THANK YOU for writing this book. I will be buying a copy when it comes out to have as reference. My top 5 reasons to immediately read this book. 1. The FEAR method S-P-E-L-L-E-D out with concrete ways to approach it with your kids. 2. The emphasis on normalizing negative emotions so they’re not embarrassing or shameful. YES. 3. Situation - Thought - Feeling illustrations. 4. As a parent - adapting a lifestyle of approach (ie, don’t solve the problem). 5. Multiple examples of meditation for kids. So helpful.

Truly believe this book will save families. Especially during a pandemic. Thank you.
