This is another great story about verity. In thisbthis edition, she helps cinderella when the fairy godmother becomes unreliable. I loved the twist to this cinderella story, and the message to ask your friends for help.

This is the third Verity Fairy book that I read together with my daughter. Previously, we read Verity Fairy: Sleeping Beauty and Rapunzel, like their predecessors, this book did not disappointed! This series is quickly climbing on top of my fav easy reader charts to recommend to friends.

The book gives a modern day fairy twist on a classic fairytale. Verity is spontaneous and always manage to spin herself straight into a tangled web of trouble. In the end tho, her kind heart, and her strong friendship helps her restore order to her fairy world.

I received this book from the publisher via NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.

Verity Fairy: Cinderella is cute chapter book for beginner readers. I like the artistry in the book. I liked how the book had the definitions for big words at the bottom of the page. I also liked how there was a Q & A at the end of the book to reinforce what the reader has read. Thank you to NetGalley and the Publisher for the opportunity to read this book. (This review is also on GoodReads.)

We love Verity Fairy! It puts a fun twist on a familiar fairytale, and adds a great lesson. What a good little reminder that we shouldn't worry about what others think of us, and that sometimes it takes bravery to ask for help when we need it.

Fairy fun! This book is a nice adaptation of the story of Cinderella from the fairy perspective. Verity is a helpful fairy that helps fairy godmother remember what Cinderella needs to night of the ball.

This is a good book for early/young readers since it has short chapters and fairly easy language. My kids enjoyed the illustrations in this book and the fact that Verity got to go to the ball.

Thank you to the publisher and Netgalley for providing me a digital copy of this book for an honest review.

This was such a cute retelling of a classic children’s book! I love Verity and her best friend Celeste. In this book. Verity learns that asking for help is a good thing, and she shouldn’t be ashamed to do it.

I am reviewing Verity Fairy and Cinderella by Caroline Wakeman. I thoroughly enjoyed reading this children’s book. It was a nice tie in to the original Cinderella story with Verity Fairy helping the Fairy Godmother but still the story was really about Verity Fairy. I enjoyed the illustrated map, the footnote explanations of certain words that younger readers may not comprehend, and the questions at the end I think will be fun for kids. I will definitely be purchasing this title for my granddaughter to add to her library. #NetGalley #Verity Fairy and Cinderella #DK Publishing #Penguin Random House

What seems to be a modern spin on the classic book Cinderella. The book focuses on Verity and how she is tasked with getting Cinderella home before midnight. The one thing is Verity runs into a little problem that she has to deal with. It also teaches children that asking for help is more important than worrying about what others may think of you.

A super cute short chapter book, retelling of the Cinderella fairytale with Verity the fairy! I appreciated how the advanced words were in italics. Definitely a great book for beginner readers, I would say 6+.

I received an eARC courtesy of DK Children via NetGalley in exchange for my honest review. Thank you.
