I just love all of the Narwhal and Jelly books. Really, truly love them. Ben Clayton does a great job creating small stories that really engage readers, especially young readers.

All the books in the Narwhal and Jelly series are delightful and this one is no different. It is a book I recommend to my young patrons and a series that is often checked out. I can't wait for the next one.

'Narwhal's School of Awesomeness' by Ben Clanton is book #6 in the fun Narwhal and Jelly series.

Narwhal and Jelly visit a school full of enthusiastic fish, but their teacher is sick. Narwhal decides to become the substitute. If you imagine that at least one lesson will involve waffles and a game called 'Tag! You're Awesome,' you'd be correct!

This is such a fun series and each new book brings new creative stuff for the aquatic friends to play with.

I received a review copy of this ebook from Penguin Random House Canada, Tundra Books, and NetGalley. Thank you for allowing me to review this ebook.

My daughters love this series, and this addition was no exception. Full of laughs for them, and surprisingly enjoyable for myself, too, as an adult.

Another super cute addition to the adventures of Narwhal and Jelly! My daughter (9) just loves these and they are a quick and fun read that she will return to again and again. Can’t wait for the next one!

This book was quite delightful. The art was extremely charming. Kids will definitely appreciate the pun filled humor and the fun facts were integrated very well with the story.

Every Narwhal and Jelly book just gets better and better! This time Narwhal and Jelly are filling in for Mr Blowfish at school, and I think it does a great job of teaching kids various synonyms.

Lots of fun fish puns, and great explorations of synonyms. Readers who enjoyed the earlier Narwhal and Jelly books will also like this one.

Narwhal and Jelly decide to volunteer as substitute teachers for a day. Of course, neither one of them are trained to teach, so they have to get creative - using waffles to teach math, a scavenger hunt, and tag. This is yet another great Narwhal and Jelly book with lots of humor and puns, and will make any kid see the fun in learning!

Note: I received a free copy of this book from NetGalley. I was not compensated in any other fashion for the review and the opinions reflected below are entirely my own. Special thanks to the publisher and author for providing the copy.

I LOVE Narwhal and Jelly and I am so glad that I got to read this new school adventure. This was such a cute story! The simple illustrations and colors are so great. And it was funny as always. I love all of the side characters that always make appearances. I can't wait for the next book in the series!

Thank you NetGalley for an e-ARC in exchange for an honest review.

Narwhal and Jelly go on another great adventure in book #6 as Narwhal becomes a school teacher for a day. My students are obsessed with this series, and I can see why. Narwhal and Jelly meet many different sea creatures in every book, and I love that I can learn fun facts in a kid’s book.

This was such a fun, quick read and I would highly recommend it to all elementary readers, big and small!

Narwhal and Jelly see a group of fish swimming one day, so they decide to follow them. The fish are going to school, but their teacher, Mr. Blowfish, is sick and can’t teach. Narwhal becomes Professor Knowell and teaches them for the day. They do all the important school activities, such as Wafflematics and a science scavenger hunt. Narwhal has unique teaching skills but he gets the job done.

Narwhal and Jelly books are so much fun! The two friends, Narwhall and Jelly, meet many different sea creatures in every book. I learned some sea facts, such as that a group of oysters is called a bed, and that a male seahorse can give birth to 1,000 babies at once. I love that I can learn these fun facts in a kid’s book.

This story was funny because of the differences in Narwhal’s and Jelly’s personalities. Narwhal is very carefree and innocent. He doesn’t understand everything so he often makes things up as he goes along. Jelly likes to follow rules, but he’s getting better at going along with Narwhal’s ideas. Jelly usually has to explain things to Narwhal in the story. Their different personalities make these situations so funny.

Narwhal’s School of Awesomeness is such a fun kid’s book!

Thank you Tundra Books for providing a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

Another GEM of a book. My kids love this series and it’s an instant hit in the store too! Keep. Them. Coming!!

This book seemed awfully short. I could understand the price of the holiday version that came out before this. That seemed longer and the shiny prismatic effect on the cover lended to a pricier set-up, but the price on this one still seems too much and the storyline was very one-note, whereas the holiday had more content. Thankfully, I had a chance to review this via NetGalley.

I had a lot of fun reading this book. Narwhal chose to take on a new role and teach a class some cool facts. With the help of their best friend the day goes by pretty quickly. While this tale moves along these friends and this class see some pretty amazing things. As this story comes to a close class is dismissed and the day comes to a satisfying end.

My youngest loved these books when he was younger so for nostalgia we read this tonight and found it just as fun as when he was younger.

Narwhal and Jelly make great teachers and the illustrations were wonderful. I'd recommend this if you have children grades K-2.

This book is amazing, awesome, entertaining, and educational. Narwhal and Jelly come upon a school of fish who are on their way to school. Unfortunately, their teacher is sick. But Narwhal steps in to teach (wearing sunglasses because teachers are cool) and Jelly serves as the teacher to the teacher since Narwhal doesn't actually know how to teach. There is a lot of knowledge imparted in this short book including the names of different groups of animals, some math, and lots of synonyms.

Clanton's N&J books are always fun but this one made me giggle out loud. Every page is perfection.

This is a children's graphic novel, and this is the 6st book in the Narwhal and Jelly series. I have to say I found this cute, but it made me want more. This book was just ok to me. I loved the pictures, but I found the storyline just missing something. I was kindly provided an e-copy of this book by the publisher (Tundra Books) or author (Ben Clanton) via NetGalley, so I can give an honest review about how I feel about this book. I want to send a big Thank you to them for that.
