"Marriage can be Mischief" by Amanda Flower
An Amish Matchmaker Mystery #3
Release Date: 11.30.2021

Millie Fisher lives in Harvest, Ohio. Although widowed, she has a large group of family and friends who love and appreciate her. She is excited that her old friend, Uriah Schrock, returns to Harvest; he showed interest in Millie when they were young. Uriah was scheduled to help with the Harvest concert series and work as a groundskeeper for the Village Square, but he never showed. Millie was concerned, having a suspicion that something was not right.

Millie was right. Millie and her best friend, Lois, find Uriah with the police.

A television show decides to film a movie about an unsolved murder, a skeleton found at the bottom of a ravine. Uriah believes it is his sister, Galilee. She disappeared before Uriah left Ohio, when Galilee's husband was found stabbed with a knitting needle! The sheriff believes that Galilee killed him and ran off. Uriah doesn't think his sister could do that. Of course, Millie and Lois are on the case!

Amanda Flower is my one of my newly discovered favorite authors! I sped through her other series, so when this popped up on my NetGalley account, you know I had to request it! I'm glad to see familiar characters in the quilting circle, and of course, Millie's goats! Millie and Lois are best friends since childhood, and they make such a pair! I can only imagine the looks they get walking down the street, two 60+ year old ladies: one Amish and one English with unnatural hair colors!

Thank you to @netgalley, for the opportunity to read this novel in exchange for my honest review.
