Kat Rosenfield gives the reader a psychological thriller that questions the perceptions of one's identity. The reader will feel sympathy as they get to know "junkyard daughter" Lizzie Oullette and will learn to loathe the rich, beautiful and arrogant Adrienne Richards of Instagram. The judgements the reader holds of these two women will evolve as Rosenfield gives the story an extra twist of justice for the underdog. I want to thank NetGalley and the publishers for allowing me to listen to the audiobook.

The sound quality of audiobooks on net galley are still incredibly poor. The sound is tinny and unfinished. It is like listening to a bootleg version of an audiobook, which is quite unpleasant. I was not able to finish listening because it gave me a headache and made the experience awful. I have submitted many tickets to have this issue looked at but it does not seem to be changing. Very unfortunate as I am an avid fan of audiobooks.

Thanks to NetGalley and William Morrow for an advanced audiobook in exchange for an honest review.

4.5 stars

Lizzie Oullette is the town pariah. The town has always judged her as the daughter of the town junkman. They all saw Lizzie exactly as they wanted to, not for the person she is.

Lizzie rents a lake house to a wealthy socialite Adrienne and her disgraced billionaire husband. Lizzie’s dead body is found, her husband Dwayne is missing and Adrianne heads back home. Who killed Lizzie and why?

There were some top notch twists in the book. I will be thinking about this book for a while. Highly recommend reading No One Will Miss Her.

Narration was excellent.
