tate Sheridan walks in with the news that his whole family is on their way to spend Christmas at the ranch, which means Tate and Annie only have a few days to get the inhabited house Christmas ready.

Tate is a handsome, hardworking, and kindhearted millionaire. This man, honestly, doesn’t have a single flaw. Annie’s only flaw is not taking care of herself and fully devoting herself to helping others. The story borders on a damsel in distress trope, which I’m usually not a fan of, but I didn’t mind it because Tate also puts in the work.

RaeAnne Thayne gifted us not one BUT TWO love stories. What more can we ask for?

As Tate and Annie work together to ensure his family has a nice holiday retreat, sparks fly, but the Christmas miracles don’t stop there, and you will have to read the book to know the rest. Although I will give you a little bit of a spoiler, the chapters alternate between three different perspectives.

What I liked best about this story is that, while holiday movies are usually pretty superficial, this one has depth. Our main characters reconnect having had complex journeys and facing uncertain futures. There is a beautiful warmth to the way RaeAnne Thayne takes us through their grief, trauma, and healing.

Sleigh Bells Ring was my first holiday romance novel EVER. It never crossed my mind that if I love holiday movies, maybe I would love an extended book version even more. Now, I feel like I have discovered an unlimited source of pure, blissful happiness. Sleigh Bells Ring by RaeAnne Thayne is pureness and perfection in 336 pages.

I thought this was a really sweet holiday read. I appreciated the explorations of grief, family sacrifice, and second chances. It was heartfelt without being too emotionally bogged down for a festive romance.

Last year during the holiday season I read Christmas at Holiday House by RaeAnne Thayne. I really enjoyed it so this year I decided to read her newest release, Sleigh Bells Ring. And don’t get me started on that cover! It's so gorgeous!

This was a sweet holiday story about love, second chances, grief, and family. I loved the Wyoming ranch setting which is unique for a Christmas book. There was a perfect balance of festive moments with preparing the ranch for Christmas and familial dynamics/romance.

The first half of the book was a little slow going for me, but it did eventually pick up and I enjoyed the second half of the book a lot more. I was a little thrown off that a third POV of was brought in about 25% into the story and, while I enjoyed her perspective, it did feel choppy and almost like an afterthought. I preferred reading the book over the audio though as the narrator did not win me over as the Tate and the children. Needless to say, it was good but it had some issues for me.

While this one didn’t quite get me into the holiday spirit as much as I hoped, I do plan to read more of RaeAnne’s books in the future.

Thank you so much to HTP Books and Netgalley for the gifted copy and Harper Audio and Libro.fm for the gifted audiobook! #htpinfluencer All opinions are my own.

Annie McCade would do anything for her family, including taking in her twin niece and nephew over the Christmas holidays. They recently lost their mother and their father will be in jail for at least a month for a DUI. He is really grieving and hopefully will be able to get back to his children once he is released.

It is no problem for Annie to step in and she brings the children to the ranch where she is the caregiver. However, when the owner Tate shows up - and informs her that his entire family is soon to arrive - Annie finds herself in a quandary. For starters, she worries that she will get fired for temporarily moving the children in without permission. Also, the family is quite well off and will have a lot of needs during their stay. However, the staff is gone due to the holidays.

How will Annie juggle taking care of the twins, the ranch and the suddenly and expected extra duties? Then, factor in that Annie has committed to a rather large sewing project will no doubt stretch her quite thin.

This book had me from page one. In fact, I read it in one sitting. I don't know who or what I loved the most. It was all good. The twins were adorable, especially when you imagine their little voices. Annie and Tate danced around their growing feelings and I enjoyed that part being developed. Then there was Tate's family and the drama that some of them were dealing with.

This lovely story was quite balanced and captivating. I loved that it dealt with sensitive issues (parental death, DUI, recovering drug addict) with grace. Of all of the holiday stories I have read this year, I do think this was my favorite.

Many thanks to HQN and to NetGalley for this ARC for review. This is my honest opinion.

Sleigh Bells Ring by RaeAnne Thayne delivered a sweet, cozy and heartwarming, small town Christmas romance. It featured two romantic pairings, adorable twins and enough Christmas cheer to get one in the mood for the holiday season.

This is my second time reading the author’s work. I enjoyed every moment spent immersed in the world she created. 🎧︎Sleigh Bells Ring introduces Annalise McCade and Tate Sheridan. Annalise returned to Angel’s View Ranch to work as the caretaker. Her brother got himself into some trouble that landed him in jail after a series of poor choices. This left her with the responsibility of taking care of her twin niece and nephew. The children staying with her at the ranch wouldn’t be a problem, but then the Sheridan family came to spend Christmas at the ranch.

With most of the staff absent and the chef in the hospital because of a serious accident, Annalise offered to prepare the meals for the family. Annie grew up with the Sheridans and, from a tender age, she harbored a crush for Tate Sheridan. Tate is taking over the responsibilities of the ranch from his grandfather, who recently passed. Having Tate in proximity at this point wreaks havoc on her mind, body, and heart.

🎧︎Sleigh Bells Ring delivered not one, but two romantic pairings, with the focus on the romance developing between Tate and Annalise. The secondary romance is between Tate’s sister Brie and the ranch manager Levi. I fell wholeheartedly in love with the characters. Their fears, pain, struggles and hope leapt from the pages. My heart ached for the twins most of all. At six years of age, they’ve experienced so much pain and loss in their short life.

The romance came with its fair share of challenges for both couples. Annalise thought Tate was forbidden to her because of his wealthy status. However, her fears were for naught, as Tate was a kind-hearted man. He didn’t allow his wealth to control him. Instead, he used it to help others. In relation to the secondary couple, tragic events from Brie’s past, and choices made as a result, threatened to derail the budding romance between her and Levi.

Now readers who like their romance with steam will be disappointed to know that 🎧︎Sleigh Bells Ring had no smexy times. There were a few kisses and some flirtations, but nothing to set your reading device on fire. However, do not let this stop you from picking up this delightful story about healing, love, and family. It is bound to tug on your heartstrings and leave you with a smile in the end.

Annie McCade is back on the property that she knew very well as a kid and is now the manager and during this holiday season she has custody of her twin niece and nephew as their mom passed away suddenly and her brother is in jail. She is surprised when Tate the grandson of the late ranch owner ends up on property and announces that the whole family will be in town for the holidays and they will turn her world upside down.

RaeAnne Thayne does romance so well. I love when she does a stand alone and when the story feels so full within the pages of the one book. Not only were Annie and Tate great characters to enjoy in this one, but the secondary characters were fantastic two and some had substantial storylines that I loved following. There was another couple (no spoilers) that I loved seeing quietly fall in love just in the background of Annie and Tate's story. I also love a romance where the characters have some previous history then what is in the book, so it doesn't feel like instalove and instead it can feel like a REALLY slow burn!

RaeAnne Thayne continues to be a romance writer that I love and I extra loved cuddling up with this one this holiday season with the sleigh rides and snow storms!

Sleigh Bells Ring, by RaeAnn Thayne, book five in her Catalina Cove series, is a sweet holiday romance that deals with the importance of family, responsibility, addiction, understanding, trust, and love. Annalise, Annie, McCade has to take care of her twin niece and nephew while working at Angel View Ranch for Christmas. Then the owner of the Ranch, Tate Sheridan, comes unannounced, telling Annie that all of the Sheridan family, who have been absent during the year Annie works there, are coming to give a memorial to Tate's grandfather, Annie's previous boss before Wallace died. Annie used to know Tate and his sister, Brie, when she was a child, before she had to move to California after her parent’s divorce; and she had a crush on Tate back then.

Both Annie and Tate are amazing, honest, hardworking, thoughtful, and caring people; clearly prioritizing their families. Tate is kind and helpful, working with Annie to make the ranch presentable for the family. Tate was romantic and caring while Annie was a hard worker, dedicated to her brother and his children; there was no way NOT to fall in love with both of them. There is a secondary love story, staying in the background while focusing on Annie and Tate’s story; that of Brie and Levi. I felt there was not enough focus on this couple and was left needing more. There was clearly a story behind Levi’s brooding cowboy exterior, his divorce, and Brie rebellion before becoming sober.

I was drawn into this book and found myself not wanting to put it down; I needed to know what would happen next. I loved the twins and couldn’t help but ache for little Alice and Henry as they have had a pretty awful past 18 months; it was time they had something to look forward to and put a smile back on their faces. These two added an additional dimension to this story. I enjoyed Tate and Annie’s romance, especially with all the holiday magic and I highly recommend Sleigh Bells Ring to other readers.

I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of this book.

One thing I know I can count on when I pick up a book by RaeAnne Thayne is that I'm gonna end up with those warm fuzzy feels that just make me happy all over, and Sleigh Bells Ring is no different. We have a couple of romances here - of course, Annie and Tate are primary, but even with two love stories brewing, Thayne still manages to throw in lots of family and the spirit of the season. And that's what this story is about more than anything else, at least in my humble opinion. It's about family and all those things that go along with it. In this case, it's about coming together, healing, and bonding. The story is thoroughly engaging, and the characters practically come to life - all of them. There are no cookie-cutter, throwaway characters here. Honestly, I was so caught up in this family and the setting that the romance or romances, while terrific, were like icing on the cake for me.
