This is a guided journal to help the reader set goals, write them down, take breaks in the form of positive reinforcement activities, evaluate and revise goals. There are 24 weeks available for the actual journaling.

Besides the space for the reader’s own journaling, this book has inspirational quotes and the author’s notes and own experiences. While I do understand why that was done and particularly with the quotes, why they were chosen, they did not connect with me personally and I would have preferred space available to find and add my own inspirational quotes.

Thanks to Net Galley I had an advanced digital copy and I have to admit that a digital copy did not work the best for the journal, as it would have been more convenient to have a print version in order to be able to write into the book itself, but nevertheless I found it interesting and I think readers who enjoy journaling could appreciate this book.

This is very active book where it wants you write your goals down and what kind of jobs you would like and even the impossible jobs to help you prove to yourself that you can do it. I like the front cover it’s nice colour of pink which caught my attention to read this book.
Thank you NetGalley for letting me read this book.
