All lovely!

This is the story of Cybil and Tanner, she is the girl left by her ex fiancé, going alone to a couples retreat and he is the trainer she gets closer to. And I say "closer to" because the way their relationship evolves it's all smooth, effortless and lovely. Except their first meeting, which is peppered with sassiness. Loved it!

All throughout the book, except a couple of action packed scenes, there is this sense of peace, of slow pace, of "meant to be". All the characters are lovely and you can spot some new possible relationships brewing between the supporting characters. Can't wait to read more books in this series.

It's all pleasant, all lovely, especially with some funny scenes, it's just a very nice book to read.

I received a copy of this in exchange for my honest review.

Aw this was a cute and sweet love story. Cybil and Tanner fall hard and fast for one another. Tanner is actually the guide on a retreat she signed up for, and they had an instant connection. He's like the perfect guy. So thoughtful and just all around awesome. Things moved at a pretty fast pace, but it was low angst and an easy love story. My favorite parts were in the beginning when they were in the wilderness.

I will say the end felt a little rushed but they were already headed to an obvious happy ever after so.

As always AAR does it again. Every since my first AAR book, it never disappoints. Here we meet Tanner and Cybil. After a failed relationship Cybil, decides to go on a retreat she originally booked with her ex. There she meets Tanner and since she didn't have a partner to help on things, she gets Tanner. The last thing Tanner wants is to meet a woman while working hard to have his business running. As always Cybil is to hard to ignore. You Cybill be this strong independent woman and doesn't let anyone get her down. Tanner is rough and sweet. he tries to keep his distance. He supports Cybil but falls for her to. Their relationship through the book is slow and so good. They have to decide can they take this adventure together and survive in the end. I love them and can't wait for the next book. Always a one-click buy for me!!

Rushed is a fantastic read. I loved this one so much. It is such a sweet and sexy read. You are going to fall hard for Tanner and Cybil. Tanner is such a sweetheart. You feel his love for the outdoors and where he is at in life. He never expected Cybil and everything he is willing to do for her. Cybil is trying to move on and an outdoor adventure is just what she needed. This couples trip will put a smile on your face as Cybil tackles it solo and the chemistry with Tanner grows. I love how supportive Tanner is of Cybil. They will take your heart from the very start. This one brought tear to my eyes and a smile on my face as the love between Cybil and Tanner flowed through the pages. I'm so in love with this series and this is only the first book. I cannot wait for more Adventures in Love to come from Aurora Rose Reynolds. You need to one click this one and meet Tanner and Cybil.

I adored this sweet love story!

Cybil is reaching past her comfort zone to go on a couple's camping retreat without the now-ex who left her after nearly a decade together. Fortunately for her, the guide, Tanner, is willing to partner with her so she can still enjoy the trip. Unfortunately, he's the same guy she blew off at the bar the night before.

Tanner is instantly smitten with Cybil, though he understands why her walls are built so high. Coupled with the pressure from his business partners not to fraternize with the clients, he struggles to take things slow with her, despite the obvious chemistry they share. A plan that works, until they're unexpectedly the target of gunfire.

I loved the gentle friendship that underscored their relationship. I know all about fast-moving relationships myself, so this story felt very relatable and believable to me. Tanner and Cybil share such an instant, deep bond that everything that follows was beautifully simple, as if preordained.

The storytelling nicely balanced intense action with quiet, contemplative moments, with a bit of humor scattered about along with plenty of sensual intimacy that underscored their serendipitous connection. Their HEA was exquisite, and there were plenty of hints along the way about other possible couples for future books.

I loved the entire reading experience, and I highly recommend this for anyone who loves low-angst romances. I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book.

Rushed is a perfect, non complicated romance novel about two people who find love with each other and don't let anything get in their way of happiness. It has a great supporting cast of cautious but supportive family members, and the notion that family isnt always what you are born into, but the people who love you along the way. I loved that there wasnt a ton of ups and downs, twists and turns, it is a straightforward story with plenty of tension and heat and a guaranteed happy ending. Its a palette cleanser type book of a real life, albeit rushed love story.

Y’all, I absolutely loved this book. Sarah (@kerosine.lit) shared about this one in her stories and I grabbed it from Netgalley right away. And it DID NOT disappoint.

What I Loved:
🏔 Tanner. Of course I fell in love with the hero. But he was just so sweet and so protective of Cybil. He wanted her from the very beginning.
🏔 Cybil. It took me a little bit to get used to her name. I just kept picturing an older woman and not a young, pretty girl.
🏔 There was only one tent. And because this was kind of an insta-love story, I was HERE for it.
🏔 There was a little bit of a story outside the romance that I loved. It made the story kind of fly by for me because they were trying to figure out what happened. And Tanner was not going let anything happen to Cybil.

To instalovey for me. I really liked the set up, she went to a couples retreat without a couple because they broke up, and he's the guide. The conflict was anticlimactic, lasted a paragraph. It was fine. Cute and fast read.

**4.5 Stars**

Rushed is a sweet romance about Cybil, who goes on a couples adventure trip by herself when her engagement falls through, and ends up being paired with Tanner, the tour guide for the week long excursion.

This story has a little bit of an insta-love vibe, which is usually not my jam, but I'm not going to lie, I totally dug it with these characters. I was 100% invested in this story line and they seemed to have a connection from their initial meeting and their chemistry came pretty quickly after that. I liked Tanner's protectiveness of Cybil, which I felt liked she deserved after her ex treated her so carelessly. I loved the secondary characters in the story including Jade as well as Margret and Mason and hope we get more of their stories in the future.

This story was fairly low angst which I liked, and I loved how well Cybil and Tanner connected and how easy their relationship seemed. I am definitely looking forward to the next books in the series!

When Cybil’s fiancé ends their decade long relationship out of the blue, she feels a little lost in love & in life. So she decides to leave Oregon and attend a weeklong couples retreat in Montana that she was supposed to attend with her (now) ex-fiancé. That’s where Cybil meets Tanner, one of the adventure guides and co-owner of the tour company.

Over the weeklong trip, Cybil & Tanner couple up and not only get to share once in a lifetime experiences together, but they end up sharing one tent the whole time too. The tension builds between them and by the end of their trip, they’re both left wondering—what if they see where their instant connection takes them?

Rushed by Aurora Rose Reynolds is book 1 in the Adventures in Love series. This is a slow-burn, slightly insta-love romance set in the Montana wilderness. I liked Cybil & Tanner’s romance, but I felt like there was so much outside drama, random events (both mysterious & emotional) that ended up taking up too much time in the story, which ultimately took away from the overall focus on their romance. I think this story had so much potential, especially with the tent-sharing aspect. While I enjoyed this & probably will continue in the series, it wasn’t a new favorite. 3/5 stars.

Thank you to NetGalley, Montlake & Aurora Rose Reynolds for my review copy.

I love a simple romance <3 That is, boy and girl meet, a little bit of not getting along, undeniable attraction, and then time to get to know each other and have feelings grow. No angst, no drama, no flouncing off in a huff, but two adults falling in love. Now, that doesn’t mean it was boring, it had some conflict and drama, just not between our leads. It also had forced proximity, and I am learning that is one of my most favourite tropes! Cybil and Tanner have set the stage for this new series, and they did it with style and class (and steam) and left me wanting more 😊

I have loved my first ever Aurora Rose Reynolds book and I am, without a doubt, going to be picking up more of her books! Having Rushed be available for ‘read now’ on NetGalley, combined with this gorgeous cover, I was giddy at being able to read this one and now that I’ve consumed it in a day, I don’t know what life is going to be like without Cybil and Tanner to keep me company!

After her eight-year relationship falls apart, Cybil decides to go on the couples retreat she and her ex had planned together. Except, she’s going alone. But Cybil has decided that she’s not going to let the collapse of her relationship define who she is or take away from the fact that she can enjoy something so wonderful. What she doesn’t expect is to meet Tanner, the guide for their retreat and her partner, and feel everything just by being around him. For Tanner, meeting Cybil is like being doused with a cold bucket of water. He’s worked hard to set up this business with his two best friends and Marine buddies, and the last thing he wants is to meet a woman coming off heartbreak and fall for her. But when they’re spending every waking minute of a week together, it becomes impossible to ignore.

Cybil is an incredible character and entirely relatable. She’s looking for herself after eight years of being someone else. After losing her mother and then her fiancé, Cybil realises that she needs to start doing things for herself. The wilderness, hiking and camping are not her cup of tea, but with the trip having been booked she takes a chance. I love how much Cybil grows through the book. She’s always come across as cautious and someone who thinks before she leaps, but with this trip, she leaps first. Cybil is also a tough woman and she’s not going to let anybody tear her down. I love her fierceness and independence, and the journey through her self discovery.

Tanner is so swoony! He’s a rough and tumble guy, who has spent his years working with his hands - first in the Marines and now as a wilderness guide. He’s lumberjack hot, without the beard, but he’s also a softy. Tanner doesn’t hesitate to step up and help Cybil whenever necessary, but he also keeps his distance when she needs it. I love how much work he put into making sure Cybil didn’t feel left out since she was the only single person at the retreat, but he also doesn’t make her feel weak. PLUS, his love for his friends and his found family just filled me with so much love for this man.

Their relationship is beautiful. It’s a slow burn and low angst, but it’s so wonderful. With a whole heap of forced proximity and sharing one tent, it’s only a matter of time before they stop fighting their attraction. I loved how even though Tanner was the guide and had to take care of everyone, he made special time for Cybil to help her explore and see the world differently. He also didn’t fight her battles for her because he knows that Cybil is strong enough to defend herself. I really enjoyed watching them come to terms with how they feel about each other and all of the excitement that comes with a new relationship. It's an instant attraction, but neither of them give into that right away and I enjoyed how Aurora Rose Reynolds makes you fall in love with them while they’re falling in love with each other.

And I must not forget all the found families in this book! The most important people in Cybil and Tanner’s lives are those they are not related to by blood and their love, support and unrelenting patience completes this story. And now, I can’t wait to see who comes next, because I want it all!

I enjoyed this story, my first by this author. I found the writing to be engaging and entertaining. I really enjoyed Tanner and Cybil - I liked them both as individual characters and I really liked the way they so effortlessly settled into their couplehood. Their story is very low angst but filled with these sort alpha romantic moments that swept me off my feet. It was a solid, enjoyable romance.

That said, I don't think it was a memorable romance. I can't put my finger on what it was - perhaps the way things happened so quickly with Tanner and Cybil's feelings for each other, or perhaps it was the noticeable lack of angst in the storyline - but something kept me from really being absorbed by the story and feeling it the way I wanted to. I enjoyed it, but it didn't always hold my attention and I wasn't always fully connected to it. It was good. It just didn't hit that next level for me.

Of course, that doesn't mean I don't want more. This book was filled with interesting secondary characters who I already am excited to get to know better!

This was such a sweet beautifully written romance and I really enjoyed it! It is the first book in the Adventures in Love series and I am looking forward to reading the others in the series, because all the characters were fabulous.

After Cyibil;s fiance breaks up with her, she decides to go on the non refundable couples retreat in Montana that she already paid for alone. That is where she meets Tanner, who has peaked her interest in many ways! The Chemistry between Cybil and Tanner is pure perfection!

Rushed has everything I want in a sweet romance. The other couples at the retreat were funny and made me laugh. This is the book by Aurora Rose Reynolds that I have read and I am looking forward to reading many more!

I highly recommend this book if you are looking for a sweet romance!

Thank you Netgalley, Montlake and Aurora Rose Reynolds for the ARC

Really enjoyed this start to a new series by Aurora Rose Reynolds. This story is about Cybil who goes on a wilderness couples retreat she had booked after her fiance broke up with her. She meets Tanner the guide for the trip and is paired with him for the retreat. There is immediate attraction and they quickly get to know each other in this setting. Thought this was a great start to this series and can't wait to read about the other guys and their stories

This is my first book by Aurora Rose Reynolds and it definitely will not be the last.

After Cybil is left by her soon-to-be husband, she decides to go on the non-refundable wilderness retreat solo in Montana. Upon arrival, she meets her travel guide, Tanner.

I loved Cybil and Tanner’s story. Cybil tries to fight her attractiveness to Tanner while Tanner is quickly smitten. There is a little drama and some annoying side characters but not enough for me to dislike the story. The insta-love was well executed and well written. Tanner is charming and supportive and their chemistry together is wonderful. Rushed has dual perspectives while allows the reader to understand some of the issues that Cybil and Tanner both have.

Rushed is a quick, low drama, extremely sweet romance with an amazing setting, adventures, and is written beautifully. I definitely won’t hesitate to pick up another books from Aurora Rose Reynolds.

Thank you Montlake and Aurora Rose Reynolds for the advanced.

She’s done it again… she captured my attention from the first few pages which had me devouring this story in one day. I simply couldn’t put it down. And while this story doesn’t have the BOOM we all know and all, this is an insta-love story with both of them feeling settled and souls happy when around the other. Same thing. This book was the perfect example of a great romance novel, there was a believable but incredibly romantic love story along with dynamic characters and a perfectly paced plot. Thank you to Montlake and Netgalley for the ARC. My review is unbiased.

My 1st from this author and it was an ok insta-love story. A lot was packed into this. Fresh off a broken engagement to her childhood BFF, heroine follows through on her couples trip on her lonesome. She is paired up with a former military, dimpled god "alpha male" on the trip and the attraction is love at 1st sight. Hiccups in life are thrown into the mix before loved-up couple gets to the HEA we all saw coming.

I had a hard time getting into the story at 1st and rolled my eyes towards the end (this is spoiler-free review, so I won't give it away). But, I was using this book as a diversion from a more boring reading option and appreciated its availability from NetGalley.

Rugged Alpha Mountain Man - Yes Please
Well. It’s been a while since I’ve been to Montana, add in the fact that I can’t even remember the last alpha (not quite a cowboy), romance I read, and I realise now how much I’ve missed it. A true romance, with the alpha take charge adventurer losing his mind over Cybil. Sweet, don’t underestimate her abilities, Cybil. I just love a country boy, and Tanner, is everything I could want and more, apologies, he’s everything Cybil could want and more. A fun story with a whole lot of drama, including interfering ‘siblings’, all to be expected in small town, slow burn, forbidden romance. It’s got everything. The start of a series that I’m sure will keep getting better and better. I can’t wait for more.
