Such a fun holiday collection! Little life snapshots of 4 of the Savoie sisters, and one of JJ and Charlie. Very entertaining (and steamy!) stories to help get you into the upcoming holiday spirit! It's not too heavy on the holiday theme though, so you won't feel too rushed to start decorating yet! I've got a soft spot for Violet and Nico, so I loved seeing them come to the realization that they were ready for the next step in their relationship. But I have to admit, that intro to Lavinia and Gareth's story really got me excited for their book! All that unwanted sexual tension, I just know it'll be a great enemies-to-lovers book!

Walking in a Witchy Wonderland was my introduction to the Stay a Spell series and I cannot wait to go back and read the series from the beginning! It features five fun, holiday-themed novellas centering around various characters and their loved ones.

This book, although part of a series, can definitely be read as a standalone. While I haven't read any of the other books in this series, I found each novella very easy to follow along with and loved getting a glimpse into their lives.

My favourite novella from this book was 'You're a Mean One, Mr Grim' as I'm a sucker for grim reapers (or anything in that realm of being Underworld-related). But grim reapers aren't the only supernatural beings in this series and you get to read about witches, werewolves, vampires, and more.

Overall, Walking in a Witchy Wonderland is a very fun, steamy read and a perfect way to get into the holiday spirit!

4 stars. Walking in a Witchy Wonderland is a fun holiday novella set in the Stay a Spell series. This was a really cute catch up with the three couples from the first three books, plus a preview of the couple from book number four which is coming soon. I enjoyed catching up with the Savoie sisters. These stories were sexy, sweet and entertaining, focusing on their lives together and living their HEA. I am really looking forward to Livvy and Gareth's book too. I definitely recommend reading the books in this series in order before reading this novella. This is such a fun, witchy romance series and I really am enjoying it. I look forward to more from Ms. Cross in the future!

The wonderful witch sisters are back. This time with an "in between" novel full of short stories. Each story focuses on different sisters but the fun never stops.
Opinion
From the get go, I was hooked on this series. Ever the paranormal romance fan, this series offers such a fun escape that it is a delight to read. This book is no different. What is different is that the whole book is full of fun, light stories that shoe details more from the everyday live of the characters. I am guilty of reading a series and then thinking "what is the character doing right now." This book offers such insight into their daily lives. Juliette Cross and her series are a big hit that I can read over and over again.
Many thanks to Net Galley for providing me with an ARC of this book.

Walking in a Witchy Wonderland is book#3.5 in the Stay a Spell series by Juliette Cross and contains novellas set at different points in time throughout the series. I had not read the previous books prior to reading this and found it to be a little confusing at times. Overall, I found the stories to be great, but felt like I was missing something without the context.

Overall, I enjoyed the holiday short stories. There was steamy romance and heartwarming stories throughout.

I am loving this paranormal series from Juliette Cross, and this book is a great treat -- a collection of novellas that tie in to the larger series. I love the new looks at couples previously introduced, and a sneak peak at a few upcoming pairings. Loved the time jump ahead story that featured some babies! I enjoy these modern day paranormal characters and of course the New Orleans setting. I'm really looking forward to what comes next in this series.

Magic. Romance. Steam. Holiday sweetness. Family. Sass.
I loved it all. Juliette Cross wrote the most amazing vignettes about characters from the first three novels in the Stay a Spell series. These holiday stories made me giggle and the spicy scenes were perfection. Each story had a flavor of its own, but connected back to the Savoie family perfectly. This is a fantastic anthology for holiday readers who want to sneak in some romance and would be good for those who know the series or could be a gateway for brand-new readers too!

This is a cute collection of short stories about the Savoie sisters, each set around the holidays. They are sexy and it was nice to see the sisters again but I didn't like being plopped in and out of the stories. I'd rather have had a full plot line.

I have never read Cross but these novellas made me want to read them. Contemporary steamy stories but with the paranormal of witches, vampires, and werewolves. Some endings were a little spoiled since I had not read them, but I can still enjoy the ride. The writing is solid, good little stories that all have a fun wintertime feel. It feels cozy and that is what you want with a Christmas novella. I think Cross has the style of Alice Clayton or Penny Reid. Lots of friendship and respect with partners. The stories feel small town like and everyone knows everyone. Solid short stories that add to the previous stories and also make me want to read them and what comes next!

Thank you to NetGalley and the author for the ARC in exchange for an honest review.

This book contained five vignettes for the known couples in the series so far, most with a holiday theme. I would definitely recommend reading the books in the series before reading this otherwise there will be slight spoilers and also to get invested in the couples. But this was a fun holiday read and it was nice to get caught up with the couples.

I LOVE THIS SERIES SO FUCKING MUCH!!!!!

This gorgeous Christmas novella is just the thing I needed. It's split into five short stories.

Bewitch You a Merry Christmas: This was about Evie and Mateo trying to help unhex a man who was spelled by his witch neighbour. This was such a funny story, I love that we still get to see sides of Mateo and Alpha.

Rockin' Around the Hexmas Tree: JJ and Charlie's story!!!! Ahhh I have been dying to find out how these two actually got together, this was absolutely adorable and so hot I couldn't stand it, absolutely incredible!!!

You're a Mean One, Mr. Grim: MY FAVOURITE OF THEM ALL!!!!! I have been dying to find out more about the Grim's but when Liv and Gareth got some page time in Wicthes get Stitches I absolutely knew I needed their story straight away. Thankfully this was only a sneak peek but omg it has only made the wait that much more unbearable. I will be counting down the days until I get their full novel, the best enemies to lovers and omg so much sexual tension and angst!!!! I need this book so bad.

Jingle Spells: Nico and Violet are babysitting Evie and Mateo's triplets and they have their hands full! We finally get to find out about the triplets and their powers. This was such a precious story, I loved getting to see Nico and Violet again.

A must read for fans of this series and if you haven't read it than go and read Wolf Gone Wild right now!!!!

5 SHORT STORIES: Absolutely loved this anthology
I usually don't read anthologies but all of these stories were about people I already love and some of whose books I'm really looking forward to read. And since I haven't ever read an anthology, I don't know how to rate it.

These stories are about Evie and Mateo, Devraj and Isadora, Charlie and JJ, Livvy and Gareth, Nico and Violet

I liked all of these stories. But ofc, I have my favorites.
And that is Nico and Violet. They stole the show for me. Them babysitting Mateo and Evie's triplets was the highlight of the book for me. I was laughing and swooning the entire time I read their story. It was so funny, so cute, so hot. The perfect short story for me. And Alpha in their story was his best self EVER.

Charlie and JJ were also amazing. I was looking forward to their story and it was heartwarming to see how they got together. The steam was on point. The emotions were amazing.

After reading Livvy and Gareth's part, I can't wait for their book. It is going to be the next best thing. I'm sure of it. Getting into the mind of a Grim for the first time ever was AWESOME.

Devray and Isadora were as horny and sexy as ever (in a good way), and Evie and Mateo were their cute, sexy couple selves at their best.

Do not miss this if you love the Stay a Spell books.

Just absolute perfection 🙌🏻✨ This anthology was everything! I didn't realize how much I missed Alpha (he's so snarky and makes me LOL so much), Issy and Dev are still by far my absolute favorite couple (I identify with Issy's personality A LOT), and OMG JJ & Charlie are THE CUTEST (I loved getting a glimpse into their beginning and budding romance). And there's the itty bitty sneak peek of Henry and Clara - eeeek! - and Livvy and Gareth's short story... I mean hubba hubba, I can't wait for more! And my goodness, Daddy Nico at the end to round it all out.... *sigh* It was so, so good! If you love this series, do not skip this holiday anthology!! So excited (and dying) for the next book! Thank you to Juliette for my advanced copy 🤗

What a delicious treat this was !! I devoured it the second it hit my kindle.
Walking in a Witchy Wonderland is composed of 5 short novellas. Some of them felt like extended epilogues for the first three couples we already know , one novella gave us the well deserved moment when JJ and Charlie decided to take the plunge and then - my favourite - Livvy and Gareth's book prologue. The timeline jumps ahead for every story so the last one is already 2 years after Witches Get Stitches.
Loved this peek in the life of my favourite New Orleans witches family and i m looking forward for Jules and Rueben’s book but mostly BRING ON THE FREAKING GRIMS 😏🤤🤤🤤.

Thank you Juliette Cross and NetGalley for this ARC in exchange of a honest review

Time to get your jingle on!

Back to the world of Magical Mayhem with your favourite couples! A collection of interludes between our favourite witches, their significant others and their friends.

Bewitch You A Merry Christmas: Evie mediates between bickering neighbours & Mateo/Alpha needs some serious plans to get their girl alone.

Rockin’ Around The Hexmas Tree: Devraj and Isadora’s already simmering love life gets a "magical" boost.

Jingle Bell Jock: See Charlie & JJ go from friends to flaming hot.

You’re A Mean One, Mr. Grim: Liv and Gareth are up for the same job

Jingle Spells: Nico and Violet are babysitting for Evie & Mateo but the triplets are anything but good!

Great to be back with this supernatural family and their besties. I hate getting into the festive mood to early...needless to say that does not apply when it's in book form LOL. Great way to see more of the after the HEA.

Walking in a Witchy Wonderland is a fabulous collection of short stories. I have a horrible confession; I have not read the Stay a Spell series. I have heard all about it from bookish friends who rave about Juliette Cross and her phenomenal writing. They were not wrong. I adored everything about these characters and their world. The intense chemistry, the banter, the uniqueness of each character blew me away. Now I need a couple of uninterrupted days to go back and read the series! Definitely recommend, but don't be like me, read it in order, I'm sure it's better that way.
