Thank you Sounds true and Netgalley for this ARC.

This was nothing like I had envisioned when I requested it, however that was a fabulous surprise. Being guilty of being a perpetual time waster I was grateful for new ways of thinking about time and embracing different ways to interact with it, I Enjoyed this book and learned so much about our greatest asset. I appreciate the knowledge shared and look forward to changing my mindset toward my perception of time.

This book had a fascinating topic and I had hoped and did learn quite a few tricks that I wanted to. But at times it was quite hard for me to follow perhaps my own lack of knowledge for the concepts that were being discussed

When Lisa Broderick was very young, she had an experience which changed her perception of time completely. Now she has decided to show others how they can do this as well. Much of the book is quite scientific, which left me a bit cold, although I liked the time-travel theories. It is comforting to know that time is partly physical and partly our perception of it, and that Einstein actually proved that time is actually stretchable, like a rubber band!

I liked the practical advice about focusing, mindfulness, living in the moment and letting go of stress. She also provides useful exercises. Changing one's perception of time is certainly worth practising!

I liked this overall, but I suspect some readers will be challenged by some of the ideas here -- that might be a good thing. I recommend it those that are curious about our perception of time and those with an open mind or willing to be stretched at little toward the end.

One of the best self help books I've read to date!

All the Time in the World is in essence about how time works, learn how to "control" time, learn to affect time for you, everything in life is about what you perceive to be the truth.

I highly recommend All the Time in the World to anyone. I want to thank Netgalley, the publishers and author's for allowing me to read and review your work before it's released to the public. This is my own, honest review.

What an excellent book this was, I loved the first section and really concentrated on the second section. I found myself constantly trying to look at my life and how I spend my time and use my time. Some of it was a little bizarre but I just loved it. So well written and put together.

All the Time in the World is an amazing book for re-thinking your relationship with time and how to take control of it. It was so much more than I expected and really opened my mind to new possibilities. Quantum Physics is the basis of the scientific explanation and the author focusses on many of the most well known theories and relates them to our current notion of time, and how we can use it to expand our understanding. There are lots of exercises to try, but you do need to have an open mind to get the best from the book. I liked the idea of healing the past by “time traveling” through your perceptions, using flow states to your advantage, and
“experiencing your life in advance” to help you manifest the future outcomes. Overall an excellent mind blowing book bursting with cutting edge thinking. If you are ready to expand your horizons and flexible enough to think outside the box, be brave and jump in, it will be an amazing ride !!

An interesting book on time and how it can be manipulated. This is not a book about how to be more efficient, rather it is about our perception of time and how, through meditation we can experience it differently.
I really enjoyed the first part of the book which dealt with the science of time. This section was stimulating and very though provoking. The second part of the book dealt with practices for altering how we relate to time. These started off extremely well. I found the ideas quite enlightening and they offered great potential for change. However as the chapters progressed, the suggestions moved away from the credible and did become more bizarre. I don't think I am ready to accept that I can meditate myself into an out of body experience just yet!
Nevertheless, there's a lot to think about in the book and, excluding the last few chapters, I would say that it is reasonably helpful.

I was reading about purposeful time distortion twenty years ago by Richard Handler, co-creator of NLP.

However, I couldn't get it to work and although I've played around with Time-lines, this is my first foray back into time manipulation.

This time, the theory is backed by quantum physics and twenty years of science trying to figure out just how much our consciousness and physical nature affect our experience of time (or even time itself).

I've started doing the exercises (which I'd been partly doing through meditation) and look forward to what the book can teach - I did get insights from one exercise.

A caveat: if you're not flexible enough to suspend disbelief you will struggle. This is cutting edge paradigm shifting stuff. Take a deep breath and assume you can enter a new reality. After all, mentally you created your old one...right?

I found this book was just personally not for me This book was well written and and gave a lot of fact based evidence to support their claims, but I found myself skipping over parts mentally, and not processing the words in the story. This book would be great for somebody else but I personally didn’t really enjoy it.
