This is a wonderfully written, funny way to tell you to eat your veggies and cut out the junk food. It was very focused on how different foods affect hormones, which I found super interesting. I enjoyed learning more about the "why's" for increased consumption of certain vegetables.

While I started out really loving this book, I did eventually find it a bit repetitive which lowered my rating. Overall, however, I would recommend it to everyone, whether they are reading it for the titular reason or just to learn more about how food affects your body. I would say to be prepared to jump around and read the chapters that interest you at any given time or you may experience food-book burnout. Or is that just me?

This is a very interesting and informative book. It went into both the eastern traditions of Chinese medicine and the western science of the nutrition for optimal health. This was extremely interesting you can tell this book was well researched.

Diet for Great Sex is exactly what it sounds like. DeLozier has intensively researched what food and drink is good and bad for sexual function. The author is clearly extremely knowledgeable on the topic, and she uses both scientific facts as well as anecdotal evidence to explain her theories.

The book is interesting and fun. It is occasionally a little fact-heavy, but it is a good read. The book also contains several recipes for anyone interested.

Thanks to Christine DeLozier and NetGalley for this copy.
