When her husband the crown prince develops amnesia after a mining accident, Princess Luna is determined to regain they love they shared. Prince Rini worries that she's acting out of pity. Can they find a way to stay together?

This is a deeply emotional novel. Luna is so grateful that her husband is still alive, she'll do whatever it takes to help him remake his life. Rini struggles to understand how she can be so selfless and supportive. It's lovely to see them fall in love all over again.

Thanks, NetGalley, for the ARC I received. This is my honest and voluntary review.

It’s been a long, long, long time since I read a Harlequin amnesia story and this one didn’t disappoint.
It was heartbreaking at times and just gave me all the “feels” I wanted on a rainy day.

Received a free copy from NetGalley for an honest review.

It’s been so long since I’ve read a true Harlequin romance. I’d forgotten how much authors can stuff into such a short book and have it still work. I think if I wasn’t so well versed in romance novels I would have been overwhelmed, but it’s a Harlequin so the reader is going to know what they’re getting. I’ve not read Rebecca Winters’ books before but apparently she’s written over 75 books and lives somewhere near me.

This book has everything. It’s an amnesia book with a royal family in a made up European country, there’s some marriage in trouble thrown in, with a dash of family drama and… Luna’s pregnant when Rini loses his memory but hadn’t told him yet. Seriously I could not have asked for a more stereotypical category (and I say that with the utmost love and respect for the subject of the romance genre).

The story was emotional and fast paced. I really felt for both Luna and RIni throughout the entire book. I never doubted their love for one another. My favorite part of amnesia romances is watching two people who love each other rediscover their love, and this one did not disappoint on that front.

Thank you to Harlequin and NetGalley for the gifted ARC

Wow talk about an emotional ride!

Luna and Rini’s story was a story about the power of love! When tragedy strikes Luna never gives up hope! She knows her husband is still alive and when she finds him she is relieved only to discover he has no memory of her or his life!

Together they navigate their new normal! With patience, communication they start to make their way forward but Rini is struck with fear and decides maybe the best way to love Luna is to let her go!

I was in awe at the strength of Luna! This book was such a breathe of fresh air because Rini and Luna communicated! They didn’t sit in fear they discussed and found ways to do what was needed! I am new to this author and took a chance because the blurb caught my eye! I am now a fan and will read her work!
