Well-Offed in Vermont, by Amy Patricia Meade is a fun traditional cozy mystery with entertaining characters. By-play between the main characters reminds me of lighthearted TV series like Hart to Hart and McMillan and Wife. Although this is a rerelease with a new series name, I hadn't read the series before. I have only discovered Ms. Meade through the Tish Tarragon series and am still catching up on her earlier works. Well-Offed in Vermont is must read for cozy fans.
Thanks to NetGalley and Beyond the Page Publishing for giving me a chance to discovered another of Amy Patricia Meade's wonderful mysteries. My friends and followers will enjoy hearing about this delightful mystery. Although the series has been renamed A Vermont Country Living Mystery, the book remains under its original title so there will be no confusion for old fans who are sure to be anxiously awaiting the new books in the series that will be coming out after the first two books are rereleased.

Stella and Nick have left the Big Apple behind for a quieter life in Vermont. As they move into their new home they find a body on the property and the police send them off the property so they can investigate. So much for a quiet life in Vermont.

Camping is definitely not what they had in mind when they moved to Vermont and quickly decide to do some sleuthing on their own to help speed up the process and find out who the murderer is and finally get into their home. Well, if they don’t become the next victims themselves that is.

A promising start to another new series from Amy Patricia Meade. I love her Trish Tarragon series and am excited to have another new series from her. She’s a talented author and I thoroughly enjoy her work.

I received an advance copy of, Well-Offed in Vermont, by Amy Patricia Meade. I found this book to be boring and the characters annoying.

This ARC was provided to me via Kindle by Beyond the Page Publishing and #NetGalley for my honest opinion.

Another welcome addition to the cozy mystery genre. Amy Patricia Meade’s talents are obvious from the get go. Sit down, settle in and get comfortable. You’ll want to read this book at once.
