I love this series. You can read out of order, but you're going to want to read them all. Contemporary romance or paranormal romance Ms. Callihan's books are hot, sweet and compelling.

It's Rye and Brenna of course this is five stars! Also it's Kristen Callihan so it's almost guaranteed I will love the heck out of it! Their story was a lot more....intense? than I thought it would be. The friends-to-lovers elements got a twist of self-discovery and hashing out of old hurts, which I really loved. So seldom do wounds like the ones they inflicted on each other just spontaneously heal into happily ever after. I really enjoyed the work they put into making their relationships as friends strong and realizing their foundation was shaky. Of course highlights were seeing our old friends in the band and their significant others, and finally FINALLY getting to see Rye and Brenna's HEA. I can't wait for Whip and to see who brings down or up? the last one standing.

Yet another wonderful book from Kristen Callihan, perfectly fitting the charm, emotion and sexiness of this wonderful book series. The attraction between Brenna and Rye has always seemed to boil under the surface and to see them both finally drop their acts and realise both their attraction and feelings in this story is a joy.
At times it felt as though the story might melt in your hands, the way their scenes were written invoked such powerful imagery was just lovely. I truly felt for Rye when he was struggling with feeling as though he may be losing his purpose, and I loved how Brenna ensured he was cared for even when things were unsure between them.
As always the surrounding cast of characters were as hilarious and insightful as ever. Whoever thought they'd ever be able to hide anything from the rest of them. I absolutely adored the final scene featuring the entire gang. Overall it was a fantastic read, the series is a joy from start to end and I have been a very lucky reader.

Thanks to NetGalley and the publisher for the arc in exchange for an honest review.

I was waiting with bated breath for Brenna and Rye’s story for what seemed like AGES, and again Kristen Callihan did not disappoint!!! I literally screamed when I saw that I got approved to read the ARC of Exposed. I have loved every single book in her VIP series (for real, every book is five stars for me) and because of that, I went in to Exposed a little nervous that it wouldn’t live up to my expectations, especially because Brenna was consistently a favorite character of mine, but it actually ended up exceeding them! It was super refreshing to see a character like Rye being vulnerable yet still passionate about both Brenna and the band (as well as his musical knowledge) and Brenna’s personality is just super likeable and relatable. And as always, there were lots of sweet band moments where their dynamic showed and I am SUCH a sucker for that haha. There was also a really good ratio of plot and spice which was not surprising since Kristen is the queen of that. Another five out of five stars for me for the 4th installment in the VIP series!
Thank you to Valentine PR & Literary Management for the eARC copy!!!

Finally, Rye and Brenna! Absolutely loved this book. Such a perfect way to continue this series. Two strong personalities with very similar insecurities and insane chemistry. Loved how much of a badass Brenna was. The spice in this was so, so good. Kristen Callihan shapes her characters so well and gives them such strong personalities. Another wonderful book from her!

The VIP series has all the feels, and the fourth, standalone book, Exposed, is no exception. Kristen Callihan is truly gifted at bringing her characters to life, and this slow-burn love story will make you swoon.

The 4th in the VIP series and one I was absolutely looking forward to. I love Brenna and Rye and was definitely looking forward to this one. I think it's hard to put long time sizzling sexual tension into motion, but I really liked the thing that changed it for them, and it felt like a realistic way to jumpstart their affair. There wasn't a whole lot of conflict, but that seems to be the style these days.

I've been intrigued by Brenna and Rye since Managed and I'm so glad we finally got their story in Exposed. This is a story of two lonely people who thought they had nothing in common finding kinship and understanding and eventually love in Kristen Callihan's typical style - with humor and heat but also some truly deep and heart-wrenching moments. A perfect read to kick off the summer.
