I received an arc of this title from NetGalley for an honest review. This is a board book with 100 words to do with home. Excellent for building vocabulary and great to see a child in a wheelchair on the cover.

Interesting book for children who starts to read, or maybe parents read for them, with highlighted adjectives or verbs. With things you can spot easily at home, this is a great book to learn words, and pretty pictures inside motivates kids to reread the book. Can also be a wonderful book to play games.

An adorable way to introduce — or test! — your toddlers on words about home. My 4-year-old loves this series! Bonus: The main character of this little book is a wheelchair user! As a mom, I'm always looking for books that show my kids the world in its variety.

I'm really hoping this gets printed as a board book because I think it's perfect for learning first words! Some of the words are a little hard to say but little ones don't have to learn the phonetics of a word to be able to recognize the object and practice saying it.

Lively illustrations with a diverse cast of characters, perfect for young learners of American-English. Really charming.

This is a cute Children's Book with bright, colorful illustrations. I love the fact that one of the children depicted in the story is a child in a wheelchair. We definitely need more books that include representations of differently abled children. That way children learn that not everyone looks the same.

The one thing I did notice that I would have liked to see changed is that the people depicted in the story all seem to be caucasian. Children need to be exposed to all different walks of life and people of color should be included in the book.

This is a sweetly illustrated book that includes pictures with labels that teach vocabulary to very young children. The pages are organized by places including the kitchen, the garden, the bath and more. In addition to naming objects, feelings and verbs are included as well. These are notated with colored dots.

This is a colorful, appealing title. It should appeal to the littlest ones and their adults.

This is a great "first word" book for kids with stuff around the house. The colors are vibrant and I really loved the entire book.

My Home is a colorful and beautifully illustrated book that introduces baby to vocabulary that is relevant around the house. It also includes a verb and feeling word for every 2 pages. I really liked the variety of vocabulary that was presented, and how each item way clearly pictured. It was also great that this book provides representation for individuals with disabilities. I would definitely buy this for my baby.

I selected this book for one reason, there is a little boy in a wheelchair on the cover. There needs to be more children in wheelchairs included in children's book. Good job.
This is a word book labeling items throughout your house. This is a good way for children to learn some every day words.

A bright and fun board book about home and all the words we need to know about it. Has a diverse cast of characters. Very cute and rereadable.

This is an absolutely great baby/toddler book to learn words. The graphics are awesome and I love the disability rep with the little boy in the wheel chair.

A fun, colorful vocabulary book for items/activities in and around the home. An action word and feelings word are highlighted in each main section, and other related items are labeled. The bright, vivid pictures could easily spark conversation about what is happening on the page.

Note: one of the members of the family uses a wheelchair and an adaptive shower chair. This is presented completely incidentally without comment.

This would make an excellent addition to home, classroom, and school libraries for preschool - K children!

My Home is a board book featuring beautiful, vibrant illustrations with vocabulary words of items in and around the home. I liked that some less common words are used in this book. Toddlers will love the illustrations and learning and pointing out what each thing is.

Ten very colourful double-page spreads give us a hundred words to revise our vocabulary with, from the waving neighbour greeting us to our new home, to the contents of the kitchen, a child's bedroom clutter, and getting tucked up at night. For yes, this almost has a kind of narrative with it as well. What's more noticeable is the inclusivity – this is very colour-blind as regards race and ethnicity, somebody has great fun despite needing glass bottle spectacles, and a major character is a wheelchair user. So the very young user of this tool-cum-book will be accepting of the fact there is a disabled person's chair in the shower, and that there is no need for exclusion of anyone – at least, not in the utopian world this presents. A strong four stars, then.
