I had rather high hopes for this book, but in the end it seemed to be a lot of sex scenes tied together with a story of domestic abuse. I was never really able to get emotionally involved with the main characters, Margo and Mick.
There were some intense scenes with the abuser, but he really did not play a major role in the novel.
