I LOVE Delilah Green. This was a wonderful book. Fantastic storytelling, great character building, relatable situations, this book has it all. I'm excited that she is continuing on with characters that we met in this book in further books in the series.

I am sorry for the inconvenience but I don’t have the time to read this anymore and have lost interest in the concept. I believe that it would benefit your book more if I did not skim your book and write a rushed review. Again, I am sorry for the inconvenience.

Delilah Green Doesn’t Care was SO FUN. From the very first chapter of two high school acquaintances meeting in a bar years later, I knew I was going to be hooked. The romance itself was heartwarming, filled with tension and steamy from the start, while the incredibly executed exploration of family + friend dynamics was the cherry on top. I had a blast reading this one and can’t wait to continue with this series!

Thank you to the publisher + NetGalley for this ARC!

Cute queer romance, and I appreciate that one of the characters was an active parent with their kid in the scene. Each character in that world was singular and fit into the entertaining storyline.

REALLY loving all of the character in these series, they are so relatable, fun, and loveable. AND it has one of my all time favorite tropes.... grumpy sunshine!

Definitely recommend if you're looking for more sapphic romance in your life, you're gonna love it!

*Gifted by Netgalley & Berkley, than you! All opinions are my own.

Sweet and spicy, a lovely slowburn romcom with lots of family drama mixed in. Both leads felt relatable, and there was an excellent supporting cast of characters, with nuance and depth.

I'm so sorry, but I couldn't finish this book. Both of the main characters were super irritating and I didn't care about their love story to continue finishing. Not for me.

I completely fell in love with this book and Bright Falls. First off - it's a rare treat to see bisexual representation in a way where there isn't any conflict regarding their sexuality. The romance feels like it's growing and you're swept along with it. The side characters are fleshed out and you start caring for them (which is a great lead in to the future Bright Falls books!).

I really enjoyed this! I don't think it was as great as I hoped, but it also wasn't as bad as some people say. I really liked the tension between the sisters and the reasons for them. I liked the growth there was in all the characters.
I especially loved Iris, and I can't wait for her book to come out.
I think the friendships in this are super interesting and I love Ruby and the conflict regarding her dad.
All in all, I think it was good and I'm starting the next one now!

So this is one of my all time favorite sapphic books EVER. I think that this was the perfect balance of sweet and spicy. I also loved the fact that this was a sapphic romance, but the entire plot wasnt just their sexuality. Sometimes I get a little frustrated when books seem to focus on the novelty of sexuality rather than just celebrate it as just being who the characters love and a part of who they are (I hope that makes sense) anyways with that being said I adore Claire and I adore Delilah and I truly love the world that this author created. Delilah Green doesnt care is one of my favorite romances... probably ever. I just adore this everything about this book from the characters to the adorable cartoon cover.

This book is a slow burn, but you really get to know and love the characters. This first book in the series is a great introduction to the friend-group; it's really fun to get to know the characters and then expand on them in the next books. Overall it's an entertaining story with fun ups and down and relatable characters!

This sapphic romance follows Delilah, a photographer returning to her hometown for her sister's wedding, and Claire, a single mom and the bride's best friend. This is a book that deserves alllll of the good adjectives. Blake has crafted deeply human heroines who are messy, prickly, hurt, and oh so relatable as they try to navigate their growing feelings for each other.

Delilah's childhood in Bright Falls left her feeling alienated. Her longing to belong somewhere was palpable, and the way she fiercely tried to protect her heart had me deep in my feelings. The weaving of the past (with all of its heaviness, misunderstandings, and pain) with the present was so incredibly well crafted, and I loved how both heroines saw those memories in a new light by the end. And through it all is the blossoming and growth of a beautiful romance between heroines with undeniable chemistry who find home in each other.

For me, the Bright Falls series is the embodiment of "If I loved you less, I might be able to talk about it more." I both feel like I could talk about this series for days, and also just want to shout "10/10 no notes perfection" every time they come up. If you haven't read the books in this series, do yourself a favor and pick them up!

I absolutely adore Ashley Herring Blake's books, and when I heard that she was going to be writing a sapphic adult romance, I was so excited. I really enjoyed this book, and was happy to have read another book by this author. I really enjoyed the characters a lot. Delilah and Claire were so cute together, and I really enjoyed watching their relationship progress. Sometimes I feel like romance characters aren't very interesting outside of their relationship, as individuals. However, I thought both of them were really interesting, and I enjoyed watching them work through their issues separately and with one another. I also really enjoyed the side characters, especially Delilah's relationship with her sister. This was another successful book from this author, and I can't wait to read more stories about the Bright Falls characters.
