I love this book! The whole year is covered from Jan 1 through Dec 31. The prayers given are from ancient sources and current religious people. Many poems are offered as well as prayers. Many cultures are discussed and their dieties named as well as the day that may be an opportune time to pray to that diety. The prayers are positive and uplifting always giving hope. Using these prayers has given me ideas to making my own as Ms Nolan offers many reasons for prayer and many ways to do it.
