A book that is both profound and practical.

In Life As Play Mark Johnson takes us on a journey deep inside ourselves where we begin to see how we can embrace synchronicities and use them to change our lives for the better.

It shows us how we can live more positively and compassionately by trusting our intuition instead of relying on logic alone, as well as using various techniques such as meditation or mindfulness in order to achieve greater happiness and peace within ourselves.

The author has an interesting concept for the book but it could have been explained better.

The book is a mish-mash of interestinng ideas and filled with anecdotes from real life experiences which illustrate each point in an amusing manner - often with stories about the author.

I think it would have been better if the book had spent more time explaining these ideas rather than talking about the author and their life experiences.

The book also seems to make quite a few assumptions about what other people want from life that they won't necessarily agree with.

Life As Play is a good read for anyone who wants to change their life for the better. It offers a fresh perspective on how to live your life in a more fulfilling way.

We can find greater meaning and happiness by experiencing life as play rather than working too hard at something stressful or boring.

When you relax, and allow yourself to be spontaneous, things will work out better than you could imagine.

I enjoyed this book and found a lot of great advice in it's pages and I would highly recommend it for all those that find life is hard

A memoir of learning to live life. This book wasn't bad. And a couple chuckle moments. I thought it be more enlightening. But mostly just pointing out all the enlightened scams around the world.

An amusing memoir that is equal parts rational thought, crazy woo-woo, and tongue-in-cheek comments. I don't think I learned anything about getting to a "life as play" state. The narrator did a great job.
