Faith's life is a bit in limbo when she returns from a business trip, so when she finds out she's inherited a house in her mother's hometown the timing couldn't be better. She's become quite accustom to picking up and going when she wants and never plans to settle down. But when this quaint town welcomes her and some of her dreams start to become real life, she begins to wonder if maybe it's time to put down some roots. The fact that the home she inherits has some history and some mystery of it's own, which keeps her busy and spending more time with Rob, the "handyman" that's helping to renovate her old home, helps her wonder if she really could stay put. There's a strong attraction there and she gets close to his daughter too. They're good together but is it enough to keep her there for the long haul? I received an ARC from NetGalley and am voluntarily leaving my review.

Faith Rotolo a yoga instructor has never felt that she has belonged anywhere. She has traveled the world and has just come back when she finds out she has inherited a home in the small town of Sapphire Springs. Her plan is to renovate and sell, but when she discovers the secrets and history of her family buried deep in the walls of the house, she soon finds that this may be just the place she belongs.

Rob Milan has had his eye on a mansion in Sapphire Springs, anxious to buy it and create a home for himself and his two young daughters. When he finds out there is someone living there, he is determined to convince the new owner to sell it to him.

When Rob decides to help Faith with her house, they soon find themselves wanting to spend more time together. When the mystery of the house reveals itself, will it give both Faith and Rob what they have always been searching for?

I absolutely adore Barb Curtis and her Sapphire Springs series. I loved Faith and Robs story and found myself once again immersed in the small town and the people that lived there. Robs young daughters were such a joy with their enthusiasm for life and their father. The mystery of the house itself was an added bonus. I am already excited to see what Barb Curtis has in store for her readers. Thanks so much to Forever Publishing, the author and Netgalley for an advanced readers copy which I loved. All opinions were unbiased and entirely my own. A solid five star read.

Faith has just returned home from a couple of months in Fiji on a yoga retreat. She finds that she no longer has access to her apartment and has returned to her car to figure out her next move. She gets a message saying that she needs to contact this lawyer ASAP. So Faith gives her a call. The lawyer is in Sapphire Springs and though Faith is hesitant to return to a town that holds so many sad memories, she goes. She finds out that her uncle has left her a house that is in need of repair. Enter Rob who is going thru his own issues. Rob is going thru a divorce and custody battle. And because of his anger issues he has lost his job at the bank and is currently apprenticing under his uncle in restoring houses. Faith and Rob are attracted to each other and though they are as different as night and day, they begin to see each other. I enjoyed the way Barb Curtis tells a story and how her stories always flow. I also enjoy seeing characters from previous books in this one as well. It makes the continuity that much more binding. 4⭐

Thank you to Netgalley, Forever Publishing and Barb Curtis for the eARC of this book in exchange for my honest opinion.

This is the 3rd book in the Sapphire Springs series, and I liked it more than the others. Faith and Rob's story is heartwarming, starting with conflict and ending with.....??? I don't write spoilers, so read it to find out.

I enjoyed learning more about the town's history, the bootlegging, well-hidden part, and how Faith's ancestors had a part. Rob's journey through anger and hurt to mindfulness struck a chord with me, and was very realistic. His relationship with his daughters is touching, and I loved that he was willing to fight for them.

Faith learned quite a bit as well. Always a drifter, she learned how fulfilling it can be to put down roots and let yourself be a part of something bigger than yourself, and when you do, you can find happiness.

Thanks to the author, publisher and NetGalley for the opportunity to read and review this book, but my opinions are my own.

In short: The 3rd book in the Sapphire Springs trilogy. Faith is a recently displaced yoga instructor who has just inherited a Victorian mansion in Sapphire Springs from an uncle she barely knew. Rob has dreamt of purchasing the mansion for years but when Faith decides to stay he helps her remodel it instead. Rob is a single father facing a custody battle and repercussions of punching his ex boss, and the man his wife was cheating with.

What to expect:
💖Opposites attract
💖Closed door
💖 Family relationships, drama & mystery

My thoughts: I have loved this series and small town romances. The romance in this installment was so realistic; from finding love when you least expect it to the challenges of dating a single parent. I loved Faith & Rob’s banter and the way they balanced each other out perfectly.

Barb Cutis delivers all the small town romance vibes you want with her third instalment in the Sapphire Springs series!

Single dad Rob is trying to restart his life back in his hometown. From custody battles with his ex-wife, switching careers and just trying to be a good da, he has his plate pretty full.

But life seems to deliver just what you need, when you least expect it!

Wandering spirit/ yoga instructor Faith has just returned to her home of Boston from the tropics of Fiji to find that she has received a surprise inheritance of a dilapidated ancestral manse in the small town of Sapphire Springs. She’s pretty estranged from this side of the family and the link this hose has to her family past is too hard to resist!

Lucky for Faith she immediately meets a new local contractor, Rob! Must be fate!

These two have so many reasons to avoid the sparks that fly between them. She docent plan on staying. He needs to think about the kids. They are both too busy and have too many responsibilities for a fling… but outside agencies keep pushing them together and once they discover a mystery about Faith’s ancestors, they are even more tied together!

This was a fun, sweet read and I loved returning to Sapphire Springs for another well deserved HEA again!

Wonderful book. It tells the story of a young woman inheriting a house that her mother grew up in, and relatives from her past. She decides to renovate it to either live there or sell for a better price. Rob begins to renovate the house and this is where the story gets interesting. There is a lot of mystery and romance in this book. It kept me up reading, I couldn't put it down. I will be checking out other books by this author! I highly recommend it!

Falling for You by Barb Curtis is the third book in the contemporary romance Sapphire Springs series. The common theme in this contemporary romance series is the setting of Sapphire Springs with the main couples in each book changing. Since each of the books is a new couple with a new story they can all be read and enjoyed as a standalone without reading the others in the series but there are glimpses of previous characters for those reading from the beginning.

The first book of the Sapphire Springs series brought a second chance romance, the second book had a fake dating trope and now we have an enemies to lovers type of story. Faith Rotolo is a free spirit who has been traveling around the world studying yoga wherever she lands. When Faith is contacted by an attorney out of the blue asking her to come to Sapphire Springs she can’t imagine what is in store for her but after arriving the lawyer let’s her know she’s inherited an old family home from a long lost relative of her mother’s.

Since Faith is not used to staying in one place she agrees to meet with an interested buyer that has been in contact with the lawyer, Rob Milan. Rob is now a single father looking for a wonderful home to share with his two children now that he is divorced. Rob’s ex wife had cheated with his best friend so Rob certainly wasn’t looking for another relationship but when Faith refuses to sell her inheritance Rob ends up working for her to restore the home and the two can’t deny their attraction.

I have followed the Sapphire Springs series from the beginning and had really enjoyed the first two books of the series so I was not surprised to find myself easily slipping right back into the quaint town again with this new couple. Enemies to lovers isn’t always my favorite trope due to some authors going a bit too far to making the characters enemies and making them simply unlikable but Faith and Rob were immediately easy to like and want to root for. I also do love when kids are involved and this had some really cute moments with them too so this turned out to be a great addition to a series I’d already come to love.

I received an advance copy from the publisher via NetGalley.

I loved the first two books in the Sapphire Springs series, but I think Falling for You might be my favorite one. Ever since Rob was introduced in the first book I've wanted to know more about him, and I'm so glad this book followed him.

Faith was a great addition to this cast of characters I've grown to love over the books, and you could feel the chemistry between her and Rob from the start. I liked how despite Rob's objections at first, they worked together on restoring the house Faith inherited, became friends, and then of course something more. I really enjoyed that this book had a mystery thrown into it as well, and I was so intrigued about what Faith and Rob would uncover about Ella and James. Their hurdles with life, family, and work were written so well, and I was rooting for everything to work out for them in the end.

This book can be read as a standalone, but I highly recommend reading the series in order, since it is so good!

Thank you @readforeverpub and @netgalley for a copy of Falling for You. I love this series and bummed this is the end of it. The small lakeside town in Canada sounds so beautiful and I love the people in this town.

I love that both Faith and Rob were both at crossroads with their life. Faith, on where to go next and Rob, custody battle with his ex wife. I love how they worked on the house together and got to know each other better during these interactions.

I liked that there was a bit of mystery that Faith and Rob was solving as well. This was a fun added element.

I'm so sad to see the Sapphire Springs series come to an end and to say goodbye to this charming town. I'm so happy, though, that Rob found his HEA with Faith, the wandering yoga teacher who finds a home and connection in Sapphire Springs. As we've seen in previous books, Rob has had a tough go of it, and I think the author really took care with him to make sure readers know he wasn't just a hot-head. The family mystery Faith is working on in this story was really satisfying as well. Hoping for more from Barb Curtis, even if we are moving on from Sapphire Springs.

Romance and renovation are the themes of Falling for You, a charming story with a touch of mystery. Yoga teacher Faith has no plans for her future but dreams of opening her own studio and selling her hand crated lotions and tinctures. Hunky former banker Rob wants to be a restoration carpenter but is caught in a morass of divorce, child custody and self pity. So, when Faith inherits a historic, rundown house in her late mother’s hometown, who else should she hire to renovate it? Sparks fly between the two but there will be setbacks. Add in a decades old ill fated romance and you have an enjoyable, satisfying escapist read. Barb Curtis delivers a small town full of memorable characters, a familiar plot turned unique and a house that is begging for a family. 5 stars.

Thank yo to NetGalley, Forever (Grand Central Publishing) and Barb Curtis for this ARC.

Falling for You is the final book in the Sapphire Springs series. While this is part of a series, it can very easily be read as a standalone book. This is an enjoyable small-town romance.

Faith Rotolo is a yoga instructor who is going through some transition in her life. She's not sure what her next step should be when she receives word that she's needed for a meeting with a lawyer in Sapphire Springs. Not knowing what it could be about, she's shocked to learn she's inherited the childhood home her mother grew up in. The mother who passed so many years before. She's not sure she wants to settle anywhere, but Sapphire Springs and the run down house may have different plans for her.

Rob Milan is newly divorced and the father of two young girls. To say that he's been through a rough patch because of one slip in judgement is an understatement. With no job and his ability to spend time with his daughter's in question, he's really just trying to go day by day. Knowing he has the ability to apprentice with his uncle in construction, he's seriously considering it.

Rob and Faith are brought into one another orbits and while they couldn't be more different, they find that they actually click. While neither one is looking for a relationship, is this a situation where fate is going to step in and make a decision for them?

I have always enjoyed Barb Curtis books and this one was no different. I felt for both Faith and Rob and you could feel the emotions, both good and bad, throughout the whole book. This was a strong addition to an already great series!

REVIEW

I have loved the Sapphire Springs series so reading the third and final book, Falling For You, was bittersweet. Through the first two books, we have seen Rob's struggles as his marriage starts to fall apart so I loved being able to read a story when he finds happiness. I really liked him and Faith together and loved the added mystery of the old house. I will be recommending this series forever!

Falling for You draws a curtain on the cozy community of Sapphire Springs. I hate that I won’t get to visit it anymore since it’s been a great place to escape reality. Curtis wrote a great story and ending for the series. I liked how Rob was renovating the huge house Faith inherited. The attraction is instant, but for many reasons they are reluctant to act upon the spark.
One person whom I wish was dealt with more severely is Issey, Rob’s ex. The stunts she pulled made my blood boil. She’s so sanctimoniousness and self righteous for being a complete hypocrite.
Get this book as soon as you can!

I went into this book not knowing what to expect. I ended up really loving it! This has all the Hallmark vibes without making it too cheesy. It was the perfect blend! The pacing was perfect for me and the beginning was very intriguing and got me hooked and not wanting to put the book down!
I liked Faith’s personality and how she wants to fix up the house. I haven’t read too many books where the heroine is into yoga and does it as a profession. It was fun to read how she comes up with all these cool business ideas for the yoga shop! It was nice reading how faith hasn’t put her roots anywhere and how she finds her home and family in the town.
I fell in love with Rob! I like how he really is a good dad to his daughters. I love how caring he is of Faith. My heart melted reading the scenes where he makes a bath for her and takes care of her when she’s worn out. I was so happy reading how he stands up to his ex-wife and learns how to deal with his emotions.
I loved the small town setting! You truly get the feeling with everyone being so friendly with one another. I loved Faith and Rob’s friends. Everyone was truly there for one and other. Robs family especially was so sweet with Faith. I also really enjoyed the history Rob and Faith discover with Faith’s ancestors. The love story between Faith’s great grandmother was very intriguing.

Falling For You by Barb Curtis is Book 3 in the Sapphire Springs series and I will just say I absolutely love this contemporary romance series!

Faith is a wandering spirit yoga instructor but when she inherits a historic house in Sapphire Springs she starts to question her life, especially after she works with her contractor Rob. Rob is a single dad and fighting for custody of his daughters and has always loved Faith's house.

If you're a fan of small town romance with opposites attract in a wonderfully charming book you'll love this book! I liked how it's told in both Faith & Rob's perspective. The mystery element was a nice touch and of course you get your favorite characters from books past.

Faith travels teaching yoga classes until she learns she has unexpectedly inherited her family's crumbling mansion and the history that comes with it. Rob is in the midst of a divorce and trying to find his way. He realizes that carpentry is more to his liking than banking ever was, and Faith hires him to renovate the estate.

This is the epitome of the grump-sunshine trope. Rob even thinks of Faith as Miss Sunshine. She's the laid-back and spontaneous, happy woman. Meanwhile, Rob is particularly grumpy, as he fights for custody of his daughters. But he becomes more open minded through his interactions with Faith.

This small town romance brings back all the previous characters from the series. It's a stand alone and closed door. And it has elements of found family and mysterious secrets from the past. I love some aspects, but I found the conclusion a bit rushed.

Thank you to Forever and NetGalley for the advanced reader copy. These opinions are my own.
