I must firstly apologise for the amount of time it has taken me to provide a review of this book, my health was rather bad for quite some time, something that had me in hospital on numerous occasions and simply didnt leave me with the time I once had to do what I love most.

Unfortunately that does mean I have missed the archive date for many of these books, so It would feel unjust throwing any review together without being able to pay attention to each novel properly.

However, I am now back to reading as before and look forward to sharing my honest reviews as always going forward. I thank you f0r the patience and understanding throughout x

This book was just alright for me. There was a lot of descriptions that I didn't need and not enough romance. I didn't particularly like either of the main characters. The ending felt very rushed and unbelievable.

With her would-be groom and former business partner arrested and her once-successful California real estate business in shambles, good girl Georgia MacKinnon plans to return to her hometown of Northridge. But before her return, she goes on what would have been her honeymoon and spends one wild, impulsive weekend in Las Vegas. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Georgia went to Vegas for her honeymoon with a friend after her husband-to-be got arrested for fraud and embezzlement and the wedding got cancelled. She met Liam and had a fun weekend, and they even got married, but she run off after they agreed to get an annulment the next morning.
Not everything that happens in Vegas stays in Vegas.

I liked the story and I enjoyed reading it. Even though I didn't like Liam!

I felt like the end was sped up! One moment he held the world on his shoulders believing that he's the reason of every bad and wrong, and the next after one phone call from his brother everything change and he deserve to be happy and he would be a good father! It was too fast!

P.S. I received this ebook thanks to NetGalley and the publisher in exchange of a review.

4/5 stars
Tropes:
- One night stand
- Grumpy / sunshine
- Small town romance
This is my first book of Rebecca Heflin and I liked it a lot. We get to know Georgia and Liam. The chemistry between them is sizzling hot. On tho the hand, we also experience with the characters' insecurities and also their heavy past background.
The things I did not like about the book where some of the attitudes they have to each other with seem childish.
Overall a super quick romance read with emotions. Definitely looking forward to read the previous books of this serie.

Thanks NetGalley and Rebecca Heflin for this ARC in exchange of an honest review.

This is the first book I have read from Rebecca Heflin, and I feel like this book was fine as a stand alone too, though I am sure it is great in series as well! This book is a very steamy meet-cute book that really tests the idea of "What Happens in Vegas Stays In Vegas" Does it? Read this book to find out. Thank you to NetGalley and Rebecca Heflin for a copy of this book for an honest review.

A Season to Remember is the third book in Rebecca Heflin’s Northridge series. Georgia McKinnon had left her home in small town Northridge, Georgia, for college where she achieved her undergrad in business and her JD in law. Once having passed the bar she added real estate to her portfolio and, with the assistance of her former fiancé, had become a realtor to the stars in LA. That is until her conman fiancé was arrested and her business shut down showing her the misplaced trust she had put in Not Erik left her deeply in debt. Selling all she could to pay off this debt, she escapes California and heads home to Georgia, with a stop along the way to use her prepaid nonrefundable honeymoon package in Las Vegas.

Liam Dunbar has a past of his own and carries his guilt as a mantle over his perfectly tailored suits. He has served time for hacking, developed an IT company and sold it, and now is the man behind American Threads, a clothing and textile company revitalizing old mills throughout the south to offer jobs and American made products to consumers. Spending a few days in Las Vegas for a friend’s wedding, Liam comes to the aid of a woman being harassed in a Vegas nightspot. Seeing such sadness in this beautiful woman’s eyes, Liam makes it his mission to make her weekend dreams come true.

Georgia’s Sunday morning regret sends her running home to Georgia, retreating to her grandfather’s home where she spent her teenage years. She had enough money left to buy the unsightly realty from a retiring local and begins trying to set her life back on track. She expects a possible client to meet her in the shell of an old mill, a sale that would help her get started, but never expected it to be her Las Vegas fling.

This lovely story follows Georgia as she finds her place, her friends, and restores herself back in her small hometown. It also follows Liam as he comes to terms with his past and thinks about a future. If they had left what happened in Vegas, in Vegas, it surely would have lead to a much less bright future. I very much enjoyed this book and I do recommend it!

Well-written and engrossing story. Alcohol and impulsivity lead to a rip-roaring romance. Although Georgia and Liam are quite lovable, and their story endearing, in my opinion grandpa steals the show!
Thank you Rebecca Heflin and NetGalley for allowing me an advance copy for my honest feedback.

I really enjoyed this book. This was my first book by this author. It was an easy read that kept me engaged the whole time. Liam and Georgia met in Vegas while both were going through a rough time in both of their lives. Fast forward to them meeting again in Georgia’s home town. I guess what happens in Vegas doesn’t always stay in Vegas. The ups and downs of this couple was interesting to go through. I would definitely read more from this author in the future.

A sweet and steamy romance. What happens in Vegas does not stay in Vegas. Unusual meeting and marriage. Lots of guilt. Wonderful friends. Many heart-warming and heart-breaking moments. I skipped over the intimate details, but enjoyed the growing relationship. My first experience with this author. I am eager to read more of her books.

When Georgia's fiance turns out to be not who she thinks he is, when he embezzled all the money in their real estate company, when he gets arrested, and when you don't even know his real name, it's time to take that already paid for honeymoon in Vegas with a friend. Problem is, what happens in Vegas doesn't always stay in Vegas.

After a very fun weekend in Vegas Georgia returns to her grandfather's house in Georgia to start over and get her life back on track. She opens her real estate company and her first customer turns out to be the man she spent her Vegas weekend with.

This book was really good. I loved Luis the office manager, Georgia's grandfather, and her friends from high school. Liam, the gorgeous Vegas date, is flawed but a good guy who wants to make life better for everyone.

A Season to Remember has everything. At times I laughed, teared up, and read faster so I could find out what happens next. A very enjoyable read.

This is the first time I have read this author and really enjoyed this story. Besides be a romance story, it had a lot of things that happened to Liam influence his choices about Georgia. Of course, they are the main characters. A GOOD READ.

Loved this addition to the Northridge series. This story was heartwarming, sweet, fun & had just enough angst to make it sad. I loved how a non-refundable honeymoon in Vegas actually turns into a wedding & an oops. Liam & Georgia are a great couple, they compliment each other in many ways. One from a rough background, the other from a small southern family town, one a white knight to a lady, the other a fresh breath of air among a sea of gold diggers. They both boost each other’s self esteem with continued support. Theirs is a chemistry that is immediate & all consuming. I loved how after hearing Georgia’s mild version of why she’s on a honeymoon with a friend, Liam decided to start on a bucket list Georgia didn’t really know she had. I also enjoyed the shock of Georgia when she realizes Liam (her 1st secret) is her prospective client. The humour of the situation just kept going as 1 secret turns into 2 & when secret 2 is revealed we kind of expect secret 1 to come out too but it’s not time for that one yet. Their pasts, mainly Liam’s need to be dealt with before they can have a future & that’s a big step. I have to say my most favourite part of this story outside of Georgia’s relationship with her grandfather & Liam was when she told 2 older ladies about all the sex she had to get into her condition.....just loved that, laugh out loud loved it. Definitely recommend. Thank you to Net Galley for allowing me to read this book for an honest review.

A good weekend read....

This is the third book in the Seasons of Northridge series, and it can be completely read as a stand alone. This is my first book from this author and I was never lost throughout the story. Georgia and Liam's story is a good what happens in Vegas doesn't always stay in Vegas kind of situation. I enjoyed the book, it was an easy weekend read, my favorite character has to be Luis and the fun he brings in his little bits.

It was a nice story and an easy read. What I appreciated about the writing were the touches that showed the author is well-read and intelligent. Her explanations and descriptions of various industries/businesses demonstrated research. Although it was all in the background -- not core to the romance -- it all helped to not make the world of Northridge or the characters stupid. [While there were some false notes, I think one character acting very much the fairy godfather of LGBTQIA+ miracles was a bit hard to believe, but I understand that was to help get to the HEA.

This was my first experience reading Ms. Heflin's work but it won't be my last! I thoroughly enjoyed this unique contemporary romance that encompassed several genres--one-night stand in Vegas, unexpected marriage, small town charm, among others. I didn't have the pleasure of reading the first 2 books in this series but it didn't lessen my enjoyment of this one. This is a complete standalone even though some of the characters from the previous 2 books (which I want to read now!) make appearances. These secondary characters were well developed and added so much dimension to the story line. Ms. Heflin's descriptive story telling put me right in the middle of this charming town and made me want to be a part of this fascinating group of characters. I loved Georgia and Liam's story and look forward to reading more from this author. I voluntarily read and reviewed an ARC for NetGalley.

This was such a great book to read! Liam and Georgia forever. Also, I think I need a bonus book on how Luis and Chase fell in love.
