Where Snow Angels Go by Maggie O’Farrell and audiobook narrated by Ruth Negga is a wonderful, festive, heartwarming, and charming children’s fiction that I feel will be a timeless classic.

I just loved this book. The concept of a guardian snow angel is so unique and creative. It presents the perfect balance between reality, spirituality, and magic. The author created a perfect narrative with the plot and descriptions that was paced perfectly and also gave such detail as to allow me to feel as if I was part of the winter wonderland…and part of the magic.

Such a wonderful relationship between the little girl, Sylvie, and her snow angel that comes to help her the year after he was made. I also truly loved her wish and the heartwarming ending.

I can easily imagine this as a classic movie as well. It would be breathtaking.

I give this 5/5 stars in regards to the book itself and 5/5 stars for the beautiful, smooth, and easy to listen to audiobook version as well.

Where Snow Angels Go by Maggie O'Farrell is a magical children's book about a girl who comes upon a snow angel she made the previous winter. I adore O'Farrell's poetic writing and her foray into children's literature did not disappoint! Her snow angel only appears when she really needs him and she is in danger. It is an enchanting story that evokes the wonder in winter like The Snowman. The actress Ruth Negga fabulously narrates the audiobook, adding to the book's ethereal tone. The accompanying music is beautiful.
