I absolutely loved this book! It hits every emotion you can possibly think of in a Robin Bielman story, hysterical scenes (loved the banter between Maverick and Kennedy), incredible backdrop, hot steamy chemistry, devastating, heart wrenching and shocking parts, and a heart melting ending that makes you want to reread the book all over again. Kennedy and Maverick are definitely an unlikely couple, but when they have a surprise run-in at Kennedy’s exes wedding, the story takes off from there. I absolutely loved Andrew and Jenna, the relationship between Hunter and Maverick was something special, George was hysterical, and Barley with her babies were just adorable. Very well written, kept me very entertained throughout the book, just could not put it down. Definitely worth the read.

This was a sweet, cute, and sometimes heartbreaking story. I liked Kennedy and Maverick's relationship. They're old college rivals and I really enjoyed their back and forth banter.

4 Stars! What a cute rom-com! Although this book has sad bits mixed in, that’s life and just made me love the main characters more. A standalone book with an HEA ending. I caught myself smiling and laughing at the banter between Maverick and Kennedy and even getting teary eyed over the sad bits. If you’re looking for a funny romance that feels more like a real life story, this is a good choice! I’m hoping for future books about the secondary characters next! Super cute read and highly recommended by yours truly! You’re welcome!

Overall, this was a fun read.
I liked the setting and the hero. The heroine takes some warming up to and the plot isn't the strongest. I think wedding crasher isn't the right term and is a bit misleading.
The two romantic leads had great banter and enemies-to-lovers romance.

Who doesn’t love a good romance novel? From the start this author does a wonderful job of bringing the main characters to life! I loved the exchanges between Kennedy and Maverick. They both lead such different lives and they seemed to be on such different paths, until it was evident they were meant for each other. A super fast read that will keep you smiling throughout!

When Kennedy's ex calls her from his bachelor party in the middle of the night, drunk and having second thoughts about the wedding, and then he won't answer her calls or texts, she's determined to help. He and his fiancée El are perfect together, so she crashes the wedding set at an inn on a working seaside ranch asking with her best friend Andrew. Unfortunately, she didn't realize the ranch was owned by the family of her college nemesis, Maverick Owens. And after he overhears her reason for being on the ranch, he decides to keep an eye on her so she doesn't ruin their reputation as a wedding destination. A week with her nemesis doing all kinds of pre-wedding activities while trying to get time alone with the groom for a chat... this could be tricky!
Romance characters are the absolute worst at communication. If only they'd sat down and talked about their issues... but then there'd be no storyline. That being said, I love how loyal Maverick is to fulfilling his promise to Nicole. Kennedy's fun-loving character and competitive streak really bring Maverick out of his depression and she sees a different side of him on the ranch than she did as her competition at college. I thought the side characters were hilarious and really rounded out the whole story, especially Andrew. Did I see a hint of a sequel with Mavericks brother Hunter?!!

4.5⭐

They say there's a fine line between love and hate and Ms Bielman straddles it beautifully with a small town story full of great characters and a storyline that has all the feels and perfectly balances the serious notes with the snappy banter and sweetness I love. And with plenty of character growth and great pacing I was completely captivated throughout and hope there will be more visits to Windsong in the future.

Would happily recommend.

Wedding crashing!! I LOVED this book! It had me laughing, sighing in exasperation, then contentment. So much emotion, such good writing. Loved the characters and storyline. I was invested. The friendships and family in this book were heartwarming. A lovely book that cleansed my palate before delving back into darker reads. This is definitely a favorite read of 2021! I look forward to reading more from Robin Bielman.

This was my first Robin Bielman book, and I can not wait to read more from her. This book had it all a small town, enemies to lovers trope, great dialogue, and just plain fun! This book was well written with great conflict, solid character growth and emotion. This book gave me all the feels. Huge thank you to the publisher and Netgalley for allowing me to read and review this book.

This is the first book that I read from author Robin Bellman. The main character decides to crash a wedding because she received a call from her friend, the bridegroom. As it turns out, someone that she went to me school with us here, as well. There were a lot of funny moments, and teary moments. This book is one that will stick with me. Loved it

Kennedy and Maverick have a very complicated relationship. They were frenemies in college, and they start to behave that way again years later. But several things have changed over time, and their relationship begins to evolve. What will the new relationship be?
I found this story very gripping. Sometimes I was laughing out loud at the goofy things that Kennedy and Maverick did. Sometimes I was touched by the sweet conversations that various characters had. Sometimes I cried when something sad was brought up. I fell in love with the characters and the town, and I hope I get to read more about all of them.

The perfect love - hate story! Love the battering between the characters. Dr. Kennedy Martin gets a frantic call from her ex boyfriend, but still good friend Reed. Although he is slurring words and seems drunk when he calls Kennedy, he claims he isn’t sure if he should get married. Being that Kennedy just had a bad breakup herself, she decides to crash the wedding. Her best friend Andrew gladly joins her on the 6 hour drive to Windsong. Andrew being a actor fits in perfectly, Kennedy not so much and then she gets busted by her college days nemesis, Maverick Owens. Maverick just happens to be the owners son of the Inn and ranch where the wedding is being held. Getting Kennedy to promise not to cause problems with the wedding and his family wasn’t the easiest for Maverick. The getting one up on the other is still between them, even after all these years. Although Maverick seems, sad and grumpy, which is a challenge for Kennedy to get him to smile. Wow! Those dimples are something else, and they both have grown up and mature, but still is fun to tease him. And as it’s a small town and Maverick wants to keep a eye on Kennedy, they keep running into each other and find out that there is much more to learn about themselves.
There are several different storylines, will have you laughing and crying. Such a good read. Thank you NetGalley for this ARC. I am voluntarily posting an honest review after reading an Advance Reader Copy of this story. #NetGalley #TheWeddingCrasherandtheCowboy

I loved this sweet, emotional, and heartwarming contemporary romance novel. It is absolute perfection. The characters, the story, the setting, and the chemistry between characters; everything is beautifully done. I thoroughly enjoyed this book and would recommend to all romance fans. You probably don’t want to miss it. ;)

Kennedy is one of those people who can’t stand by and let a friend make the biggest mistake of his life. So, crashing a wedding is no big deal when she is helping someone in need. She must make sure that her ex, who is a good friend, makes the right decision. Unfortunately, she had no plans to run into the last person she wanted to see. But there he was.

Maverick knew right from the start that Kennedy isn’t invited to the wedding. He will make sure that she doesn’t ruin anything. Because the wedding needs to go as planned for his sanity’s sake. Not to mention that his family owned the ranch where it’s taking place. He doesn’t want any kind of drama. And he knows Kennedy is not to be trusted. Or so he keeps telling himself. But is it really the reason he wants to keep an eye on her?

Kennedy and Maverick knew one another in college and hated everything about each other. They were rivals who loved to compete, and neither knew how to back down from a challenge. Now, meeting after years brings back a lot of memories and makes them realize that they might have been wrong about their own feelings. What will happen when they spend more time together and discover the undeniable attraction between them? Are they ready for a future together?

Overall, I found this book to be a page turner and enjoyed every second. It’s a wonderful story and a perfect read for a lazy day.

I really enjoyed this story and it is the first I have read from Robin Bielman. Kennedy Martin is a doctor and she is heading to the wedding of Reed and Elle to crash it of course. While at the ranch she runs into her old college nemesis Maverick. Maverick was always trying to one up Kennedy and vice a versa in college. Maverick was studying to be a veterinarian but dropped out of school to travel with his girlfriend that had health issues. He was dealing with the emotions of losing someone he loved and never finishing his degree. Kennedy was dealing with her sister going to marry her ex-boyfriend and family issues. Andrew was one of Kennedy best friend and he was there to support her wedding crashing. I absolutely loved Andrew and all of his different characters he pretended to be. I enjoyed how Maverick’s family took Kennedy in like one of their own along with the whole town. I will definitely read more from this author in the future.

Falling in love with your college rival?

Dr. Kennedy Martin was still friends with her ex-boyfriend Reed so when he called and told her he was having cold feet, she decided to crash his wedding at Windsong and talk to him in person. Could she crash a wedding when the wedding venue was owned by the family of her college rival, Maverick Owens?

Maverick Owens was counting down the days until he could leave to finish the bucket list that he had with his girlfriend before she died of ALS. Maverick decided to keep an eye on Kennedy so she didn’t cause any problems but would spending time together make them friends after all these years?

I loved The Wedding Crasher and the Cowboy because of the enemies to lovers romance when they realize they have more in common than the city girl and the country boy that they stated with.

Thank you to the publisher and @netgalley for a copy of this book. I expected a fun rom com based on the premise and it was so much more. I love the banter between Maverick and Kennedy and their back story. Maverick’s back story broke my heart and I enjoyed seeing his healing process. Kennedy’s best friend, Andrew, was such a hoot and added an additional fun element to the story. There was a side story that I was not expecting and it totally made me cry. This book is much deeper than it appears.

The Wedding Crasher & the Cowboy was a cute, laugh out loud hilarious, and completely bingeable enemies-to-lovers romance, and my first book by Robin Bielman!. It’s a slow burn romance, which can be hit or miss for me, but the banter and bickering between Kennedy & Maverick made the pacing worthwhile once things started to heat up between them.

This was so fun & I can’t wait to read more of this series.
