Christmas Grace is the first introduction to the talents of Mindy Steele. I thought it was a great first for me. I enjoyed reading this sweet tale of faith and grace. I loved the chemistry between Cullen and Grace. It is a little predictable but still worth reading. I had no problem reading the story in one sitting. This is a delightful and quick read that would be perfect to spend a cold, rainy day drinking hot tea by the fire.

I am giving Christmas Grace four and a half stars. I recommend it for readers who enjoy reading clean Amish Romantic Fiction and for those taking place during the most magical time of the year. I will be looking for more by Mindy Steele in the future.

I received a copy of Christmas Grace from the publisher, but was not required to write a positive review. This review is one hundred percent my own honest opinion.

A Tender Story

Grace Miller finds herself being sent away to live in Walnut Creek, Kentucky. There she finds a group in the community that takes to helping her with her situation, which surprises and pleases Grace. Most surprising is the continuous help that her neighbor, Cullen Graber, is always ready to offer. These two seemingly have nothing in common. However, in getting to know Grace and Cullen better, it is obvious that they do have something in common, and that something has to do with forgiveness.

Although I'm not a newcomer to this genre, I am a newcomer to the works of author Mindy Steele. Therefore, I wasn't sure what to expect. That being said, I found Christmas Grace to be a very tender and touching story. I loved getting to know Grace and Cullen and I loved their story. Some parts had me smiling, some parts almost had me in tears, some were heart wrenching, and some were frustrating. But through it all, the message of love, faith and forgiveness stood out, which also made it a sweet and inspirational read that you are sure to enjoy.

***I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

Very little grace was given to unwed pregnant Grace Miller in her community in Indiana. Forced to move to Walnut Ridge, Kentucky and live in the "sin shack," Grace finds warmth, compassion and true sisterhood. With forgiveness being such a key element in the Amish faith, I found the differences in the two Amish communities surprising. I loved Cullen's temperament and character. I loved the love and support the women gave Grace. A little predictable but very enjoyable. Recommended.

This is a great book, 5 stars plus 5 more, I could read it all over again. Cullen and Grace ; I thought, belonged together from the start. The Hilty’s, both father and son were sleazes in my opinion they were worse than the English they talk about, he just felt he could just force her to be with him. I never realized how some Amish treat each other.

Grace, disgraced and pregnant with an Englisher's baby is sent to Kentucky to be near her aunt. Learning to adjust to her new life, and baby to come, she also learns to understand forgiveness and a new chance at love. A good Amish romance, and although a bit slow at times, it is still a wonderful story and one I highly recommend. Good story for Christmas too.

I came to know about Amish culture via this book. I had no idea about them before picking up this one. Reading-wise, it's a slow-burn book. The storyline is good. The book somewhat stalls in between, adding unnecessary extra stuff, however, I liked it.

This is a one of a king Amish fiction book. And this is a very good thing. This book is a very easy read as well as a breath of fresh air. It is so easy to get lost in the book and just keep reading. I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting something easy and wonderful to get into. Great book.
