The cliffhanger is killing me - that being said first, I can start with my review now ;-)

It was hard to put this book down. Tijan delivered an amazing sequel, with a breathtaking ending.
And I can't wait to get my hands on the last book, can't wait to continue the story. My need to know how this is going to end is HUGE.

The second book in the The Insiders Trilogy continues with its interesting characters and juicy drama. We get more of the intense chemistry and captivating tension that we got introduced to in book 1. The Damaged gets you even more addicted to all there is in the story.

You seriously have to start this sexy romantic suspense trilogy right now! Unless... unless you are not a fan of cliffhangers. In that case I recommend waiting until book 3 is released.

Tijan always tends to write books that are engrossing and full of complex, entertaining characters, and The Damaged is no exception. With intrigue and an excellent storyline, this read was definitely un-put-downable until the very end. If you enjoy slightly dark, emotional books, enemies to lovers, strong heroes and heroines, and a smart plot, grab this one and settle in! Please note: this is book 2 in a three book series and does end in a cliffhanger. 5 Stars!

Tijan did it again. The drama was so rich, I read this in one go.

Kash was everything I wanted and more, and getting his POV this time around was the Cherry on top of this fantastic story. He had me salivating.

In all, I NEED more. I can’t wait for more. And until then I’m going to be rereading.

I love Bailey and Kash! From the very start this series has hooked me. I love the new twists and turns as well as the continued unfolding mystery of what’s going to happen next that had me on the edge of my seat at times as well as the building angst! I love their chemistry and steam, it’s just so good! Kash is delicious and Bailey is one of my fave relatable heroines. I can’t wait for the next book especially with that cliffhanger!!

“I felt him inside me, inside my soul, reading my thoughts, feeling my emotions. We were physically together, but it was more. It was so much more.”

The Damaged picks up right where The Insiders left off. Bailey is trying to get her life back to normal but is getting hit with drama and it’s coming from all directions. There is not a dull moment in sight. I loved reading the POV from Kash. They are dedicated, loyal and have so much love for each other. We get secrets, mystery and suspense! Man that ending!!!! The next book can’t get here soon enough!

“My soul needed her. I wanted to hold her. I wanted to be reassured by her, comforted by her. I wanted her to make the world go away,”

I was so excited to read this book and it did not disappoint! Left with so many questions after book one, I enjoyed how this story unfolded. The twist, the unexpected turn of events, and that ending! I loved every minute of it. There is nothing better than a good book where you fall in love with the characters and are completely invested in their story. Kudos to Tijan for another great read!

I absolutely loved the first one in this series. The Damaged didn’t do it for me though. It felt like there was something missing throughout the book. I didn’t connect with the characters this time around, nor did I feel the couples connection like I previously did. TiJan’s writing is always easy for me to read, however, I was left wanting more

The Insiders trilogy is going to be a series that will stick with me for a long time. I thought I had a handle on everything from The Insiders. Knowing all about Bailey and Kash and how not normal their lives were. Welp! I was not prepared at all. Lol! So much happens in this book and then the end, gah! I love Bailey and Kash. They are really good for one another. Bailey needs to feel safe and secure. Kash does this for her. And Kash needs to be grounded at times. And Bailey helps him with that. There are many new characters. Some you’ll love, some you’ll hate and some well grow on you. I can’t say enough about this book, except that it is a definite must read. However, you’ll need to read book one first. You’d be totally lost in this book if you don’t. This is a wild ride, so be sure to hang on.

I'm so happy we got a POV from Kash in this book. It added so much to the story. Plus, the romance between Kash and Bailey was top tier, as always. I think a really great thing Tijan does is supporting characters. While I love her main characters, I ADORE so many of her side characters. They bring so much to the story. This was a fun, hot, and exciting read!

Another phenomenal book by Tijan. I loved diving into this new world and cast of characters. Tijan has always been a favorite author of mine. Her characters are always so thoroughly fleshed out and the relationships so unique yet relatable.
The thriller aspect was new for me but I really enjoyed it. It made the book exciting and a total page-turner. Kash and Bailey are something fierce and they definitly go on a bit of a roller coaster. I read The Damaged before the Insiders so there were a few holes for me that I had to go back and fill but hands down a great story.

Loved this second book. You do need to read the first one to fully understand what is going on. The continuation of the story was perfect. It was like the books flowed into one another.

This is the second book in The Insider Trilogy You have to read the first book The Insiders or you will be lost. Bailey was once an insider and is not anymore and she is living the life she never ever dreamed that she could have. She and Kash are in love and living this life together but Baily is trying to get over almost being kidnapped and losing her life for the second time. The man who did it though is a person you never in your life would expect to ever do something like that to you. Quinn might not have been her mother but she was her fathers wife but she is gone now and Bailey has to deal with the mess she has left behind. Things might have been a little easier too if she wasn't at her fathers estate with a woman who looks just like Quinn looking out for her siblings. The woman sure can deal with more than I can. I think that would have driven me to the brink of insanity really. But she and Kash are fire and he will protect her with his whole being if he needs to. This story will hook you from the very beginning and leaving you breathless. You do not want to miss this bad boy!!!

I love the intensity of this one as Bailey and Kash battle the drama. There are a lot of twists and turns that keeps the whole story running. The connection between these two is beyond everything too. I have to admit though, that ending? I NEED MORE!

Oh my goodness this book made me so nervous! I was scared to turn the page but I couldn’t stop reading. Bailey and Kash were back dealing with some aftermath from the first book and the drama ensued. I loved how their relationship grew and the relationships with her siblings and father. There is still so much to unravel. This series is so addicting and I cannot wait for the third one.

Book #2 of The Insiders Trilogy by Tijan, The Damaged continues where book #1, The Insiders left off. The story between Kash and Bailey continues, except now everything is out in the open. Everyone knows who Bailey is, who her family, father and boyfriend are. Everywhere she goes people have begun to take notice and it doesn't help that she has two bodyguards trailing her everywhere.
After the horrific kidnapping in book #1, Bailey is feeling more vulnerable than ever and suffers with PTSD at times. With the help of Kash, her family and friends at school, she's trying to get on with her life. Except it doesn't help that someone out there is constantly trying to sabotage their lives. She is still the genius hacker with a photographic memory. Since Kash came into her life, I feel asthough she has more spunk, fire and confidence and will do anything for her man.
Kash is so alpha and in control. His love for Bailey is deepening along with his need to protect and keep her safe. With his grandfather knowing that Bailey is his weak spot, he'll do whatever it takes to keep her safe and sound. Someone out there is intent on seeing them fall and fail. Is it only his grandfather he needs to worry about or are there other players in the mix now?
I absolutely love Kash and Bailey together. I loved them both in The Insiders but their relationship in this book has magnified, blossomed a thousand times and is more intense. We see these two reaching so far into the other's soul to the point where they become one. Their love knows no bounds and it truly shows in this story.
The Damaged is a thrilling story full of suspense, mystery, and twists and turns you never expected. The love and chemistry between Kash and Bailey is absolute fire and while I have enjoyed books 1 and 2 in this trilogy, I feel as though their relationship is about to be tested when book 3 comes around and I am totally on board for that ride.

Bailey and Matt made this story! This is the second novel in the Insiders trilogy and I think I liked it even more.

Bailey discovered many secrets in the first installment. She also endured an attempt murder on her by her stepmother.

As the story continues in Damaged we get to navigate her PTSD with her. Tijan does a fantastic job of really showing what a person can endure after such a crisis in their life.

We get more Kash. Yummmm!!! But with him comes his super creepy family members. And trouble is definitely stirring.

Thank you to the publisher for the advanced copy of this book. I quite enjoyed it and am looking forward to the concluding story!

The exciting new novel in the insiders series. Bailey is still recovering from her second kidnapping attempt while also getting ready to start school. Bailey had wanted to keep her family name a secret but it’s too late for that. Bailey now has to navigate a world full of fake friends and enemy’s to create the future she wants.

Meanwhile Cash is facing the hardest challenge yet, his grandfather Calhoun. He has to try to stay one step ahead of the man that destroyed his family and is now after him.

I really enjoy tijans writing and while this isn’t my favorite series of hers it’s still enjoyable to read. I just wish the damaged had been able to give me the deeper feelings that the insiders had. This story felt lighter than it should have for the events within the story. I’m really hopeful that the next one will be more like the first in this aspect since it should be exciting and have more action.

OMG!!!! I was very excited to read this book. It took me a little bit to get back into the story and then BOOM!! I was riding a roller coaster again and you think your going around a curve and it’s really a twisty loop. Wowzers!!! Man -oh-man! The last few chapters…and then that other part!!!!! YES!!!! I can’t wait for the next installment!!!

Tijan yet again you slayed me with your words. The world building, the character growth and the storyline are sublime. There is more of the intense drama and angst that had me hooked in book one. Bailey and Kash are a strong couple now. I loved how they worked together and shut down anyone trying to come between them. It made me happy that we got to see how committed they were to each other, the love and passion between them burns even hotter than before. There is a lot going on for Kash now that his identity is out in the open he is trying his best to fight his grandfather but also keeping Bailey safe is his number one priority. We get to know more about the supporting characters which I enjoyed. Loved the scenes with Bailey and her family especially Matt. #Team Batt.

The story ends on a huge cliffhanger with one extra surprise that took me a while to work out. An ending that takes us right back to the start cannot wait for more.
