I wish to thank NetGalley and Entangled Publishers for allowing me to read an advanced copy of this book. I have voluntarily read and reviewed it. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
If you are looking for a quick, romantic story this is one you should choose. Dr. Kennedy Martin gets a frantic phone call from her ex just before his wedding .He says that he is not sure that he is ready to be married. Kennedy has purposely not been invited to the wedding so she gets with Andrew, a friend. And they decide to crash the wedding and help her ex decide if this is the girl for him. This is not the first time they have crashed a wedding but it will be one full of surprises. When they arrive at the ranch she quickly discovers her old college nemesis and the air is thick as they square off. His family owns the ranch and he does not want any problems for the wedding party.. The story is one you will not want to put down as it has hunky cowboys, smart, quirky women, and suspense as they try to work together to get through the week.
It is steamy in parts and highly predictable but the story is one that you really want to finish and see how these unlikely people resolve their differences. I love the characters of Kennedy, Andrew, Maverick and even the puppies. This is one that is sure to please. I hope that the author will continue these characters in future stories. There is something here for everyone.

Thank you to the publisher for my review copy. All opinions are my own.
I'm not gonna lie. The draw to this book was two things.
One...cover. I mean...how cute?
Two...title. A wedding crasher and a cowboy...nuff said.
I felt like this title delivered. We had some real issues. Loss of a loved one, a broken heart, family drama and grief. Robin handled it all very well. Not too deep...but enough to make the title more memorable via the characters.
My only true complaint....I'm not 100% sure this is a series. I would love to go back to dive deeper into some of the other characters.
Overall. Grab it. It's delightful, fun, sexy and heartfelt all in one!

Complementary copy given for honest review and opinion. Copy provided by NetGalley. Opinions are my own. Oh my goodness! I loved this book. I could not put it down. The past coming back to give you an amazing future is the foundation of this book. If you like a southern gentleman with a cowboy hat, you are in for a treat.

A fun, heartwarming, sometimes sad story with great characters and a great location. When Kennedy’s ex-boyfriend calls her expressing doubts about his upcoming wedding, she thinks nothing of enlisting the help of her best friend, Andrew, to crash the wedding and convince Reed that he’s marrying the right girl. She never expected to run into her old college nemesis, Maverick, but it appears that the ranch where the wedding is being held is owned by his family. Although he normally stays away from all pre-wedding events and the actual weddings, he’s convinced she’s there to cause trouble and keeps close tabs on her. They start out sparring against each other as they did in college, but as they spend more time together, they gradually start learning more and more about each other and an attraction between the two develops. However, Kennedy’s time at the ranch is temporary and Maverick has issues of his own to deal with, so how could a relationship ever work out?
This is the first book I’ve read by this author, and I look forward to reading more.
I was given an advance copy by NetGalley and Entangled Publishing LLC. This review is my honest opinion.

The Wedding Crasher and the Cowboy, by new to me author Robin Bielman, is a joy to read. College adversaries who needled and pushed each other unmercifully before slowly find a new understanding of their old relationship when they meet again some years later. This author knows how to create dialogue that sounds true, is often humorous, and definitely moves the story along. Supporting characters are defined and add depth to the book. I voluntarily reviewed an advance copy of this book from NetGalley. Most highly recommend.

Kennedy receives a drunken late-night phone call from a dear friend who's about to marry but seems to be having misgivings, and her only option is to crash the wedding and see if he's okay. While at a pre-wedding event, she runs into Maverick, her old nemesis from university, which makes sense because the wedding venue is located on a ranch owned by his family. The spark between them is instantaneous and powerful, setting off an enemies-to-lovers story. Mav's still grieving his late fiancé who died two years ago, and Kennedy's jaded because her boyfriend dumped her for her sister Victoria. I liked both of the characters but the pacing was slow. Thanks to NetGalley for allowing me to read this book in exchange for an honest review.

Crashing a wedding might seem extreme but what a great storyline to throw us right into the mix of this wild wedding week and an amazing location!
Bielman goes all out with this infuriating and flirty story that combines two people that never thought they would see each other again. Armed with a best friend who is an amazing character who needs his own story, Kennedy tries to navigate the wedding without alerting the fiancee as to the fact she is clearly not invited. Maverick is having none of it and needs to protect his family business.
With simmering heat flowing underneath, these two collide with ice melting and sparks flying. I love the character development and the unique stories they are bringing to the table. The author combines humor, heat, competition, deep emotion, and romance. She pulls out the stops on this one to really dive into heartbreak and healing, with a perfect happily ever after that blends it all together.
The Wedding Crasher and the Cowboy is a delicate balance of painful emotions and listening your heart for a touching, romantic story you won’t forget.

I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book. I have read other books by this author and hoped to be just as pleased with this one. It was such a fun read and there was so much meat to this story. It was about so much more than crashing a wedding. There was an entire back story with Maverick and his girlfriend who had died 3 years ago, Hugo and Maria, and of course Andrew and Ava. Kennedy is such a wonderful character that the reader instantly falls in love with and cheers for her throughout the book! Thanks to the author for another wonderful story!

The story was good, I had never read anything by this author before but I liked the characters. Seemed like this author really took the time to write this story but I just wasn’t feeling it. It’s a good book but I don’t like the sex scenes. Some things you can leave to the imagination. If you like that kind of stuff then read this one. It’s a funny, cute story. I’d give it 4 stars

Enemies-to-lovers is the very thing I go for and pounce on each time a trope like this comes up. When Robin Bielman’s offering of a second chance event leading to a surprising HEA for 2 characters who were once part of each other’s lives as college rivals, this seemed like the sort of story I knew was right up my alley.
But this turned out to be one that ended up lost somewhere before I could reach the final destination, where the plot stood on the rather shaky set-up that Kennedy Martin had to go to such lengths to crash a wedding in order to meet Maverick Owens again—a meeting that turned out only to be an incidental occurrence and wouldn’t have happened without more than a sprinkling of kismet.
In fact, I was sceptical to read about Kennedy dropping near everything in order to rush to a small town because of a drunken call from her ex—a character who wasn't even very memorable at all, except for the fact that she simply seemed like an unwanted guest (with a fake partner tagging along) and didn’t really care about it. With a wedding that was peripheral to both their interactions, I found myself struggling for purchase at times as both Mav and Kennedy walked in fairly aimless circles around each other.
There's no denying their relationship from old rivals to lovers had an instalove sniff to it and the shooting-star-like quality of their connection was after all, one that both knew was brilliant but temporary. Given that perspective, it did make sense that both were not quite ready to be in each other’s permanent spaces, though I got somewhat twitchy when it turned out that 'ex-es' played too much of a big role in the book—a device that in some ways, both prevented and helped the story from moving forward.
Given the short time Mav/Kennedy were together, I also thought that many filler scenes could have been replaced by flashbacks of their rivalry and chemistry in college in order to deepen a connection that was supposed to be there from the start. But the absence of such scenes meant that as all the angst and feels came rushing in towards a hasty conclusion in the last quarter of the book, the hard, emotional anchor that could have helped cushion the blow was also lacking. As a result, Mav/Kennedy’s muted HEA simply seemed more abrupt than convincing at the end.

If you love a good enemies to lovers story you will absolutely LOVE this story. City girl runs into her handsome country boy college nemesis all while crashing her exes wedding. Theres the perfect mix of humor, romance, and might even make you cry a little. It has everything I could want in a book.
This is the first book I’ve read by Robin Bielman but I can promise you it won’t be the last.

Thank you to NetGalley for providing an advanced copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
This is a cute, wholesome romance that has you rooting for Maverick and Kennedy from the first interaction! Absolutely adored the competitive banter and one-upmanship these two have between them. Perfect balance of city-girl meets country-boy, and the supporting characters are wonderful.. I'm ready to pick up some boots and head to a ranch resort or town to experience this small-town life.
First thing I did upon completing this book was to search for other books by Robin Bielman. I'm hoping she'll delve back into the Owens family - would love a book on Hunter or Nova!

I requested to read and review this book for fre from Entagled Publishing. I loved this book! The author did great in detailing the background so you can close your eyes and picture it. This book could be made into a Hallmark or Lifetime movie it has all the feels. This book has mystery, drama, romance! Maverick is a guy who loves his family and needs to take care of things. But he meets his match when he runs into Kennedy again. She is full of personality and loves to challenge anyone. Can someone come into your life when you don't know you need the person. And can past rivalries make for friendship this time around? This book can be a read anywhere and for a mature reader.

Robin Bielman’s The Wedding Crasher and the Cowboy is the type of romance that finds you quickly turning the pages because you can’t wait to see what happens next. This story has all the feels, love and loss, joy and sorrow, frustration and exhilaration…all this and with characters who genuinely steal your heart…especially one little six year old girl and a best friend who had me laughing out loud with the antics of the different personas he takes on during one wedding week…oh if we all could have an Andrew in our lives.
I’ve read most of the books this author has written and I’ve got to say that her writing, and by extension her stories, just keep getting better and better. I’m so looking forward to see what she has in store next.
This ARC book was complimentary, provided by the Publisher and NetGalley. I am voluntarily providing my honest review.

Thank you to Netgalley for this book.
Cons: I will admit that I almost DNF'd this book after the first 15% or so. It lined up every Hallmark movie cliche and trope to the point of eye rolling (on my part). Also, every character had, not only a unique name, but also a unique nickname (again, eye roll). And 2 typos ("get if off!", and Lee instead of Leah (unless this is another nickname?)).
However,
Pros: Once you get past the set-up of the story, the character development sucks you in and you fall in love with all the characters. I love that it wasn't all about the two main characters, the best friend, her sister and his brother are all such fun characters and I would love to see more from them in future books??
I also really enjoyed the change in timelines and the letters, although I think this could have been better with a bit more tension to draw the reader to find out what happens next. There isn't much plot other than the love story itself but it was very cute and the character development was delightful!

I requested an advanced review copy of this book to expand my reading genre from mostly mystery and suspense romance to explore a new author and this book delivered what I was looking for. It was a nice easy feel good read, it made me laugh, cry and smile and left me with that warm happy feeling.
It reminded me of the good Hallmark movie trademarks of a romance, with more spice, you will not have to wait til the end for a PG rated kiss! :)
City girl, living a fast paced life, focused on her career, goes to the country and find she can have a fulfilling career and so much more....
If you are looking for and easy to read, feel good love story, The Wedding Crasher and the Cowboy will deliver.

The Wedding Crasher and the Cowboy by Robin Bielman was a fun enemies to lovers romance. I really liked the heroine, Kennedy Martin. She's strong and caring. The hero, Maverick Owens is great too. I liked his sense of humor. This is a well-written book with a fun storyline.
I received an ARC and this is my honest review.

What a book this was. Every page had me hooked. Every character had a part to play. Loved each one of them.
I smiled with them, laughed with them, cried with them and now having a permanent smile on me thinking about the book.

A book with so much loss can sometimes be hard to read, but the story between Maverick and Kennedy was told in such a way that it helped connect me with the characters. Maverick is still mourning the untimely death of his girlfriend, and the letters interspersed throughout the book let you know how much he loved her, when he sees Kennedy for the first time in years. Kennedy is trying to help one of her friends and runs into Maverick and the sparks fly.
Slowly, they start to talk and hang out. Throughout the week they are together they start to open up and realize that the antagonism they had toward each other in college actually helped them become the people they are today. The relationship they developed was sweet, innocent, and honest. The interactions she had with his family were great and he had an awesome relationship with his family.
While I loved this book, I wish we would have found out if he ever finished his degree and if Andrew found his happily ever after with the man of honor. Maybe we will in another book. I received an ARC in exchange for an honest, voluntary review.

Kennedy's ex boyfriend is having second thoughts about getting married. kennedy decides to go the week before the wedding and try to get him to go thru with the wedding. she endures a week of prewedding celebrations. cute story.
