I just love paranormal cozies, and I am on a quest to find new authors of such. This was one. One of the first things I noticed about this book was that even though I hadn’t read the other books in the series, I had no problems understanding and enjoying the book. I really liked getting to know Sunny, Mitch, Jo, and everyone else. While the mystery was maybe a little too convoluted, it was a great mystery, too. I’d like to see Sunny use her skills more in aiding the investigations, but that’s just a minor point. I think I’ve found another series to love. Recommend. I liked the characters. I found it to be a bit convoluted but was a quick interesting read. Very cute. I enjoyed it 3.5 stars
