I got an advanced reader copy of the book and enjoyed reading although the book sounded mainly theoretical to me. There are many examples but it feels like they were not taken from author's recent practical experience. The contents of the book are very valuable because every business needs a focus on its organization, culture and people. There are many important aspects on development, information flow and exchange covered.
