This book has some great tips in it! it's very insightful and positive. This is definitely a good read for someone who wants to heal and needs some direction. It can be truelly eye opening.

Sherianna Boyle provides a lot of helpful methods in the book “Emotional Detox Now”. There is a LOT of information included, and will stay in my library as a helpful resource I can check when I need to brush up on the exercises. Boyle addresses so many different situations to help manage stress and anxiety - great tools to have!

This book was okay. I didn't find it as helpful as I hoped and the writing wasn't very engaging. I think some may benefit more from it than me and may resonate with the author and her writing a bit more. Though I wasn't crazy about the writing, some of the advice was helpful and interesting.

I really enjoyed the cleanse method presented in this book. I think it is a great way to handle emotional situations, and I think it will be something I incorporate into my daily life.

Wow! Some amazingly easy ways to calm down your emotions in general and in lots of specific instances. Quick resets to bring you out of your monkey mind. (Or overwhelm). If your emotions sometimes take over your mind I would definitely recommend reading this book.

This book really helped renew my mind and healed my spirit. As I read through this, I never realized how much stress I was under. It really brought a clarity to everyday living and thinking. I am grateful for this book because it has brought about a lot of changes in my thinking process. I appreciate the opportunity to be able to read and review this advanced copy.

Emotional detox really dives into how to cleanse every aspect of life from ourselves, to relationships around us!

As someone dealing with anxiety and finding ways to cleanse I like the methods described in the book. There were a lot described and I definitely will use this book as a resource when needed.

I appreciate the exercises that make up the base of the book. I found this book to be informative and helpful. This is an excellent resource for people who struggle with emotions and are looking for more mindful ways of working with it.

There are a lot of exercises in this book, which is great. There's an emotional detox for just about every situation. It feels a bit silly at first to sit there humming and speaking affirmations to myself, but just taking the time to acknowledge my feelings is so helpful in regulating where I am. I will definitely be referring back to certain detoxes as needed.

The improper grammar mixed with the pure hatred of fat people and pseudo-science makes this book a hard pass.

This book is easy to follow and gives a lot of helpful tips and is very accessible and great to follow along with.

I did like parts such as the acronym: CLEANSE and the tone used throughout the book. Even though this is not an audio book, it read like one in the sense that I could hear the soothing tone of the writer as she was going over the exercises.
I think the narrative needs to be more diverse. This is a dense book with too much reading. It could use some photos and be more conversational with stories and anecdotes to break up the heavy content. I can see most people checking out at the 5% mark. After a while, it becomes dull and monotone.
I would strongly suggest you reduce the number of exercises and also talk up the social media content in the synopsis. There are a ton of videos about detox on Youtube and I think this book follows in that vein--not just the chapters on social media.
I will reserve posting my review on sites until publication, as you might make improvements and I don't want to keep changing my review.
