Thank you to Netgalley, the author, and the publisher for allowing me to read and review the ARC. This book has a lot of exercises in facing anxiety, finding calmness and confidence and in speaking. If you need a book to help push you, this may be good. I wasn’t entirely crazy about the pressures of success since we get enough of that already, but there are a lot of great tips in this book.

I could not get through this whole book. While I feel there were some good advice nuggets within, i felt like a lot of it was bordering on "toxic positivity." As in, it's easy to be happy, just CHOOSE to be! And, everyone on earth has the same amount of hours in the day! (No, they don't. Some people have to work for a living, and others do not. Some people are born into poverty and others are born into great wealth. We do not all have an equal shot at happiness and success). Anyway, I'm sure this book will help a lot of people, but I am not one of them.
