I have been utterly obsessed with the Stay a Spell books, and this was a cute little novella as we get to revisit our favorite characters during the holidays!

The Stay a Spell series is one of my favorite PNR rom-com series ever! I absolutely enjoyed this Christmas/Holiday anthology because we get to see how each of our couples are doing (for those who already had their book), and who the future team-ups would be!

A short story romp through the Stay a Spell world, which I haven't read. The stories were a quick read but it would have been more interesting for me if I'd read the first 3 books so I could know all of the characters. This one has lots of sass and lots of steam

Nothing beats a holiday book with all my favorite characters included.Β

Now that I've had the chance to read the three previous books, I've finally read this one without further spoiling anything for myself.

Imagine this. A collection of short stories, holidays, the cauldron, our favorite witches, werewolves, vampires and grims and all the happy cozy feelings crammed in a book.

I think this part is my favorite of the series. I keep saying that about every other book I finish in this series, but really, this takes the cake. Again, all my favorite characters in a book, all the side stories. Of course I loved it.

Thank you @netgalley & the publishers for this ARC in exchange for an honest reviewπŸ’•

I gave this book another chance after not finishing it in the past and enjoyed it more than I did the first time. Still not my favourite unfortunately though.

This was such a fun collection of stories, and a perfect mix of Christmas and magic. Part of a series which I didn't know when I picked it up, but I felt that I could still enjoy these stories separately.
I would recommend this one!

I adore Juliette Cross and this entire series. This is a collection of short stories in the Stay a Spell series so you will not want to read this as a stand alone. It was the perfect complement to couples we already know and those yet to come. Juliette blends fun and snark with just the right balance of romance!

Walking in a Witchy Wonderland by Juliette Cross is such an enjoyable Christmas romance which I absolutely adore. It's been so long since I read such enjoyable story so I'm really glad that this book gave me exactly what I'm searching for. All the characters have once again stole my heart and I love them so much! This book is definitely my fav for this year. Highly recommend! But make sure to read the previous books first.

I made the huge mistake of reading this two weeks before Gareth and Lavinia's book comes out and now I am on edge waiting for their story.

I loved revisiting all the family and the couples we have already fallen in love with through their books. This is an outstanding mix of fun quick stories that just bring you joy to re visit old characters again, and get to know more of others.

I absolutely cannot get enough of Juliette Cross' Stay a Spell series! This collection includes five short holiday stories and is best enjoyed by readers familiar with the series.

I loved the slice-of-life quality of these stories. It truly captured the spirit of the holiday season. For fans of the series, it's a true treat getting to spend time with characters you know and loveβ€”especially after their HEA.

I love Alpha, so Bewitch You A Merry Christmas was a particular fave for me. And I think that You’re A Mean One, Mr. Grim is a perfect teaser for Lavinia and Gareth's upcoming book.

This is a must for anyone who has read and enjoyed the other Stay a Spell series books and I can only hope for more adorable shorts from Cross as the series continues (perhaps for some witchy holidays!).

These stories were very cute. I didn't realize that it was part of a larger series until I'd read the first two stories. I did feel like I was missing something but not so much so that I could not enjoy the stories. I do think I would suggest that if you're interested in these short stories, to read the full books first. I would certainly consider going back and reading them now too!

Well, I’m super late at posting this review. What a sweet anthology of short holiday stories. Even though I wasn’t familiar with the Stay a Spell world, I still was able to enjoy the stories.

I'm Stay a Spell fan and this collection was perfectly cosy, swoony, mysterious and playful. Perfect paranormal seasonal reading.

β€œThis was my safe place. My heaven on earth. My Christmas wish come true.”

Oh, sweet Holy Night. If you ever wanted a magical holiday book filled with all the magical creatures and forces and… MAGIC - this is the book for you. It’s the holidays in NOLA and the Savoie Sisters are putting you under their spell.

β€œIt was like Christmas spirit. An intangible force you couldn’t touch or hold in your hand. But it was a bone-deep feeling you knew and felt in the air every December. In the smiles of family, in the gathering of friends, in the kindness of strangers. It was real and powerful and true. Just like the love that beat between our two hearts, winding us in a magical force all its own.”

We’re back with little snippets taken throughout the timelines of all the books so far. We are revisiting Wolf Gone Wild, Don’t Hex & Drive, and Witches get Stitches. We’re even getting a glimpse into some future couples and I am DYING to read more. We have some spells gone right and some steamy frenzies. Two lovers that coulda, shoulda, woulda, gonna and BABY WITCHWOLVES. Personally, this only set off my love for Clara and Henry even more snd I can’t believe their book is last. I’ll wait patiently, Juliette, I promise. See the quote below just to get a hint of our next couple Livvy and Gareth and a sneak peek into the world of GRIMS!

β€œThis name reminds me of endless stars in a midnight sky. Too far away to reach. Their light nothing more than an nth of the power they truly hold, casting the watcher into an abyss of wonder and maddening desire… But the watcher knows that if he ever made his fantasy a reality, if he touched those stars, he’d be scorched to nothing but ash.”

Cue: Rockin’ Around the Christmas Tree

Rating: 5/5 GLORIOUS STARS
Spiceometer: πŸ₯΅ πŸ₯΅ πŸ₯΅ πŸ₯΅- but also the romance will leave you in a puddle of swoony, heart-filled goo

This was the perfect balance of sweet and sexy mixed with holiday cheer! I loved getting to see the couples from the previous SAS books, plus two more novellas- one featuring Charlie & JJ’s romance and another that is a glimpse at what Livvy & Gareth’s book is going to be like. Can’t wait for future books to come out 😍😍😍

I was not able to finish this book, but my library did purchase it. If I get a chance to read this I will update my goodreads with my review.

This was an absolute delight to read! I will be adding it to my holiday collection and recommendation list every year! Five stories that held my interest, and made me laugh! I also appreciate that each story had a different theme so they didn't blend together and you could easily follow who was who! A must-read for anyone who loves a good witch! I will be going back to read the other books in this series!

Juliette Cross has done it again. I absolutely loved this anthology! This book adds on a little to each of our favorite couples we've seen so far in the "Stay A Spell" universe and also gives a preview of Livvy and Gareth and a fun short on JJ and Charlie. One of the things I really liked about this book is that the stories don't all take place at the same time. Instead of picking just one holiday season to focus on, Cross has spread the stories out across multiple holiday seasons that apply more accurately in the couples' timelines. This tactic gives us even more of an inside look into the Savoie sisters. Overall, I loved this book and can't wait for the other three sisters' stories.

If you want to get to know the characters from previous installments, the best way to do it is reading this book, you also get to see a glimpse of what is coming ahead. I personally loved every short story. I already miss all the characters from the books and I need more! Juliette cannot publish these fast enough, I am dying to see what happens next and I have feeling it will be amazing.
