A fun and colorful way to get kids into journaling. A year full of interesting prompts to help children learn about and express themselves. There are multiple 52 List books for all kinds of ages and interests.

Note: I received a free copy of this book from NetGalley. I was not compensated in any other fashion for the review and the opinions reflected below are entirely my own. Special thanks to the publisher and author for providing the copy.

I received an advance reader copy of this book to read in exchange for an honest review via netgalley and the publishers.

My 52 Lists Project is a beautiful, whimsical journal for children to help them find inspiration, encourage thoughts and thinking and is great for self-love and mindfulness. This book has beautiful lined pages for children to write on and the illustrations are beautiful.
There are 52 prompts so it's great for one focus a week for every week of the year.
This would make a beautiful gift and is a lovely keepsake to look back on for the recipient.

A list a week. This will help keep people inspired and give some thoughtful dialog.
Most prompts were typical, a few were creative. This would be good for someone who wants to start writing and recording their thoughts in a single collected place.
I received a digital ARC of this book, thank you for that.

With 52 prompts, this will make a great companion for weekly journaling throughout the year and I love that it will motivate the children to work on their writing simultaneously learning the art of journaling. The prompts cover a wide variety of topics and are creative and fun. The fun and colourful artwork will be a hit with children too.

This journal, My 52 Lists Project: Journaling Inspiration for Kids, is a fun, easy to follow, guided journal to allow kids to express themselves through writing. Easy prompts are included that any child can follow. There are serious prompts, funny prompts, and thought provoking prompts. Enough are included to pique the interest of any child that uses this journal. This could also be a helpful addition to a teacher's bookshelf of prompts to give students for writing projects/essays. The journal is colorful and inviting. This book would be a wonderful present for the child who is interested in writing. Thank you to Netgalley and the publisher for the advance copy in exchange for my honest review.

My 52 Lists Project is wonderful. I plan to use it with my students as I introduce journaling as a part of stress management and self-care. Thanks Sasquatch Books and NetGalley for the ARX of this title.

3 stars = Good/solid/fine

I picked this one up because I have enjoyed the author's previous list books for adults. There aren't a lot of surprises with this - it's pretty straightforward. It includes stickers and some kid-friendly art with a summer/vacation/breezy vibe. Most lists include a prompt for kids to respond to, but there are a few where the list is already there and kids can circle their answers. It's a nice change to the format to keep things interesting.

My 10 year old LOVED This so much we bought the book for her to keep using the prompts. I also loved a lot of the prompts myself!! Great ideas to get you thinking and journalling.

As a parent I found this book very useful. We are a homeschool family and are always looking for different ideas to write about. This book gives different lists and tells you exactly what to do. I can see myself getting this in a paperback version because it would allow my children to write right underneath each section. Throughout the book is 52 different lists that really make kids think. They have to really be real and honest with themselves to come up with answers and items to list. I think it's very important that kids sit and do some of these prompts.

Thank you Sasquatch Books and NetGalley for this ARC.
I have One of Moorea’s 52 List books and being a journaller / list maker I absolutely love it, Moorea’s books as so beautiful and the list prompts are perfect for whiling away time with your journal and going back to see what you had precious listed within the prompts and what has changed / remains the same.

This book for preteens / teens has more great prompts and has been a fun free writing exercise to break up the current remote learning we find ourselves in.

This is a gorgeous gift for the preteen/ teen in your life, the fonts and layout are lovely.

This is a cute book for teens/pre-teens who are wanting to practice their writing! I will be using this for my creative writing club in my junior high library!

This was a fun and colourful book. There are 52 prompts for list making - one for each day of the year, or whenever you want! Writing lists can help kids get more comfortable with bigger writing projects, so I can see this as a great asset for school teachers. This would also make a great time capsule of one whole year of a child's life and would be interesting to look back on in years to come.

This book contains a whole bunch of list prompts for students and/or teachers to use for journaling. As a middle school writing teacher, I plan on using this book to help me create meaningful prompts for my students.

This is a great book to get kids writing and journaling. The variety of topics is very engaging for middle grade kids. Would make an excellent gift for your pre-teens and teens. Superheroes, things that make you laugh, cool things, personal challenges are just a few of the 52 topics to explore. Thank you to NetGalley for the advanced copy of this journal.

I'm always on the lookout for ideas that help my kids develop their writing. So when I got the chance to review this book, I jumped at it. My 52 Lists Project is filled with writing prompts from the everyday (list the things you want to do this year) to the thought provoking (list the things you want to be known for). Some prompts are serious, some are silly, and some make for quicker list making. This guide would be ideal for a homeschool setting or a later elementary teacher looking for a way to mix up writing projects. And starting with a list allows those young writers to relax and release their thoughts without the pressure of producing a paragraph right away. My only word of caution is that the digital copy is really lacking. I would prefer to have a hard copy of this book with colorful photos and illustrations. If you're looking at the purchasing the digital, I would skip My 52 Lists Project and look up prompts online.

The 52 Lists Project is one of my favorite activities. My family and I are a bunch of list makers and when I saw this was an opportunity for my teen daughter to partake, I just had to check it out. What I loved about this journal is that you can make it your own. Each prompt is easy and can make it as easy and as hard as you want. Being a teen parent is hard and I really enjoyed being able to sit down with her and journal.

Highly Recommend.

I've used 52 Lists journals myself before, so I was intrigued to try it for my kids. The kids love the writing prompts, but one of my kids likes to have a topic to think about before bed each night. We quickly run out of topics! This book is great to help in that way, too! Great for kids of all ages. It would be great as a weekend activity, home schooling, classroom activity, or something to use when on vacation.

Thanks to NetGalley for a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

This is a really cute and fun journal for kids of any age. The prompts are creative and can apply to a wide variety of ages, and the pictures are fun and inspirational if the journaler needs a little jolt to get their creativity started. I liked how most of the prompts just asked for simple lists, but these were interspersed with a few different things like doodling lists and writing animals to match a list of given emotions. This helped to keep the journal from being too monotonous. I think this would make a great gift for boys and girls alike!

I received a complimentary electronic copy of this book from NetGalley so I haven't actually seen the print copy, but if it's how I imagine it to be, it will be great!
