DNFed - I requested this before I was an influencer and familiar with NG and how it works. It had a poor flow and the pacing wasn't great, and was super predictable. I let it go at 30%.

Answer these questions:

What makes this book different from all others? And why should anyone care?
Give enough info about the plot of a novel or the facts in a nonfiction book that they have a context for your opinions.
Don’t give so much that your post turns into a book report instead of a review.
And no spoilers!

This book is a keeper! Archie the handsome yet grumpy rich guy, needs a shopper, Holly's best friend recommends her because Holly could use the money!

She gets the job and the fun begins from there.

I absolutely loved the fact that this book included texting. It's the way of the world today, replacing AOL, Yahoo, and other instant chats of the 1990's (at least that's when I found out about them, lol.)

This was just a heartwarming story. I loved all the main characters (that doesn't usually happen for me), I loved their growth and I was cheering joyfully at the end.

My favorite was Faith. She had the vocabulary of an eight-year-old, but that's not impossible. She's everyone's favorite child to admire from afar, not live with. Lol.

It's just the type of book I like to read. Fast-paced, with humor, emotion, and problem-solving.

I want to gush and gush, however, I am trying not to add spoilers.

What I liked:

- All the main characters
- Holly and Faith's relationship

I highly recommend this book

- If you love HEA endings
- If you love precocious but adorable kids

Ok Mistle Text was cute, a little cheesy but very cute. It definitely had Hallmark movie vibes and I was really enjoying those vibes throughout the book. This was the story of a down on her luck single Mom who meets a rich hot guy with a Cinderella-ish story line. It also combined fake dating and lots of Christmas (in NYC) and it had some very cute elements. I think what I didn't like was that toward the end it felt a little insta-lovey and it also ended a bit abruptly for me. Totally adorable ending, it was just rushed and didn't have a lot of build up to justify that ending for me personally. But it was cute and Christmassy :)

Mistle Text was the fifth book in the An Accidentally in Love Story series written by Whitney Dineen & Melanie Summers. It was another hilarious story from these two authors. I loved all the witty dialogue between Archibald and Holly. They made the perfect grumpy-sunshine couple! Once I started reading it I couldn't put it down. It was the perfect light and flirty holiday book to start off the holidays with.

This Christmas romance was just adorable. I was hooked from the start and finished it in a few hours. The atmosphere is warm and the characters are great.

Pretty much your typical "sad lonely billionaire falls for spunky poor heroine" rom com, but it was well-written and had some good moments. Faith was a bit over the top, and there was a little too much saccharine sweetness here for my tastes, but it was a nice fluffy story for the holidays.

As much as I would like to think I’m a self-sufficient capable woman, at the moment I wouldn’t mind Prince Charming coming to my rescue.”

Mistle Text was a sweet, fluffy heartwarming holiday story. It was the perfect blend between Cinderella Story and Pretty Woman. It was clever and hilarious.
Much appreciation to the author

This was a very cute story. I definitely gives off the Christmas vibes. I took off a star because I get very annoyed when a character is so dense to their feelings otherwise it would have been 5 starts.

Holly and Archie are a match made in Christmas Heaven! I'm always a little scared to read holiday books because so often they don't have the Christmas magic I'm looking for. Thankfully this didn't disappoint and I was able to get in the holiday spirit with this cute story about a scrooge and his personal shopper.

You'll love Holly and her bright personality as well as the other characters. If you're looking for a light romantic read, pic this up!

I enjoyed this romance story with all of the characters. The two main characters were Holly Snow and Archie

Holly Snow has been raising her niece that is five years old.  Holly has gotten her niece in a special school on a partial scholarship. She been struggling and needs a better way to pay for things. So when her best friend call to tell her about a job that she found.

Archie is a wealth man. He needs someone to become his personal shopper during the holidays. Also he needs a fake girl friend to.

This was a fun story to read. It has action, drama, and adventure within. It also had a few laughs and giggling throughout.

I received a complimentary copy via Booksprout and Netgalley. This is my honest unbiased opinions.

I genuinely loved this story. It was the perfect Christmas Cinderella story with palpable chemistry and real life issues approached sensitively. Enjoyable read that I will 100% be getting back out at Christmas time!

This Christmas romance was just too cute. I was hooked after only a few chapters. Obviously, I finished this read in a few hours. I really liked the atmosphere that was portrayed by the author. It was warm more than anything else. The characters were great as well as the secondary characters without whom the story would not have been the same. For a French speaker like me, I found the novel accessible after a little bit of adjustment. So I can easily recommend it.

As Holly and Archie get to know each other, both fight the attraction. I loved the secondary characters in this book as much as the protagonists. Faith is absolutely unforgettable and Holly’s best friend, Toni, is amazing. This is the first book I’ve read by these authors, but it definitely won’t be the last!

“Cute holiday read” are the words that come to mind after reading Mistle Text. If you’re in the mood for a sweet holiday romance featuring a single woman raising her niece in the city while trying to make ends meet, develop a relationship through the modern texting route, then dive in.

I received an ARC from the author and publisher in exchange for an honest review.

Holly Snow has always put the needs of others before her own. When her father died and her mother started showing signs of dementia, she put off going to college. When she was finally able to start classes, her sister and brother in law were taken in an automobile accident leaving their daughter Faith an orphan, and Holly as her guardian. She's taken endless odd jobs in order to make ends meet, but it still remains tight, especially with having Faith's tuition for pre-school even being on scholarship, as well as any other needs that come along. Nonetheless, she always makes it work. Her best friend Toni knows just how hard things are for Holly, so when an opportunity arises that will help Holly financially, she's all over it to help her loyal friend out. What could be so hard about being her prestigious and wealthy bosses personal shopper for the holidays? Though taxing at times trying to decide what exactly to buy so many people that have such expensive taste, Holly makes the best of it. As luck would have it, her boss Archie is in need of more services than just being his personal shopper. He is up for the biggest promotion of his life at the family business as his uncle is due to retire soon. The only problem? His running mate and cousin has exactly what his uncle is desiring for the position. A family. So what other option does Archie have but to hire Holly to pose as his loving girlfriend? Sure she's not from their world, but it's only for a short amount of time and then they will part ways both getting what they want and being happy. What could possibly go wrong? It's not like they'll fall for each other, right?
Thank you to Netgalley, Whitney Dineen and Melanie Summers for the opportunity to read and review this book. This is a Hallmark movie waiting to happen! I loved the book and had a hard time putting it down. It was a great feel good book that I absolutely fell in love with. I rate this ⭐⭐⭐⭐
