I am so impressed with the number of resources being released lately for teens. It's amazing that authors like this are giving teens the tools to take control of their lives and normalize so many issues that they struggle with.

This workbook was amazing. It had the right balance of scientific research sprinkled in so that teens could understand the "why" behind the different tips and strategies mentioned. I think this book would be especially useful for teens to be able to see that the things they're experiencing are normal and will get better. I'm so glad that mental health is being discussed more in general, but especially that it's being addressed in teens. More importantly, the book stresses the idea that there is nothing wrong with them and the things they're feeling. While some things may be beyond their control, it doesn't mean that there aren't ways for them to take back control.

I think this book was very informative and could be helpful for teens struggling with anxiety. Definitely a resource I wish would have been available to me as a teen!

A useful book for parents and teens to understand what's going on for teens and coping strategies when issues are too big to handle.
