Omg!! If I could cuss right now I would be!! what the... What was with that ending?! Omg my mind is blown!! I really liked this book but oh no I did not like that ending!! I'm just really really shocked right now! Anyway ugh this book was really good! (until the end) lol it had suspense, intrigue, and a crazy crazy who done it! Wow I'm just reeling after reading this! I highly recommend reading this book! It was really enjoyable except ,ya know! it was a great book though! Thank you Netgalley and the publisher for sharing this book with me!

This didn't really feel like a thriller to me. It hit around the 36% mark and I realized it was going to go a certain way. I also felt like the responsible person was fairly obvious. It was a quick read but not that exciting.

Pretty decent set up and the writing was engaging, but the author was way too try-hard about getting us to believe the bad guy was this particular character. Like, to the point where you knew who the bad guy was simply because it was impossible for it to be the one all signs pointed to.

Another fantastic book from Adele Parks. This book drew me in from the first chapter. And while I guessed "whodunnit" partway through the book, I still enjoyed it. Loved it and cannot wait to recommend this thriller. Thanks to NetGalley and the publisher for the advanced copy.

Another famous thriller by Adele Parks. Mark's wife has goe missing. Daan's wife has gone missing. Also, a woman is being held against st her will and is being fed notes typed ona typewriter under the door. What is the connection? This novel will have you glued to the pages!

This is my first Adele Parks novel and she was recommended by several people.

This one is labeled a thriller and is about two wives who abruptly go missing. This is investigated by DC Clements and the story is told through several characters with flashbacks. The pace of the book is a slow burn which is something I enjoy.

The only negative of the book is I thought it was very predictable. In fact, I figured it out around halfway and then finished to see how the book handled the ending. I think Adele Parks is a talented writer and will definitely read more books by her but this one, in the end, was average.

Nail biting thriller and I couldn’t wait to find out what happened. I absolutely love this book it was extremely fast paced. The story was incredibly interesting. I highly recommend it.
