Ansley Murphy and daughters Caroline, Sloan and Emerson and families gather in Peachtree Bluff to celebrate Thanksgiving and enjoy family time. The sisters are all going through some stresses in their lives and are so happy to get together with each other. Ansley and her husband are planning to leave for their trip of a lifetime right after Thanksgiving. Hurricane warnings are posted but no one takes it serious, but they soon realize that it it coming and going to be a strong one. Can Ansley and her family weather the storm and not lose everything and realize that family is everything. Best book of the Peachtree series! Kristy is a talented writer and all of her books are fantastic!

Thanks to Kristy Woodson Harvey and Gallery Books

Yay - another return to Peachtree Bluff! And it's the holidays...and a hurricane is on the way!

This is part of a series, but I think it could easily be a stand alone Christmas story if you haven't read the others -- and will probably have you going back to find those to read, too!

It was nice to go back and visit with Ansley, Caroline, Sloane and Emerson -- and the husbands and grandkids. Lots of family holiday traditions in their small town. I love the characters and how the townsfolk take care of each other. And even Jim Cantore makes an appearance!

Thank you to NetGalley, the author and publisher for a temporary, digital ARC in return for my review.

Peachtree Bluff at Christmas?! I couldn’t have been more excited when I heard the news. As always, another fantastic novel by Kristy Woodson Harvey. I loved being back in this sweet little town that feels like home, and it was wonderful to catch up with the fabulous Murphy girls.

Loved it loved it loved it! Second chances, summer lovin, pirate treasure, hurricanes, and sisterhood made this book one of my absolute faves. The teenagers were believable and well-written, the “older” generation was wise but not without the necessary flaws to make them authentic, and the characters my age were 100% relatable in one way or another. My favorite part: teenage Vivian knowing the best place to sit in the canoe for Starlite Star Bright. Read it, you’ll see.

The fans of the Peachtree Bluff series begged Kristy Woodson Harvey to write another book about the beloved Murphy family and Kristy has delivered an amazing Christmas story that will have you laughing and crying!!!

Christmas in Peachtree Bluff has Ansley and her daughters Caroline, Sloane and Emerson all back in Peachtree Bluff along with their families for Thanksgiving. Jack and Ansley are leaving soon for a vacation and Caroline is in the midst of a divorce from Jack. Their daughter, Vivi, is making a lot of poor choices and decisions about her need to be made. But everything is about to change when Jim Cantore comes to town…everyone knows what that means!!! Will this late in the year hurricane really occur and what destruction might it bring??

Christmas in July was so enjoyable this year with this read of Christmas in Peachtree Bluff. You don’t realize how much you miss some characters until they come to life on the pages again!!! October 26th is the day that everyone can make this great return to Peachtree Bluff!!! You will love this story of family, traditions and forgiveness. I hope we get to return to Peachtree Bluff again!! I am not ready to leave this family yet!!!

Thank you Gallery Books and Kristy Woodson Harvey for an early digital copy.

It's wonderful to spend time with old friends during the Christmas season. This book gives us a chance to spend time with the Murphy family in Peachtree Bluff. It put me in the Christmas mood even though it's a 90 degree July day. I'll need to read it again closer to Christmas.

Ansley loves Christmas - decorating at the store and at home and she always looks forward to the activities in her town -the tree lighting, the caroling on the water. They are all important traditions for her and she enjoys spending time at these events with her children and grandchildren. The entire family is home for Thanksgiving and Ainsley and Jack are excited because they are leaving right after Thanksgiving to take their dream vacation on a cruise in Australia.

Emerson and her family are there from California, Sloane and her son and daughter Vivi are there from New York City and Caroline and Adam live in town. When the sisters get together it's always fun for everyone but this year there are two problems - Vivi and Pearl. Vivi is typical teenager who is hateful to her mother and blames her for the divorce between her parents. Pearl is a hurricane that is scheduled to come on shore at or near Peachtree Bluff. Ainsley isn't paying any attention to the hurricane warnings because she thinks that it's too late in the year for a dangerous storm.. The sisters and their families go to NYC after Thanksgiving with plans to return for Christmas. Vivi is giving her mother so much trouble that Ainsley and Jack decide to take her on their cruise. As the storm gets closer, Vivi runs off in anger and they weren't able to evacuate and now have to ride out the storm and it's a vicious storm that will cause damage and flooding. The section of the book about the hurricane was very tense I wanted Peachtree Bluff to be undamaged and was really worried about Ainsley and Jack because their home was on the water. The three daughters are afraid for Jack and Ainsley and Vivi and know that they have to rescue them. Do Ainsley, Jack and Vivi stay safe? Are the daughters able to rescue them after the 'storm of the century'?

As always, Kristy Woodson Harvey has given us a story about family and the problems and love that every family has. Her characters are spot on and remind me of people that I know. She says that this is the last book in the series but maybe - hopefully - she'll change her mind. I hate to say goodbye to the Murphy family. Kristy's legion of fans are going to love this book. If you haven't read her books - read this series and I guarantee that she will become one of your favorite authors!

Thanks to netgalley for a copy of this book to read and review.

I've always thought the Peachtree Bluff books would work perfectly for television (similar to Virgin River or Sweet Magnolias), and this book cemented that belief. It felt like the sweetest Christmas special! It was full of excitement and humor and love.

I loved catching up with the Murphy family, and reading about their Christmas activities was exactly the break I needed as summer wraps up and I start gearing up for the school year. This is a full novel with dramatic and emotional moments, but it also had a subplot about coffee delivery that had me giggling out loud.

This is the fourth book in the Peachtree Bluff series, it is just as good as the others. The murphy women join forces as a hurricane is threating to destroy their beloved Peachtree bluff. love this series.

Christmas in Peachtree Bluff is filled with lots of family drama, fresh starts, holiday traditions, revealing secrets, romance and a devastating natural disaster. What more fans of literary fiction could readers want? Kristy Woodson Harvey latest installment in this wonderful series definitely is a winner…and will surely make readers want to read the previous books again or for the first time. I voluntarily reviewed an advance copy of this book from NetGalley. Most highly recommend.

They say you can’t always go back home again. But, ladies and gentlemen, you CAN go back home to Peachtree Bluff on October 26th... and it's good to be home. ❤️❤️❤️

There's something so special about revisiting dearly beloved and admired characters a few years after a series has ended, because you KNOW the characters so well, you know how their minds work, their personalities, and you just slip right back into the story effortlessly, and that's what Kristy Woodson Harvey has accomplished here with Christmas in Peachtree Bluff. It was every thing I wanted, and more.

When the Peachtree Bluff books ended with Southern Side of Paradise, Kristy said she wasn't going to write anymore PTB books, but this is "the book that the fans wrote" essentially, we begged and pleaded for it, and I promise you, Kristy has delivered a fitting, adorable, emotional, rollicking ride of a journey back to Peachtree and back to the Murphy women.

As Christmas is approaching, all of the Murphy women have descended on Peachtree Bluff, and Jack and Ansley are about to take off on a destination vacation, but then the "storm of the century" pops up on the map, and a hurricane is headed toward Peachtree Bluff in late November, and no matter how convinced that Ansley is that it isn't coming, the town must prepare for it, and then suffer the consequences. It's a warm, uplifting book, with a great family story and a beautiful ending.

Fans of Kristy Woodson Harvey are not going to be disappointed. And I got to read it early and have all the “Christmas in July” feelings. 🥰 Thank you Gallery Books!

This feel good holiday story takes place in a quaint town called Peachtree Bluff. The closeness of the town and the close-knit family pulled me in immediately. It definitely made me wish I could climb into the book and visit the people of this town. While they all have different lives, and full plates, they all look forward to the holiday traditions of Peachtree Bluff. However, this year, a horrific storm threatens to ruin the whole town. Will they get a Christmas miracle? Can the town rally together and weather the storm? You will not want to put this book down once you start reading! This is not my first book by Kristy Woodson Harvey, and I definitely can't wait to read more of her amazing books!

Christmas in Peachtree Bluff is pure perfection! I am over the moon that I got an ARC copy from NetGalley. It’s the perfect Christmas story about one of my favorite families. I love Ansley and her girls. Their husbands and kids round out the craziness that is part of every family. You might not think you want to visit a beach town during the Holidays - but this book will change your mind. I’m so glad Kristy wrote another story about Peachtree Bluff. Hated to finish this one but I could and will re-read the series again.

It’s never a good sign when Jim Cantore comes to town, right?

The Murphy family has gathered together for the Thanksgiving holiday which also marks the start of the Peachtree Bluff Christmas season. Although Pearl, the storm of the century, is threatening a direct hit on the waterfront town, neither Ansley nor her daughters Caroline, Sloane or Emerson are worried because they are all planning to evacuate ahead of the storm. They didn’t realize that Caroline’s daughter, teenager Vivi, would upset all their plans with her impulsive behavior that threatens them all. The way that the family pulls together with other Peachtree Bluffs’ residents is part of the charm of Kristy Woodson Harvey’s novels.

The rest of the charm comes from the well described characters who make Peachtree Bluffs come alive. The town itself, sparkling with Christmas decorations, is captivating. This can’t be the final in the series. Kristy, I want to meet Adam and Sloane’s baby. I want to see what happens to Wes and Caroline. And Tyler and Vivi. Thank you for this delightful early Christmas present! 5 stars.

Thank you to NetGalley, Gallery Books and Kristy Woodson Harvey for this ARC.

4.5 rounded up heartwarming stars for Christmas in Peachtree Bluff by Kristy Woodson Harvey.

I LOVED the Peachtree Bluff series and was so emotionally attached to the characters so I was absolutely thrilled when Woodson Harvey decided to revisit them with a festive Christmas themed novel. Reading this book was like slipping into a cozy cardigan by the fire with a glass of wine and catching up with old friends. It was like a Hallmark movie with a little more drama and had me craving Christmas time so I know it will be the most festive read when it publishes this fall.

The storm of the century is heading to Peachtree Bluff... what could go wrong? Oh, and it's almost Christmas. We re-visit and follow all Murphy women -- Ansley, Caroline, Sloane, Emerson, and Vivi -- as they handle storms of their own and navigate the upcoming hurricane and holiday season. All the signature Southern charm and heartwarming themes of family and sisterhood that made the Peachtree Bluff series un-putdownable is very present in this novel as well.

I know Kristy Woodson Harvey has likely closed the book on the Peachtree Bluff series now, but here I am seriously hoping she has a few more in her because I just love this series so much. Nevertheless, Kristy Woodson Harvey continues her status as an auto-buy author for me. I can't wait to see what she does next.

Thank you to Gallery Books and NetGalley for an advanced copy in exchange for an honest review.
