Shortly after starting this book, I couldn't help but feel that everyone who stood up for country and the Constitution deserved a medal. Mere acknowledgment in a book doesn't seem like quite enough when these brave people remained steadfast even in the face of criticism, threats and the possibility that in the end, they will lose their jobs. Sadly, those like Cruz and Hawley, who took the cowards way out, may very well keep theirs for years to come.

This book is well written and should be read by every citizen in our country.

Like it's companion book "Profiles in Cowardice in the Trump Era," this will be valuable for history's sake at looking back at the people who put country over party and over self. However, it was disappointing that McCallion wouldn't include any Democrats in this volume, as many of them were truly profiles in patriotism and justice during the darkest days.

Very interesting read on people who stood up to Donald Trump during his presidency. I found this book to be an easy read with good information.
