Hilarious as always! If you like any of the previous Sarah Andersen books, then you will like this one!

I always enjoy Sarah Anderson's comics. They're so funny and relatable! I look forward to seeing more books from Anderson.

Oddball is a fantastic and relatable compilation of short comics from Sarah Andersen. This hilarious collection will make you smile and laugh aloud. I particularly loved the comics featuring witches and cats! Andersen captures powerful introvert moments and moods specific to the pandemic. It is short and sweet, making it the perfect compilation for anyone who is a fan of Andersen’s art. Andersen depicts moments relatable to introverts, cat lovers, witches, and provides reassurance that oddballs everywhere are not alone. Oddball releases November 30, 2021. Thank you to Sarah Andersen, Andrews McMeel Publishing, and Netgalley for a free ARC of this book in exchange for an honest review.

As a fellow introvert, procrastinator, pet lover, anxious millennial and awkward human, I enjoyed this collection. Some of the comics were quite funny and relatable.

I might be in the minority on this one but I wasn't that impressed and didn't find the cartoons to be funny. I was interested in reading Oddball because Sarah Andersen's books are always featured in the Goodreads Choice Awards for graphic novels, but this just wasn't for me.

I really enjoy Sarah Andersen's style, her vignettes are super cute but the books always feel a bit too short. I wish there was more to read. I would hesitate to buy it for myself because of that, which is a pity as I do really enjoy her work.

I've learned to love any and all books by Sarah Andersen! They're so relatable and hit a tad bit too close to home in ways I never thought I would experience. Her comics are funny, sad, and heartbreaking at different moments. They're a great escape from the real world and I would recommend them tremendously!
* I received an eARC of this novel from the publisher. All opinions are my own.

Sarah hits the nail on the head every. single. time. A hilarious read for anyone but especially those with anxiety issues. My only criticism is that it's over too soon! Keep up the good work, Sarah! We hear you!

Sarah Scribbles nails it again as usual. Each collection is so fun, relatable and makes me laugh out loud. One of my faves artists to follow online, and her collections are so wonderful - Oddball is no exception.

Prepare to laugh yourself silly with Sarah Andersen’s latest installment for her graphic novel collection ‘A Sarah Scribbles Collection’. I laughed so hard reading this graphic novel that there were times when I had to literally put it down and walk away to give my sides a chance to stop hurting!
Funny, smart and so relatable, Sarah tackles a wide range of topics- anxiety, mental health, procrastination, Gen Z and Millennial, Tik Tok, aliens, the mystery of women’s bathroom queues and being a cat lover; just a small selection of the witty and candid observations by the author. My favourites have to be the explanation for why witches have black cats, aging millennial humour and women’s bathroom queues.
The illustrations were brilliant (the facial expressions of the figures are so good!) and Sarah’s observations were right on point. Most of the stories within the book are on one page; so easy to flick through and to find something funny to suit your current mood! I can honestly say that I haven’t laughed so hard in ages.
This graphic novel reminds me so much of the Farside Gallery graphic novels which I used to love reading when I was younger. Now I have to go and get my hands on the rest of Sarah’s collection!! We are all oddballs in our own quirky ways and Sarah’s Oddball taps into that perfectly! I’m definitely going to purchase Oddball (and get a copy for my sister who is obsessed with cats). The perfect book for your coffee table and one to share with your friends, family and fellow oddballs (also I am super excited to see what the sticker set looks like- got to love stickers!).
Oddball will be published on the 30th November 2021. Thank you to NetGalley and the publishers for the ARC of one of the funniest books/graphic novels I have read in a long time.

Sarah Anderson discusses cats, fandom, procrastination, and other facets of the awkward Millennial experience with her signature silliness and bug-eyed caricatures. Though less personal than her previous collection of comics, old and new fans will find much to enjoy.

I needed this spot of sunshine. I have been a fan of Sarah's comics for a long time now and this did not disappoint. I loved all the millennial jokes and hope there are more in the future. Highly recommend for anyone who needs a very good laugh.
Thanks to Netgalley for the e-arc in return for an honest, if short, review.

I could just not open this file… is this happened to anybody with Netgalley files?? I tried everything, laptop, ipad, I even downloaded programs that should open it and they just couldn’t. I don’t know what type of file this “acsm” is, but even the Adobe reader could not open it.
So I can’t really rate this properly unfortunately, but I love Sarah Scribbles, and I am sure that this turned out great too, so I am gonna give the 5 star.

Thank you NetGalley! I thought Oddball was great! I enjoy Sarah's cartoons as they always make me laugh. This is a perfect book to have if I ever needed cheering up. Absolutely delightful and relatable!

I have been a huge fan of Sarah Anderson and her comics since years and been picking up her collection since her book Sarah's Scribbles was launched. This is yet another collection of her already posted comics on social media and for anyone who loves her comics, this one is a must. Each comic is so relatable for my inner introvert that I just couldn't hold myself and contemplate deep into my life that there are others with traits similar to me. Must read for everyone out there.

Sarah's Scribbles never fail to make me laugh, and Oddball was no exception. I always go into Sarah Andersen's comic collections expecting to have a fun time and no instalment has let me down yet! Sarah's comics are so simple yet so relatable, not to mention well drawn. I really hope there is a fifth book in this series!

Sarah Andersen is one of those artists whose work speaks to my soul. I, too, am an introverted oddball who prefers the company of my cats and books/fanfics rather than other people. I would love to have some of her comics framed and hanging on my walls, such as my favorite from this collection, the comic where Medusa adopts a blind cat.
This is yet another great collection of Andersen's comics. Since I sometimes don't see these when they're posted on Twitter, I appreciate having them collected into a book to keep forever. Andersen's understanding of comedy in her art style, from expressions to body language, is topnotch as always. Her ability to use a comic format of only about four to six squares to get her ideas across in funny, heartwarming ways is always amazing.
I hope these collections continue, as I love having them on my shelf.

Super quick read. This collection of cartoons would likely be a better fit for a younger audience, but I still found some great bits here. Yeah, mostly the cat cartoons. LOL Aside from cats, the author/artist includes cartoons involving introversion, witches, anxiety and more. This one's worth a read, if only for the cat humor.
Thank you Andrews McMeel Publishing and NetGalley for the eARC in exchange for my honest review.

Goofy drawings with completely relatable messaging. So many panels made me laugh out loud and many made me feel seen! From procrastination to introvert struggles to the joys of being a writer. Obsession with pets and Halloween and all sorts of random things make up this little oddball... and I love her!

I love Sarah Andersen humor
She always made laugh
Siempre me identifico con las situaciones que muestra y me hace reír bastante
Espero que pronto salga otro libro de estos
