Thanks to the publisher and NetGalley for giving me a chance to review this book! I really enjoyed "Open Your Own Doors" by Nora Castro. It showed me the realistic side of a woman going up in the ranks of a company. It's uncomfortable, and scary - but Ms Castro reminded me that the courage to go up in the ranks is in each individual - it already resides there. Excellent book and would definitely recommend it!
