I was thoroughly entranced by this book. The story line is funny and sad and cleverly written.
The Hookup Dilemma is a sweet, charming, fun, not to mention sexy. Their romance was great, remarkable and charismatic, and they made a great couple.
It was funny and lighthearted and so clever, I really enjoyed getting to know the characters.
Rashida and Elliott's characters are freaking amazing! I just loved these two together and Elliot is everything..... Swooning over here! I could feel the connection with these two! Loved it!
Rashida... what's not to love with her???! A badass lady for sure!
The writing for this book was refreshing and there were plenty of times that I had that stupid smile on my face because of how lovey the characters were. Amazing story!

Thanks again NetGalley, Publisher and Author for the chance to read and review this amazing book!
I'll post to my Social media platforms closer to pub date!

This was honestly very very very cute. First of all, as always, I want to say how much I appreciate that this book was actually written by an own voices author - it’s always really beautiful to see own voice rep in books regardless of genre. I think what I loved most about this book is how real the characters felt. Usually romance books have a lot going on and they don’t really leave much open for imagination - in this book however we you the opposite which I was very happy about. It was realistic and the realism about these characters is honestly what connected me to them even more then I already was. I adore them both. Eliott Quinn. Where do I even begin. Eliott is everything you’d want in a romantic hero. He makes you swoon and you want him to be happy, so much so that you really start routing for him after he has a one night stand with the woman he believes is the woman of his dreams and his soulmate. But of course real life forces both Eliott and rashida to take drastic measures - two very different characters aware that they should and need to be together but real life forcing them apart. It was a pleasure to read and go on a journey with both these characters. I adored rashida. She’s everything I love in female characters. I got attached to her very quickly and love her Witt and charm even more. She’s everything I would want in a female heroine and while it was a rom com, it touched me in many places and it’s definitely one of those books I’ll remember for a very long time after this. A very easy 5 stars I’m giving. It was a pleasure to read!
