A compelling and "unputdownable" book. This one kept me guessing until the end and the twist was very surprising!

Unfortunately audio books just aren’t for me. I tried to listen but I find that my mind wanders. I appreciate the opportunity to try to listen to this one. I think it’s great that you offered an audiobook as many people enjoy them.

Fun little mystery audiobook with different narrator's and perspectives. I liked the twist and the ending.

A psychological thriller with unexpected twists. I received an advanced audio download from William Morrow and Harper Collins.

The book tells the story of a wealthy socialite and the poor daughter of a junkyard dealer who develop a connection when the socialite visits a small rural town in Maine.

I am a fan of these types of books but so many seem to have the same storyline. This one had some expected twists, but others were no. The book also left me thinking about where the characters are now.

Thank you for the advanced copy of this audiobook!

This is the story of a woman who no one seems to care about. The book open with her death, and soon after you learn about various people in her life and what led to her death. I really liked the way the story is told. I am taking off one star because I found the book to be predictable even though I was highly entertained. I think the hard copy of the book mag be slightly less predictable because the narrator's ton slightly gave some clues away.

Definitely a good road trip audiobook since the story flows and each chapter has a slight cliffhanger.

This book is very dark and twisty so if that’s your thing, you’ll fall into this suspense novel and struggle to set it down. The opening scene introduces us to our main and quite dead narrator, Lizzie who is prostrate in the bedroom of her lakeside rental. She begins telling us in drips and drabs how she came to be here. She doesn’t ask forgiveness for her bad reputation in the town she grew up in, but she does tell us about her attempts to improve her situation over the years. As the detective tries to solve her murder, he of course, starts with the husband, who garners little sympathy as the hometown jock turned drug addict who could have had it all if it weren’t for Lizzie. At least, that’s what the locals think about Dwayne adding to the animosity toward Lizzie. And what about the couple who rent Lizzie’s isolated cabin? Another reason the locals resent Lizzie. How dare she rent to these uppity and scandalous couple who fleeced many people of their savings?

The book was well written and I appreciated the skills of the audiobook narrator. Another great example of escapist fiction that keeps you turning the pages. congratulations to the author. I was given an advance copy of the book in exchange for an honest review. Thanks to NetGalley and the publisher William Morrow for a great thrill ride.

This book was gifted to me by the publisher via Netgalley in exchange for an honest review. This was definitely a page turner. There were twists that you saw coming and some that were quite unexpected. Lizzie's character could be hated one minute & cheered on the next. You should add this to your TBR pile immediately.

I loved this book! Great storytelling! The narrators are very good! This story sucks you in, and since it is told from three perspectives, it is never boring.

This was an amazing read, the twists and turns were amazing. Grabbed me from the first page to the very end. This is the kind of book I prefer to read, I can’t begin to guess the outcome!

If you like a good thrill with an even better twist, this book is for you! Lizzie Ouellette is a small town girl from Copper Falls who meets Adrienne and Ethan Richards, the high powered city couple, when they rent her lake house. Lizzie is the hated junkyard girl in her town, while Adrienne is the bougie social media influencer. They seem very different, but in fact, have more similarities than one might suspect.
I don’t want to give too much of this plot away, but suffice to say the first gory murder scene will suck you in and it just gets crazy and crazier after that.
I listened to the audiobook version of this one. I don’t usually do audiobooks because I find I get distracted from the story but the multiple narrators in this one kept me intrigued. Lizzie’s narrator was spot on.
If you’re looking for a good Halloween read this could be it! I don’t do trigger warnings but will say this book is not for the faint of heart.

I liked the book. The opening where the author makes you think that Lizzie is dead and talkin from the grave was a good way to start it because the reader almost all the way through so specs that Adrian had killed her. However about halfway to I began suspecting that possibly the scenario was different and that Lizzie was still alive although I was surprised that her husband was involved also. I gave it a four because I thought is was a little too much of a stretch to believe that people thought she was Adrian she looks so much like her. You really had to stretch the reasonable suspension of disbelief when I came to the ending.

When a small town murder has a town outcast, Lizzie Oulette, dead and her husband, Dwayne, missing the big city Detective Ian Bird comes to town to get to the bottom of it. It seems like an open and shut case on the surface but something isn't quite right.

Enter a famous Instagram influencer, Adrienne Richards and her white collar criminal husband. They have been renting a lake house from Lizzie for long stretches of time to escape the city and notoriety. This arrangement is much to the chagrin of the town who, until Lizzie inherited the property, had an understanding that there would be no renting to outsiders.

Through Lizzie's chapters we dive into Lizzie's past and how her image in the town as an oddball, daughter of the junkyard came to be. We explore the unlikely relationship the two, vastly different, women formed over time and we find out what exactly happened to Lizzie Oulette.

In a nutshell a multiple POV psychological thriller that gets its hooks into you early and keeps them through to the end. I wouldn't recommend reading the full synopsis as with most thrillers the less you know the better.

I did enjoy this book on audio and the three narrators Cassandra Campbell, Sophie Amoss and Chris Andrew Ciulla did an excellent job of bringing their characters perspectives to life.

Lizzie grew up in a small, rundown town in New England, is known locally as the junkyard girl, and is loathed by everyone for daring to be different. When she turns up murdered and her husband is missing, nobody loses any sleep over her. But then the state police investigate, and make a connection to a rich couple from Boston who have vacationed at Lizzie’s cottage, and we get a major twist!

I'm glad I listened to the audio book version, as the voices of the 3 narrators really brought the main characters to life.

Wasn’t a fan of the narrator who read this book, but the story is quite interesting. The characters are well done, and the plot keeps moving. Would make a good book club choice.

Thanks to William Morrow and Net Galley for the audio ARC. First, I really enjoyed this audio book because of multiple narrators. I think it always makes the story easier to follow. This is a psychological thriller that definitely makes you think. The plot was well written, the twists were great and the characters were very “likeable”. Definitely recommend listening to this book!

This was a fun twisted listen! Although I figured out the twist fairly quickly I still enjoyed the book and kept waiting for others to catch onto the secret. I haven't read anything quite like this and highly recommend it.

Enjoyed the narrator and devoured the audiobook in a day.

No One Will Miss Her by Kat Rosenfield is a psychological thriller set in a small New England town. When a local cop comes upon the body of the girl everyone looks down on, Lizzie Oullette, no one seems to be that torn up about it. Lizzie’s husband is also missing and no one has any idea where he may be. But as State Police Detective Ian Bird questions the locals, he’s led away from Cooper Falls and to the rich Boston couple who were supposed to be renting the cabin that week. Lonely socialite, Adrienne Richards, has an unexpected connection to Lizzie. How are these two seemingly opposite women connected? Why would Adrienne Richards “vacation” in rural Cooper Falls?

The story is told from the perspective of 3 characters, including Lizzie from beyond the grave, and this made listening to the audiobook with 3 narrators enjoyable. It was plodding along as a typical thriller and then boom! About halfway through, huge twist I didn’t see at all. The book really picked up for me after that and I found myself itching to listen to my audiobook so I could hear what would happen next.

The ending was a little more drawn out than I felt like was necessary. There was also a description of animal cruelty that was hard to listen to—I understand why it was included to a point but I felt like the length and amount of detail was too much. Overall, good thriller, kept me interested, and I would read or listen to others by this author.

I could not stop listening to this audiobook!! Every aspect about this book was compelling, and I loved the witty dialogue. I could picture the tiny bubble of Copper Falls and the people who lived there.

A snarky, twisty, atmospheric little murder mystery. I figured out the major twist pretty early on, but all in all it was a good read. The three narrators did an excellent job presenting the three different points of view throughout the audiobook version of this novel.

You can read the premise of this book on Net Galley or the publisher's page, so I will not go into that here. I will say that this book is a DNF - a Did Not Finish - for me. The characters are so unlikeable, and the descriptions are so gruesome, and the behaviors are so pitiable, that I could not finish listening to it. I don't know if that is a salute to the writing or not, let that be your decision. Good narrators.
