This was a wonderful and heartfelt Christmas read. My emotions were pulled all over the place by this novel! It is the third book in a series and I had listened to the first book last month. I had not read book two and had no problem jumping right into this story. The author did a good job of making these books able to stand alone.

Morgan and Andrew were exactly wrong for each other. Or that was what they both kept telling themselves. But their hearts definitely didn’t get that same message and even though they both resisted, love grew between them.

I loved Morgan’s son, Grayson, and especially Andrew’s reaction to him. Grayson really looked up to the firefighter and Andrew was so kind to him, recognizing what a wonderful child he was. My emotions ran high in this story and hurt right along with Morgan and Andrew as they both tried to navigate a love that seemed impossible.

I wished there was an epilogue or a little more of a drawn out ending. The book finished a little abruptly for me and I hope that we readers may see Morgan, Andrew, and Grayson in a future novel.

(4.5 stars)

I received a complimentary copy of this book. All opinions are my own.

This was a sweet Christmas read. If you enjoy Christmas movies and small town romance, then this is right up your alley. It's the third book in a series and I haven't read the previous books but I enjoyed the characters, especially the busy and fun old ladies and the young boy Greyson.

Thank you Netgalley and Hallmark Publishing for the free holiday read.

Wrapped Up In A Christmas Hope by Janice Lynn

This was another good romance novel. Morgan & Andrew fight their feelings, but eventually give in and become a couple. Great characters, especially Morgan’s son, who loves Andrew. I recommend this novel.

Thanks to Net Galley for sending me an advanced reader’s copy for my review.

This was a sweet heartwarming Christmas love story with a typical Hallmark setting and characters. My favorite thing about this book was the the son, Greyson, and his relationship with Andrew. Overall it felt a little slow for my liking but if you enjoy Hallmark christmas movies and small town romances (no steam) then definitely give this book a try.

Wrapped up in Christmas Hope by Janice Lynn
Morgan recently moved to Pine Hill, Kentucky to live with her grandparents; she’s a widowed single mom. Her husband was adventurous, always in it for the next thrill. Andrew has lived in Pine Hill his entire life, he’s a firefighter with dreams of becoming a smokejumper, the only thing holding him back is leaving his grandparents. When Morgan and Andrew meet, she is drawn to how amazing he is with her young son. Both are torn about their decisions for the future as well as each other….

I loved returning to Pine Hill and all the characters I came to love in Wrapped Up in Christmas Joy. I can’t forget to mention my favourite characters, the butterflies, they are hilarious. The sense of community, family, and hope was wrapped up perfectly in this story. I really liked Andrew in the previous books, so I was excited to see where his story would go, and I was not disappointed. I enjoyed the dynamic between Andrew and Morgan, the banter was great but, I love that they both were working on major life changes and debating every factor. I adored everything about this book, it’s such a heartwarming Christmas romance story.

Thank you Netgalley and Hallmark Publishing for this ARC in exchange for a review, on shelves now!

I really love a heartwarming, heartfelt and heartbreaking Christmas romance story, as it brings the warm fuzzies and the waterworks [tears to the eyes] when you need a good cry. The story has emotional aspects of loss of a loved one, a wedding and a struggle of falling in love even if it’s unexpected or not wanted at the time. The funny things that occur in the storyline is when a group of old interfering old biddies [ladies] do some of their Christmas magic by setting up some events and situations to bring a young mother, her son and a firefighter together. Both Morgan and Andrew aren’t looking for love as their future is unknown. Ideal book for those who love reading Christmas romance stories especially emotional. #WrappedUpinChristmasHope #NetGalley

A heartwarming romance between a widow with a guarded heart and a firefighter whose goal is to be a smokejumper which is very dangerous so wants to stay out of relationships for the present. So an interesting conflict that keeps us guessing. This books also bring attention to the Quilts of Valor organization which honors soldiers and veterans. It also has a extravagant Christmas wedding scene among a sweet older couple. Really enjoyed this book.

This is the third book in this series ad the second one I have read. I really get a kick out the the group of ladies that call themselves the Butterflies. They are pretty funny. Maybelle's "remake" of Grandma got run over by a reindeer, was pretty funny as well. I liked Morgan and her son Greyson and I liked Andrew. I just don't buy into a HEA in 2 to 3 weeks. The description of Rosie's wedding sounded magical. All in all a cute read

This was a cute small town romance! I really enjoyed Andrew and how he was with Morgan's son Greyson. My favorite scene was the Snowball fight because who doesn't love a good Snowball fight? Morgan got on my nerves more then anything. I also hadn't realized that this was in the middle of a series but either way I had fun reading it.

This series gets better with every book! Wrapped Up in Christmas Hope by Janice Lynn was fantastic.

Morgan moves with her five year old son, after her husband dies, to be around family. Of course she meets a handsome firefighter who her son absolutely adores. She doesn't date firefighters and he doesn't date single mum's. This caused for great tension and banter throughout the entire story.

The story is well paced. I love how it ties into previous books, but you can read it as a standalone. The side characters are wonderfully done and balanced in this story. I usually enjoy books with firefighters, veterans, and elderly people and this book as a lot of that.

I really hope Hallmark makes this series into movies.

I received an eARC from Hallmark Publishing through NetGalley. All opinions are 100% my own.

This was just the book I needed to get into the holiday spirit. It was sweet and light but enough depth and development of characters to make them come to life. I was absolutely along for the ride and happily swept into their charming small town life and romance. If you need an escape to a happy, Christmas romance this perfectly fits the bill. I didn't realize when I started this book that it is 3rd in a series. It can definitely be read stand alone- but I'll be reading the first 2 to continue with the feel-good vibes.

Morgan is a widowed mother of a five year old boy. She has moved to Pinehill, KY, so her son can be raised around family. Her son would love to be a firefighter when he grows up so he attaches himself to Andrew, a local firefighter. Andrew is not looking for a relationship because he knows he can't do the family thing because he is planning to become a smokejumper which is a dangerous job and requires long periods of time away from home. He is however, very attracted to Morgan and to her little boy. Morgan doesn't want another relationship right now and especially not with a man with a dangerous job -- her first husband died that way. But Morgan is also very attracted to Andrew. This is a sweet Christmas tale about Christian values, family bonding, camaraderie between fellow workers and Christmas joy. This is a great book to read during this holiday season for some fun relaxation.

I voluntarily reviewed a copy of this book that I received from NetGalley. All views expressed are only my honest opinion.

Morgan is looking for a quieter life after losing her husband. She wants to not have to worry so much anymore. She moves to Pine Hill to have a quieter life. There she meets Andrew, a firefighter, who wants to train to put out forest fires. As their connection gets stronger, can she look past his dangerous dreams?

I love this series so much. I love the characters and the town. I really need to take the time to watch the movies too. I adored Morgan and Andrew so much. I loved Andrew's relationship with Morgan's son. I always love when the love interest of a single parent has a special relationship with their kids. I cannot wait to see what's next in this series!

Another classic Hallmark Christmas! I didn't read the first books in this series though didn't feel it was necessary to understand and appreciate the book! A great story about overcoming fears and allowing ourselves to love and be loved in this life!

Morgan has moved to Pine Hill to recover and get back on her feet. She wants her son Greyson to be surrounded by love, Grandparents, and happiness. It's hard after her husband died. He was a thrill seeker and Morgan has decided she wants to concentrate on her son. However there is an attraction between Morgan and Andrew. But she just can't put herself or Greyson through the emotional rollercoaster of another adrenaline junkie and isn't that the perfect way to describe a fire fighter?

What a sweet, tender story. I really enjoyed the nice escape it offered. The writing style is easy to read and the story had me engaged very quickly.

Wrapped Up in Christmas Hope is the third book in Janice Lynn’s Wrapped Up in Christmas stories. Set in Pine Hill, Kentucky, these stories feature the quilts of valor project undertaken by Sophie and Isabelle’s Threaded Needle Quilt Shop. New arrival to Pine Hill Morgan Morris and her young son Greyson are drawn to her cousins’ program, even though Morgan’s only skill is to iron the sewn pieces for the quilters.

Both Morgan and Greyson are still recovering from the loss of her husband two years earlier. After downsizing occurred at the Georgia hospital where Morgan was employed as a nurse, she relocated to Pine Hill and the warmth of her grandparents’ home. She and Greyson are trying to acclimatize when the local firefighters visit Greyson’s kindergarten class to herald the Christmas season and the local ornament decorating contest. When Morgan and firefighter Andrew Scott visually connect and Greyson becomes taken with the firefighter, the new “Wrapped” story begins to unfold.

With so many lovely happenings, some angst filled moments, and an unmistakable tension, this story definitely delivers. I very much enjoyed this book and I do recommend it to all who love this genre!

The third book in the series is based in Pine Hill, Kentucky and I loved it! Hallmark books are always good but Janice Lynn makes this read -- top notch! Andrew and Morgan are great characters and I enjoyed their journey. Love, a great small town, butterflies and melodic words - good job Janice Lynn! A must read!
