I loved this book! I read it so quickly and couldn’t get enough. I would recommend it to literally everyone i know it was so good.

This novel presented an incredibly captivating premise brimming with potential for a truly heartwarming and emotionally resonant story. The central concept of Parker, a single father understandably guarded after past experiences, attempting to navigate the complexities of raising his twin daughters, immediately struck a chord. The introduction of Rian, their devoted babysitter who has already forged a sweet and genuine connection with his girls, added another layer of compelling narrative possibility. The unspoken dynamic of Rian secretly harboring feelings for Parker while seamlessly integrating into their family unit heightened the anticipation. The classic "walls up" trope, so often a fertile ground for emotional exploration and eventual breakthrough, felt perfectly aligned with the presence of a yearning and supportive babysitter and the undeniable charm of Parker's adorable children. This carefully constructed setup seemed to promise a delightful and satisfying romance, leaving the reader eager to witness the unfolding of their connection. With such an exciting and promising plot foundation, one couldn't help but wonder what unforeseen challenges or poignant moments would arise on their journey to love.

"One Last Kiss" by A.S. Kelly is a heartfelt and emotional read that beautifully blends romance, family dynamics, and personal growth. Rian's long-held love for Parker, a devoted single father and firefighter, creates a slow-burning tension that kept me invested. The humor and warmth in the family interactions added depth, making the characters feel real and relatable.
That said, the 19-year age gap was hard to overlook at times, and some of the dialogue felt repetitive. Still, the chemistry and emotional weight of the story made it a compelling read. If you enjoy romance with strong family themes and a touch of angst, this one is worth picking up!

Such a fun read! Loved this one!
Many thanks to the author, the publisher, and NetGalley for my ARC.

This book wasn’t for me. I really liked the synopsis, but the writing wasn’t always clear. Sometimes it was tough to follow what was going on in the story and the transitions.

I read this in a single sitting but because i skimmed over a lot of pages. I don't like big age difference romances and this one was it so definitely not for me. It did not really have anything boldly problematic but my personal views did not match with this one.

Wasn’t the biggest fan of this title but I’m glad I gave it a go. The characters were compelling and the story was well constructed but I felt like the romance fell flat for me.

Very well written book. Really enjoyed this author, would definitely read more by this author and recommend on my book IG

This has been on my NetGalley shelf for over a year, and I still haven’t picked it up. I've tried, but it just isn't for me (right now). I hope other people enjoy it more than I did.

This book didn't work for me. I am ok with the age gap trope but this one just didn't feel right. He was 40 and she was 19. He also had kids with another woman who was a teen when they started dating. No, no, no.

A fun loving story that has a little bit of everything, humor, drama, and more. i really enjoyed taking time out of my day to delve into this one

I really enjoyed the writing style, it was fun and witty… but the age gap was too much for me. The story was great and I would have really liked this if the female MC wasn’t so young. *I received an ARC in exchange for my honest review.

This was less “sexual tension” and more “pure angst”. Parker is a single dad who was left by his younger ex-wife and has some hang ups about that, to put it mildly. His constantly martyrdom stopped being endearing pretty early on.
The supporting characters were great though!

2,5 stars
Well written good editing no errrors nice side characters
But she is 21 years younger than him
HARD PASS FOR ME
So again we’ll done but not for me

So much was squeezed into this one book. Lots of highs and lows, emotions, love and turmoil. I loved the storyline, the character development!

this cover drew me in. i liked the story and the characters. I would read more of these group of books.

There’s just something about these covers that just draw me in. I am obsessed and I cannot get enough. This book, I read in one sitting and enjoyed every page of it.

This was a fun little read, nothing too memorable, and couldn't really get into the plot or but I enjoyed the book none the less.

This book is part of a character series, so if you like to read complete works, do read the other two. This was a fun and entertaining but nothing really stood out. But it's a good and enjoyable palate cleanser.

Thank you Netgalley and Publisher for sending me and ARC in exchange for an honest review. I tried this book a couple of times and honestly couldn’t get into the plot. The writing was well done, the story just wasn’t catching my attention. I think I had a difficult time connecting to the characters in the story. It just wasn’t the book for me.
Thanks Again!
