Fans of The Devil Wears Prada and Crazy Rich Asians will love this. It's very well-written. The wedding shenanigans were fun.
However, I think this book is not for me. It comes down to personal taste. When it comes to these kinds of books (CRA, TDWP, ..), I definitely prefer the movie.
If you love TDWP and CRA, you'll love this one!

Thank you Netgalley and Harper Muse for providing me with an eARC in exchange for an honest review.

I enjoyed this book it was heartfelt and fun. Lottie was a very relatable character. She wasn’t sure what she wanted in her life after collage and had to try a few different jobs before finding her niche. Her relationships also felt very natural. Being unsure as a young adult about what you want in relationships was refreshing. I appreciated Lottie and Griffin’s friendship. They were upfront and knew they didn’t want to be married and didn’t lead each other on. There was actual growth and communication between characters. The extravagant weddings and the shenanigans that ensued were such fun parts. Each wedding seemed bigger and better. I also enjoyed the subtle mystery surrounding some of the mishaps. It made the book more exciting and the ending wrapped up nicely. Overall it was a fun quick lighthearted read.
