From the first book I read penned by this author to this one, I'm a fan. I absolutely love Ms. Proby's brand of contemporary romance with sassy heroines, swoon worthy heroes and sparkling conversation that keeps a reader entertained from start to finish.
The O'Callaghans are an Irish American family who live on a small island off the Puget Sound close to Seattle. Other than the one brother who runs the pub that was started by their parents, each of the siblings have their own careers and life and yet they all have their roles in the pub and gather there for many fun filled evenings of good old Irish stew, the right brew and evenings of music and dancing.
It's no surprise that Hunter Meyers ends up at the pub when he goes to the island looking for a new home and a new way of life that will give his teenage daughter different choices. It's also no surprise that he ends up attracted to Maeve Callaghan who also turns out to be the realtor who's helping him look for properties.  So it's not much of a surprise that Hunter loves the property that Maeve has long coveted and has been saving up for.
Wow! Ms. Proby sure knows how to flesh out her heroes; handsome, rich and caring. Hunter Meyer definitely knows how to court a girl, whether it's in the preparation for a fancy Hollywood bash, or showing up in the middle of the night in the middle of the night when her roof springs a leak or being the perfect caring Dad. The supporting characters most of whom we've met before are adorable and it's always fun to catch up on the what comes after the happily ever after on their book closed their chapter.
Another winner. Ms. Proby,  please keep your stories coming as fast as you can pen them.

Maeve O'Callaghan is a realtor and also helps out at the family pub. While working at the pub she meets Hunter, a retired MMA fighter with a teenage daughter. It turns out Maeve is the realtor that Hunter contacted when he was planning his move to the small island that Maeve's family lives on.
I love this series and will be sorry to see it end. Hunter is incredibly sweet and I love the glimpses of the other O'Callaghan family members.

This is Mauve's romance and she is paired with a very hot, single dad to a teen age girl who is 15. Hunter and his daughter, Rachel and new characters in this series but they know Jules and Nate as Hunter is a former prize fighter. His daughter is running wild and he decides she needs to move to a new area so she can make new friends and he decides the island where Mauve lives is where they should move to.

He ends up on the island and at first glance and flirt he falls for Mauve and her him. This story has a bit of insta love/lust as they both fall hard for each other. They form a business and a personal relationship and while that can be complicated, they have a lot of fun flirting with each other as they get to know each other and Mauve is his realtor and has a blast showing him perspective homes on the island.

But life with a teenager can be complicated even as Mauve's family take her under their wings. And then Hunter's past comes back to haunt him. I loved rachel. She is this awesome teen who growing up fast.

This was a wonderful story and a fun and fast read for me that I adored. I loved watching Mauve find love with this family and I adored how hard Hunter falls for her.

I received a complimentary early release copy of this e-book from the author prior to release and am voluntarily leaving a review.

I received this book through NetGalley and it turned out to be very precious!

Don't be fooled by the cover, this is a super sweet book full of sweet glances and soft touches. It is an instant-love but not in a way that's frustrating. Honestly, I was sold by the fact that it was on an island across from Seattle. I frequent them often and love them, so it was the perfect place for a love story.

Our male lead, Hunter, is a single dad and retired famous boxer who is struggling to raise his rebellious teenage daughter. He decides it's time to move out of the city and on to the sweet island across the sound to take better care of her. Our female lead, Maeve, sells beautiful island homes by day and works at her family owned and run Irish pub by night. On the first night of Hunter visiting the island, he decides to stop at the pub only to meet the lovely independent Maeve and they immediately feel that spark. Very sweet and you can't help but adore Maeve and everyone in her family.

Very easy and quick read if you need a little sweetness in your day!

This is a part of the With Me series by Kristen Proby. For those familiar with the series, they will enjoy another addition to this set.

I liked the romance, the hero and heroine had chemistry, but my criticism is that there is not a lot of conflict. It wasn’t instalove but it seemed there were not a lot obstacles and the romance came easy. Otherwise it was a good read and I would recommend it.

I’ve always wanted to visit Ireland. In Flirt with Me, Maeve O’Callaghan lives in America but she is drawn to the seaside cliffs of an island in the Puget Sound that reminds her of Ireland. As oldest daughter of a large Irish family, Maeve is a real estate agent by day and works in her family’s pub at night. She meets many interesting people in both jobs, but she’s never been drawn to someone so strongly as she is to Hunter Meyers.

Hunter is looking for a home away from the hustle and bustle of Seattle to settle in with his teenage daughter. He thinks that the tiny island only a ferry ride away may be the answer to his dilemma. He happens upon Maeve one night in the pub and realizes the following day that she is his real estate agent. The couple’s attraction to each other is too strong to deny and they must find a way be together thorough the turmoil of their lives.

I flew through this book in one night. Kristen Proby is a master storyteller. Her characters are so relatable and real. I loved hearing about the other members of the family, but most importantly, I fell into Hunter and Mauve’s story completely. I adore happily ever after stories and this book won’t disappoint. I highly encourage you to read the other books of the With Me in Seattle series by Kristen Proby before reading this book.

Another great addition to the With Me series by Kristen Proby. I enjoy how she has continued the series with new friends of the original group.

I liked the central romance, and how Hunter's daughter grew more responsible. My criticism would be that there was not a lot of conflict within the main relationship. They seemed to meet and fall in love quickly without any real obstacles.
