I’m a big fan of teen horror and kids’ horror, particularly in the short story form, so I was excited to read this. Unfortunately, it wasn’t for me. The stories felt very flimsy and weren’t at all scary - more like creepypastas or posts on Reddit. However, perhaps that’s the point, and I’m just not the right reader for it. This might suit a reluctant reader who wants a very, very mild scare.
