"I wish you everything...and so much more."

"Celebrating all the joyous milestones and delightful possibilities life has to offer, this inspirational story is the perfect reminder that you can do anything and be anything you wish to be."

Those two blurbs [from the back of the book] really say what this book is really about - wanting the very best for those around you that you love. For me, I felt this book could be for anyone who is struggling, whether child OR adult [THIS would be a great book for someone heading off to college for the first time or starting a new job OR for someone who has moved and has to start a new school...the possibilities are endless here] and I found it to be such a simple, yet powerful little book - and a reminder of just what we all want for those around us that we love and cherish.

What really knocked me out about this book though was the illustrations - what an amazing job Melisa Fernandez Nietche does here in representing those around us [and ourselves] within the pages of this book - everyone should be able to find some sort of representation within this book and that was so encouraging and beautiful. To see people of all shapes and sizes and colors and abilities is something that is really needed in books [in general] and this one has all of that, in big beautiful colors as well. SO well done.

I really recommend this to anyone. Anyone who is struggling and needs to remember that they are awesome and able to to or get through anything. Anyone who is starting something new and is afraid or nervous. Anyone who just needs reminded that they are worth so much more than they think they are. Anyone who needs to know that looking and feeling different is okay and that better days are ahead. All of these things. This is a book for everyone. It is glorious and wonderful and I am so glad that I read it.

Thank you to NetGalley, Sandra Magsamen, Melisa Fernandez Nietche [Illustrator] and Sourcebooks Kids/Sourcebooks Wonderland for providing this ARC in exchange for an honest review.

With beautiful, captivating illustrations and messages that inspire and encourage, this book is a gem to be shared with those you love at all ages and stages in life. The writing flows seamlessly and smoothly. It delivers words that offer hope on both ordinary days and in times of loneliness, fear, or sadness, especially for young children, but the content is universal and relevant for everyone.
From finding joy in simple things, to taking chances, having adventures, and following our dreams, the book radiates positivity and joy. It celebrates diversity. The pictures are so colorful and cheerful, conveying the uplifting feelings that match the writing. As a retired educator, I know the importance of letting children know that they are loved often.
They also need to read and hear words that let them know the value of friendship, kindness, and aspirations. This book does just that, with many levels of reassurance and motivation. It's a treasure for bookshelves, playrooms, classrooms, therapy centers, and gift bags!

This book is both realistic and uplifting. It shows us how to appreciate what we have around us in nature,

day and night, happiness and laughter, Every child is part of the world.

It is beautifully written and full of wonderful illustrations. It can also be further simplified for my special needs

Sigh...this is just so achingly sweet. In gentle rhymes, the text offers a heartfelt benediction to a beloved child--hopes of a life full of adventure and kindness and love. The illustrations are soft and fanciful and beautifully bring the story to life.

This is the perfect bedtime, naptime, or snuggle time wind-down book. It would also make a wonderful baby shower or grandparent gift.

Many thanks to the publisher and NetGalley for the opportunity to read and review!
