Cute and fun book for cat lovers and Marvel fans. Enjoyed the art style. Very heavy focus on imagery. There isn't a lot of text in the whole thing, and because of that, I think you would need a fairly good awareness of Marvel characters and comics to enjoy this.

Marvel Meow by Nao Fuji is a wonderful book with minimal dialogue for fans of sequential art. The art is clean but detailed and does an excellent job with storytelling. Each section has descriptions for the Marvel characters involved. This book would be a great gift for cat lovers and/or Marvel fans.

With no words in Marvel Meow the comic did a great job depicting the characters and their personalities. I really enjoyed this feel good comedy that definitely had me laughing. The comic is a bunch of little short strips of Marvel characters meeting and being with Captain Marvel's cat. It was a short read but very enjoyable and had a beautiful art style.

GOOSE! AKA CHEWIE ! Who doesn't love the adventures of a cat... flerken.

Quick fun read and had a few laughs. I particularly loved the Deadpool and the Guardians of the Galaxy moments, what were your favourites?

If you like cats, read this. If you like Marvel, read this. If you like both, you'll just adore this.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the author, the publishers and the NetGalley team for providing me with an Advanced copy. I cherished this opportunity to read it in exchange for an honest review.

This was adorable!! I loved seeing all the superheroes with the cats. I also really liked that they had a bunch of superheroes that you don't normally see in things like this like Silver Surfer, Daredevil, and Ghost rider. I'm really glad they didn't just stick to the normal big superheroes and gave us some variety with this book.

Very fun little graphic novel book featuring Chewie interacting with many Marvel characters. Fun jokes and situations and beautiful art.

A quick read, this book is collection of short comics showcasing different Marvel characters interacting with Captain Marvel's pet cat, Chewie. Although there is no text, the entire book is conveyed through brief one to two page stories. I thought the comics were cute, but not really engaging. Just a brief 72 pages, but I did appreciate the brief explanation of each characters for those who aren't familiar with them.

This was funny adaption of what different character from Marvel would interact with a cat. As a Marvel lover and animal lover, I loved this collaboration!

I'd definitely recommend this book for a holiday gift!

Thank you to NetGalley and VIZ Media for allowing me to read this book. This was an adorable short comic about the adventures of Captain Marvels cat, Chewie. While the comic has very little words, it maintains its funny and adorable nature throughout. There some everyday cat activities and some superhero activities, just as you'd expect with a superhero's pet.

This was cute and the artwork was GORGEOUS, but I think I don't know enough of the Marvel Universe to understand some of the humor in this. Also, I recommend this in real book format, so you can really soak in the artwork. A screen just really doesn't do it justice.

Recommended for Marvel fans who also understand and appreciate the way cats behave.

3, solidly cute, stars.

My thanks to NetGalley and Viz Media LLC for an eARC copy of this book to read and review.

Charming comic for anyone who is a marvel fan and/or a cat fan! Even better for those of us who are both.

Not what I was expecting. Was hoping for more of a complete Manga story. Love the concept and art style though. Hope they use this concept to create a story line.

Marvel Meow was an absolute delight! I am somewhat familiar with Marvel characters thanks to some comics and movie adaptations, and it was fun seeing them interact with cats. I could also see this being a nice addition to a school classroom or library since the majority of the book is wordless, and reading this could help younger readers improve visual literacy. The collection was well designed and layed out, and whether you read it from cover to cover or skip around, there's sure to be a comic for you.

Marvel Meow features Captain Marvel's cat/flerken Chewie interacting with and causing hijinks with various superheroes/teams such as the Avengers, X-Men, Inhumans, Guardians of the Galaxy, Deadpool, and many more in short (just a few pages, if that) comic vignettes. The vast majority of the stories are wordless, allowing Nao Fuji's artwork to really shine and speak for itself.

This a cute comic that both die hard and casual fans can enjoy.

A slice of life and nearly wordless journey through Marvel with a cute cat. The Avengers here are the MCU movies, but Doctor Strange has Bats (a ghost dog) and Bachalo's art style. I was trying to place the X-Men as before Krakoa, but Hope was among the mutants. I loved the manga art style and the spot color of red/magenta and blue/cyan. A fun read for casual fans of Marvel.

I'm conflicted on this book. There was little to no text and I'm not sure if it made it feel shorter than it is or it just is really short. It is filled with one to two pages of a cat being a cat around a Marvel superhero. Sometimes the cat is ornery, sometimes sweet. Very realistic vignette's about life with a cat. This book wasn't bad but it wasn't very good since it had very little content.

Why is this book so adorable! Super cute, love to see these superheroes being just as affected by this cat as everyone else. A super fun quick read.

I loved this book! It didn't have words but you didn't need them as the comic was so funny without them. I enjoyed the mix of normal cat shenanigans and crazy superhero situations. I was always excited to see the transition page to see how the hero would adopt to chewie or how they would be hanging out. It was also really nice to get a brief description of each marvel character, those in the know can skip past them but those who don't know every single character get a nice introduction. The only thing that was slightly off in the book was the giant watermark in the middle of each page, I understand marvel doesn't want this material stolen but it was hard to tell what was going on sometimes, especially in the X-Men scenes. But this book is so cute, I would definitely go back and read it again!
