I really loved the description of this book and wanted to love it. That said I'm currently 29% into this book and I can't get into it. It's written well but not my current cup of tea right now so I keep putting it down and forgetting about it.

This was an enjoyable story with likeable silly characters. The perfect book to read while chilling out by the pool.
First time I've tried this author but will definitely be checking out more books on Amazon.

Willow was this vivacious character that had the best personality I have read about in a long time. At times she could come off as immature but that was just the banter that Thomas brought out in her and it was hilarious to see them rile each other up. One night she gets bored by being at home on a Saturday night, so she calls her twin and starts spit balling these ideas to her and comes up with the Pepper Lane Club. They meet once a month at this amazing café just to talk and escape everyday life, but Willow being an advertising/social media influencer that helps businesses attract customers notices the cafe doesn’t have an online presence. With some back and forth with the owner, Thomas, he finally relents to her help. I loved how the attraction between them was instant and always in the background, yet they couldn’t help giving each other a hard time. Can they set their differences aside and work together or will their stubborn ways keep them from helping each other? This was such a fun, cute, and sweet read that had me laughing one second then swooning over Thomas the next.

This will probably be a bit of a shorter review as I didn't really have that many strong feelings about this book, instead it was simply nice. This is the first book by Grace Parks I've read and the writing style was very easy to read and follow along with. The premise was intriguing and I was very interested to see how things would play out between a "tech-focused" heroine and "technophobe" hero.

The actual story, however, was decent. I liked it enough to want to know how things would end but I wasn't so invested that I was eager to get back to the characters. This was a sweet, slow burn romance but also often didn't really feel like a romance - more like a general fiction with some romantic elements - so maybe that's why I wasn't entirely hooked in. Either way, it was still enjoyable.

RomCom will always be my go to genre whenever I need something to uplift my mood.

Willow fits the bill. It has loveable characters , funny banters and “feel good” lighthearted plot. Oh! It also makes me want to wish I had a twin sister - I love Willow and Riley’s relationship. It’s having your very own cheerleader , supportive all the way!

Willow and Thomas are adorable together. Plus, I’m a sucker for love-hate, hate-love relationship!

Overall, I really had a good time reading this book!

First off I really like this story and am glad it is a series. I will look up the other stories as they are written.
Second, don't judge the book by its cover. This cover does not adequately visually describe the story.
Last, the characters are great, the story line is romantic with a cute premise. An easy read perfect for a beach read or under a cozy blanket with your favorite hot drink in the fall.

I am not really sure what to say about this book. I didn't hate it, but I also didn't love it. I am sure there will be books about the other women in the club, but this book didn't keep me interested enough to follow through with the series.

I think it was supposed to be a romance. It took so long for Thomas and Willow to connect, that I kind of lost interest. It was so irritating having Willow constantly talking about how Thomas wasn't her type, she didn't like him, and he dressed like an old man. How do you dress like an old man by wearing a long sleeved shirt?

I thought some of Thomas' dialogue was witty, but he had no one to play off of with the dialogue. Willow was boring and irritating. I wanted to like this book, but it was a struggle from the beginning to almost the very end. It took me DAYS to read a book I normally could
have finished in a day or day and a half. I would recommend reading it and judging for yourself. It may be something you like. It just wasn't for me.

I voluntarily read and reviewed this book received from NetGalley.

This book was such a great, humor and lovable story. I love how the story contains a dog, love, and friendship. The bonding of sisters is strong in this story. I believe the protagonist learned about herself and what she wanted in the end. The romance that was developed between the protagonist and male characters was slow and nice. There was a lot of humor, tears, and excitement in the story. The author did an amazing hob in keeping the story interesting and fun. It is easy to follow and a quick reading. I can not wait to have the opportunity to read her other books in the series. Thank you.

This is in the romance genre and there was some romance in this book, but the female friendship is really at the center of the story. The females are strong, independent woman with other things in their lives along with the romance. This is the first book of the series.

was a very good read that engaged me from the beginning and made me want to carve out more time to get back to reading it. I liked being introduced to all six woman and getting to know a little about their personalities. This book focused on Willow. She was a bit all over the place - that is just her personality, I enjoyed her.

I am looking forward to getting to know the other woman. I hope in the next book ( about Riley ) will include some about where Willow is too. I felt like her story wasn't quite done.

A Lovely read. Willow is social media and marketing mad and Thomas doesn't do Facebook yet his business needs some oomph. You might imagine a straight romance but nothing so simple - there is a broken heart being nursed, a sexy ex and some amazing friends who are part of the newly created dinner club and obviously a very cute dog.
An easy tale which hooks you in and keeps you reading to make sure our couple get the happy ending you desperately want them to.

This is a great first in series, which started a little slow became laugh out loud in places, but then ended too quickly, left feeling like it was missing a chapter. Overall I enjoyed this story and looking forward to more from the Pepper Lane Girls.

Willow is a classic. Girl meets boy and tries to change boy even though she says she doesn’t like him. Could totally see this playing out into a movie. Loved it.

Not every romance is about sex and this book proves it…I enjoyed the change of pace, the development of characters and almost didn’t mind the parts that felt as if they would drag on forever.

**FULL REVIEW**

Cute, quirky, clean romance with a slow burn.

I have to admit, I had that face (you know the one where you go in blind and realize about 60% through that you’re getting nothing else but a few stolen kisses?), but I kept on because it just felt right.

Not every romance is about sex and this book proves it…I enjoyed the change of pace, the development of characters and almost didn’t mind the parts that felt as if they would drag on forever.

A shorter read, but didn’t read like it, if that makes any sense…I will absolutely pick up the next book in the series because honestly? I’m intrigued. And I enjoy a good, clean, quirky romance. It’s all in the story and the connection…my imagination can do the rest.

Willow is the first book in the Pepper Lane Club series. This book is a great opposites attract romance. I loved how the story wasn't just straight forward and predictable. Willow was completely oblivious to her feelings and to what was actually going on. It was also great to see one of my favourite tropes, a fake relationship. There were just so many great things in this book and I loved it so much I went and found the rest of the series on Amazon.

Willow by Grace Parks

This is the first book in the series of the Pepper Lane Club a group of six women who are al very different but are friends in some way and escape their own busy working lives by meeting once a month. The club was the idea of twins Willow and Riley who need a distraction from their own lives and they come up with a group of friends & colleagues to make up the group to agreat success.

The first book is about Willow and there are so many laugh out loud moments.

A really fast interesting read. With Humourous characters, friendship with a bit of the eccentric thrown in for good measure.

A great read and I look forward to following the other stories as they unfold. 4.5/5

Really enjoyed this book and read it in less than 24hours!!

I love how it's just such a feel good book. It was somewhat predictable but that's okay.

I loved the relationship the girls from the Pepper Lane group develope and I can't wait to see where the rest of the books in the series takes us.

This was easy to read but was a little slow in the romance department. It's a first in a series so the author is introducing us briefly to all the characters in the Pepper dinner club.

The main characters are warm and likable and I liked the ending.
